Absolutely appalling customer service. I had a lengthy rude encounter with a lady serving with short brown wavey hair. I went there to return a pair of Dr Martens shoes which I needed a QR code scanned for..the instructions were that the post shop could scan my QR code and print it for me. The lady serving said that she can not do that for me and that I had to print it elsewhere. So I called Dr Martens company and they told me that there is no reason why she shouldn't be able to print it for me. I spent about 20minutes at the post shop arguing for her to print it for me as I had Dr Martens on the other end of the phone saying she should do it. I then had to walk all of the way to a printing store on Gloucester road so I could get my QR code printed. Of course I then went to the Gloucester road post shop afterwards for them to send it off for me. Now the lady at Gloucester road post shop said that the Mina road store should have definitely been able to do that for me and there should absolutely be no reason otherwise! What a waste of my time, this took me all afternoon when it could of all been easily done at my arrival on Mina road post office. I will never be going there again. Learn how to do your job properly.

Terrible post office, Substantialy long queues and they only have 1 person serving. Went in one time to bank money and the lady complained to how my money was sorted eventhough it was perfectly fine. She then went on to get annoyed as they had a delivery come and she was still counting my money. She miscounted and had to check it all again but blamed me. She was at fault and counted one of the bundles she made up wrong. I think her names Julie as that's what they were shouting from the normal shop side of things when they needed her. For a post office you would think they would have a note counter as they need to count large amounts of cash. They will also refuse to give or take change, which does not make any sense as they are a post office. Avoid it, I would rather go to the Stapleton Road post office where they have a note counter and at busy times, will have 2 people sometimes even 3 people serving.

Honestly usually this post office is great, open when you need it. Recently with it being taken over by the Spar it just seems to have gone downhill, bad communication about opening hours and the few times I've asked questions i.e are you going to permanently be closed from 1pm - 2pm, the response was just rude and honestly I think wrong as well as they said it wasn't going to be an ongoing thing but I haven't exactly seen any changes.

Really friendly staff and never really busy. Shuts at 1pm on a Saturday but the shop will help you with weighing and posting letters. I had one to post to Europe. They don't offer all services (e.g. ID checks) so check before you go. Member of staff directed me to a PO that did. Very helpful.

Really rude, unhelpful woman behind the Post Office counter. Rolls her eyes at you when she doesn't like what you're asking of her. Appalling customer service every time I go there. If I could give 0 stars I would! Following up this review with an official complaint to the post office.

All they bloody do is moan. Today it was can you use different tape as our stickers don't stick well, proceeds to put bit of tape on the stickers, no customers waiting, just do your job and stop moaning smh

Staff are sweet, but shouldn't be listed as an Evri parcel shop if they have not been able to send Evri stuff for months now and do not know when it will be fixed.

If you want a post office that know what to do - go to Easton post office. The staff at St werburghs are lovely but ignorant to their uselessness
