Wore a dress one time to a wedding and it was destroyed. The thread started coming out etc put it simply I can’t wear it again and I spent $270. Went to uni hill Mossman they took my dress the manager said she was going to contact me Thursday or Friday then on the drive home that same day not even 30 minutes later she calls me back saying are you still in the centre I'm like no why she's like we can't do anything. I sent photos to head office and it looks like wear and tear I'm like well that's a joke wear and tear after one wear no way. I said is there someone else I can speak to so I call head office and his going on and on about wear and tear and that they can't do anything about it. I wasted $270 on a dress that I wore once and they didn’t do anything about it. I was happy with an exchange not even my money back and still nothing. Poor quality dresses and terrible customer service I wouldn’t even rate this shop a 1 star but have to put a star.

The most disgraceful company I have ever dealt with, dishonest and no regard for the customer service basically calling me a liar I purchased a dress online over $300 did not fit returned after trying on DID not wear it and ensured it was placed back in packaging immediately Paid to return more money then was told it had a significant stain !!!!! and I must have worn it. Will not give money back and explained I did not wear it and there was no stain. They returned it and I still cannot see a significant stain. Totally ripped off and the customer service is the worst I have ever had the displeasure dealing with. Do not purchase from this company dishonest and liars ! True purchase

Highly recommend this company! Very understanding and accommodating. A Big Massive shout out for Manager Mary at Uni Hill…. What an amazing lady she was to deal with, very understanding, professional and helpful, just a delight, which made my shopping experience at Mossman amazing! I had the most incredible customer service from Simone (I think that was her name - gorgeous girl with long black hair). She went above and beyond for me to source out of stock sizes and helped to put together a new wardrobe.

Absolutely disgraceful service Returning a dress that had faulty zip never worn and tags attached Staff member Anna had terrible customer services skills More interested in applying her lipstick than assisting customers.

No Customers Service no Acknowledgement, no Greeting. All they were talking about is about there Pilates. 4 Customers in the store while I was in there. We all walked out talking about how bad the lack of service was.

Nice and friendly staff. The blond lady (I think she is the manager) was very helpful, professional and friendly.
