Nice little park that is typically well maintained. The tennis court is lit at night and they just replaced the net. It has a fence the goes around it and there is also a small community center (built by the WPA in the 1930's) but its not open often and there is no restroom there. Plenty of picnic tables with a few grills.

Best to visit on weekday afternoons if you are bringing toddlers to enjoy the swings and slides. The play area is filled with small pebbles which is a nice change from sand or rocks. One downside is the lack of any kid friendly surfaces. Steel play area decking gets extremely hot in the Texas sun.

This small gated park is great for kids and small families. This place features a sand volleyball court, a tennis court, good size open grass field, and playground with swings. Plenty of tree covered picnic benches. Regular seat benches scattered around. Not dog friendly, and no public restrooms.

Usually awesome. The playground is clean and they lock the gates at night. The only downside is that the grass isn't always cut and there can be a ton of bugs around to bite our ankles!! Also, some people don't clean up after their dogs... But overall a great park!

Very nice community park. People park next to the park, or you could also park across the small street in a parking lot assigned for the park. There's volleyball, tennis, and small baseball area. Lots of shaded picnic tables and a small bbq

  • Mirka Mendez

Neighborhood park with one sand volleyball court, baseball field and tennis courts. There are plenty of benches and a playground for kids. There is a parking lot across the street just for the park and street parking is also available.

I really liked coming to this park with my kids after school. They used to have a bunch of playhouses and the kids loved them. It was really the only reason I liked the park because everything else is severely outdated and in need of

Unfortunately, this park attracts criminals that break into cars parked on the street. Ours was broken into in broad daylight despite the park being fairly full of people. Please be mindful of what you leave in your car.

This park is AMAZING for preschool aged kids! The volleyball court is used as a giant sandbox with toys on site. The playground is safe and clean and sooooo much fun for the girls. One of our favorite parks!!

This park is amazing for toddlers. It’s got a bunch of little tikes play spaces set up. It’s perfect for kids under five, so a lot less older kids than some other parks. We will definitely come again.

Spacious, mediocre shade around, and lots of room for the family to run and play even relax with a book or sit and listen to a podcast. Enough of outside for everyone!

Have been going to this park since I was little, and now taking my kids here is amazing. They had a great time. Not many things to do, but lots of space to run around.

To sunny. The people should call 311 to request an awning or tent over the play area. The children cannot play there because everything is too hot and they burn.

  • Beth Sanders

Nice open park with playground, picnic tables, grilling space, tennis and volleyball courts. Enclosed by fences so safe for kuds and dogs away from Yale traffic

  • Olivia Derr

Parking is limited but nice little neighborhood park with a playground, sand volleyball, tennis court, and plenty of open space for kids or dogs to run.

Entrance to the park is at the corner of the street at Yale or on 12th street on the right side at the end of the community center.

  • Virginia Sims

Great for toddlers. Restrooms might be inside, but unsure since the building is locked. Tennis court and sand volleyball court.
