Honestly you won’t find a more honest and fair shop in the city. These guys got hearts of gold . They tell you like it is and never try pull one over you. I appreciate when mini the head mechanic can look at one of my vehicles begin to diagnose the problem and then when he delivers you the report he’ll let you know straight up and honest this is what needs to be fixed. Then these are things that you should keep an eye on. None of this give give me your money your car not safe this gonna happen and this blah blah like other mechanics do. Anyway go see for your self it won’t take but 5 min talking to one of them for you to get it.

The guys at Mini auto are great! It's a family owned business that take pride in what they do. I am a licensed automotive technician going on 30 years and I would have no problem sending my customers to Mini or having them service my own vehicle I was unable to for some reason. Not only are they great mechanics but they also sell good quality pre owned vehicles. Their work is good and their prices are fair. Whenever I am in the neighborhood I pass by to say hello and they always make me feel like family.

I was told i needed to replace my engine as there was significant damage. I never taken it anywhere, but mini lol, so who damaged it?. Took the car in, perfectly fine, got lights replaced, $1100. Got a call to trade the car in, i said not yet. 2 days later, there was a loud noise and told me i needed a new engine for $15k. 2016 with 250k - absolutely ridiculous. The second time screwed by bmw and mini. Will never touch a car again from these brands.

Very fair, very honest shop, and very reasonable. My friend told me about this shop. I went in told them about my car issues. They fixed my car, did extra things, saved me money, gave me tips on how to maintain my car, and what to look for when something goes wrong. Left very happy with the work they did. So overall it’s simple very simple...just be honest with your customers and that’s what they did here at Mini’s Auto, thank you.
