Went to clean the car yesterday. I know my car was quiet dirty so as they suggested, I asked them to do Gold package. The place is underground parking lot and they were over the time they said they would finish by, so I had to rush out to pick up my child - which was my mistake! I should have checked carefully before I leave. I arrived at my child’s school and saw that the seats were not clean much -I was like ok whatever, then I opened trunk to put my child’s bag. Noticed that the trunk mat was backwards. Came home and cleaned the seat with lysol it worked. I don't know why they cannot do what I can do with just lysol tissue paper. Then I flipped over the truck mat and saw that it was not cleaned at all - still crumbs and hairs on the mat. I don’t know why they took it out to flip it over?!! Whatever. I leave in Richmond Hill so I didn’t want to bother to go back asking to clean it again. But the most upsetting thing is! I found that my card holder door is broken! It was open so I was thinking okay it meeds drying cause I still see some water drops there. But it was not closing properly. It is broken! I was so upset that they did not tell me after they broke it! I called the manager and the manager said it was broken when he got in the car!! He was like whatever you say, it was broke. I saw it broken when i took the car to wash. I mean I have no way of proving but this is wrong! I would not called them to say this if it was broken before! Why would I spend my previous time calling them and leaving this kind of review. I am so upset that they ignore and say it was like they before! I know that it wasn't cause it was closed properly before I left the car and my family all know about this. Worst experience! And very upset about this place!

Their detailing was average. Can get the same or better results for a lot cheaper. But things started to get BAD when they asked me to pay cash. I did and then they claimed they were missing one of the $50 bills. I didn't think they would stoop so low as to make that up, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them another $50 even though I was positive I gave them the exact amount. But, then things got even worse. Upon returning home I noticed my baby mirror missing. I called them and e-mailed about it several time over 2 days and I kept getting the run around. I finally went in-person and the owner handed me the mirror immediately, and walked away in a rush. As I was about to install the mirror, it fell apart. They had broken the mirror, tried to pretend it never happened. And now there was glue at the part where it was broken. It was the owner who didn't accept any responsibility and said he couldn't address this with his workers because it was hard to find people to do cleaning. Totally un-trustworthy. There are so many detailers. Go with anyone else for peace eof mind. Not honest people. NOTE: they paid for the mirror, after avoiding our calls for 2 days and making it seem like we never had a mirror. They did not tell us there was damage to the mirror. Instead they took it out of the car and hid it away without addressing it.l, hoping we wouldn't notice. And what's worse: trying to glue it back together and pretend it never broke when we showed up to pick it up. These are not honest people. Shameful behavior.

I recently upgraded to the Gold Plus package for a more thorough car cleaning, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The car was not meticulously cleaned in a "detail" kind of way, as promised. I noticed soap residues all around the car, and the windows were not fully cleaned as I was told they wouldn't be scrolled down for the edges. Dust still lingered in the details, and it seemed like they only cleaned the easily accessible surfaces. Moreover, to my dismay, all the seats were still wet, making the entire experience uncomfortable. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially with the Gold Plus upgrade. It's disheartening that I could have achieved the same result by cleaning the car myself. The experience has left me disappointed and questioning the value of upgrading. I hope the car rental company takes this feedback seriously and improves their service for future customers.

If you are coming here make sure to ask exactly how much are they charging. They charged me 15 bucks extra (total bill was $45) cause I asked for a regular exterior was and didn’t specify that I didn’t want the wheel package. Cause wheels are not part to the exterior of the car. And after I came out of the parking lot I noticed that the front of the car still had bugs all 4 wheels wasn’t even sprayed. Definitely NEVER going back. And can’t recommend to anyone.

Great guys! I've taken my car here before to them for smaller jobs - I was referred by a friend. This time I got everything else done on it. The carpets were spotless, salt removed, steam cleaned, shampoo the carpets, trunk cleaned, dashboard, cupholders and everything else you can think of was like-new. My car looked like it just came out of the showroom! Definitely coming back here again! I recommend to everyone including my friends and family!

I purchased the Gold Plus package, they did a decent job but it could have been better for the price they charge. They missed some spots in the interior (arm rest, center console, etc.), the trunk was not cleaned at all, and the seats were still damp when I picked up the vehicle. EDIT: I updated my rating to 4/5. I appreciate the fact that they're willing to let me bring my vehicle back for a thorough job. This is good customer service.

This is my second time using this location of Mr. Shine and they do a great job. Got the Gold package and my car is SPOTLESS. Due to COVID my car still had a lot of salt from the winter in it, and my dog comes with me to work daily so my interior takes a beating. They clean every nook and cranny and my car was ready right on time. Feel this is very good value for money! Can definitely recommend!

Busy place and Hard working cleaners. Convenient location as lots to see and do while you're waiting 3 hours. Paid $160 for the Gold premium package but the lesson here is never assume. The package never included an engine cleaning or trunk cleaning. Found my car with heat blasting when I returned. Car was clean but not worth 160. Owner was unapologetic about the package so I won't return.

My husband got me the Gold Plus service as a gift. I dropped off my car in the morning and I picked up a brand new car! They did an amazing job. Top to bottom, front to back, my car was spotless. I have a toddler that could win the sloppiest kid in the world award and these guys made my car look like how it looked before kids. I'm coming back every year.

Outstanding service. I called last minute on a Sunday and they took my car in. An excellent job was done including shampoo and wax. Very pleasant, helpful and cheerful staff. I had thought I had left a floor mat there and the follow up was incredibly efficient and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this Mr. Shine location.

I had an appt for the Silver Package last Thursday and was terribly disappointed with the results. There are obvious crumbs, and even a paper receipt in the trunk? Thought you were going to vacuum. Lots of dust too. To add insult to injury, you charged me for a Van/SUV instead of for a small SUV (Rogue). Do not recommend.

Amazing carwash. we were looking for a place to have affordable packages for 2 different cars (one needed a full detail cleaning and the other car needed just vacuum cleaning and interior wash), and they have done everything we asked for. super convenient and we loved our experience. Definitely recommend them.

They gave me the car and it was not very clean in a “detail” kind of way. For paying 160 dollars i excepted a lot better tbh. The place they work doesn’t have a lot of lights so they probably don’t see what they are doing. It was worth the 40 dollars deposit but don’t spend your money for detailing here.

I brought my car in, delivered on time as expected. My car was brought in a mess, came out as if it was brand new, great job. No complaints, got all the dog hair out, carpets and car smells great. Would be average to higher price, but worth it if you want a legit detail. Nice guys!

Wow! Mr. Shine and his team did an absolutely amazing job! I got my car detailed and came out looking BRAN new! I'm so happy abut their service and I would definitely recommend for anyone who would like to make his car shine like Brand New.!!!!

1 day ago, I took my car for Gold Package detailing to this place and this is the result. They didn’t even vacuum the most obvious places, and I have no idea how they are actually cleaning the details? I paid 109 CAD for this?

I paid $169 for detailing car wash and when I check the car there were many spot unwashed and lots of stain remaining They responded we don’t wash this and that They didn’t even clean the top or back of the seat !!!

Came here to get an engine shampoo on my subaru WRX. With a price of $35 and a promise to get it done in 30 minutes, I was a bit skeptical. But the pictures don't lie, great job! I'll be back again!

I got my car back, and the next morning it smelled so bad. They left my floor mats soaking wet and they made the whole car smell sour and disgusting for days.

We got our car detailed. Full clean inside, washed seats etc. they used cheap materials. Our car now smells like vinegar. Would not recommend to anyone.
