These guys are absolutely amazing!! My car started misfiring while driving the 401 from Kitchener to Toronto late in the evening. I dropped it off with Ross and Frank early Friday morning expecting to leave it with them all weekend. However, Ross was amazing and was able to get me in that day. It turned out one of my ignition coils was dead. They explained exactly what needed to be done, and the estimated cost, before completing the work. They finished up all the required maintenance within the day, and I even called back to ask them to do an oil change as well. On top of that, Frank (The Magician) found another issue with my exhaust system that would have potentially caused me more problems down the road. He didn't pressure me to do the work, knowing that it would add to the cost, and he let me know that I would be okay without doing the work for a while. I had them do the extra work while it was in their shop, to save me another trip. Frank also did the other work for an incredibly reasonable price. Frank and Ross really worked with me to bring the cost of the job down, considering it was a pretty big job all together. I imagine they dropped their shop rate to accommodate the lower price, so thank you very much guys. When I Arrived back at the shop, they gave me a run-down on everything they did, and were very thorough in their explanation. 10 out of 10 would recommend these guys and their very tidy shop to anyone i know.

Over-all honest, decent price, and great availability in appointment. I did have a few conflicts (was originally asked if I was at the right place when I came in and said I had an appointment which I couldn't understand why, and my vehicle's battery almost got drained during the service due to the "auto" setting on my headlights not functioning as expected). Over-all, I would recommend this venue, as they were both honest in telling me that my tires were getting low but still passed the standards for the inspection I was in for, and also I was told that all of the warning lights weren't originally on when the vehicle was driven into the garage, which they were when returning my vehicle (due to the battery draining issue mentioned above). So I would trust this garage and I'd recommend it due to honesty, price, and appointment availability.

I was charged " $200 for a flex pipe that sells/ cost $20". and " $600 for a front catalytic converter that is around $200". . Plus $300 in all labour. Total of $1243. When asked how I was charged this price the owner and the mechanic in the picture teamed up to say a whole lot of nothing to justify their scam and then kicked me out. as I'm sure they will have a slick reply to this review to further bait customers. Be careful! of this shop they have no morales. I suspect they also damaged and put a hole in my pipe which they patched up in a minute because they felt so bad of how much they scammed me out of.

There's a reason why this shop has a 4.9 star rating. These are some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of dealing with, and when it comes to price, they are more than fair. They helped me out when I was in a jam once, taking my vehicle in within an hour of my call, and I have been back several times since. Stellar service every time. They stand by their work, and if there's an issue, they'll make it right. On top of that, the Napa warranty includes both parts AND labour for 2 years or 40,000 kms, and you can take it to any Napa shop in North America. I'll be back.

I recently had my Honda Civic's brake lines replaced at All Brand. The customer service was beyond exceptional right from the initial contact with reception, to speaking with the mechanic, to meeting the owner/ operator. The job was done promptly, according to the estimate, and without the overtones you get from most service centers. Believe those reviews that say they treat you like family! Honest family owned and operated shop, with very fair prices, and great customer service. Exactly what you want out of an auto shop. They will call you and explain what needs to be repaired and why. They will not repair anything without your permission and will only repair what needs to be repaired. The price was extremely fair and my car was ready the same day. I would recommend this shop to all of my friends and family. Take your car here. As a new resident to Toronto, I am glad I found a reliable shop for my car, thank you.

I originally came here because of a recommendation and I'm so happy I did. Even though they were really busy at the time Ross made sure they were able to look at my car. Frank, the mechanic who serviced my car was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest! He took the time to explain what was going on with the car and gave me different options when it came to the service. I will definitely be coming back and I feel very comfortable recommending these guys to anyone looking for a mechanic in the GTA.

Great people and great service. Randomly drove in with my vibrating bmw at 8 in the morning, the guy was wide awake as if it was 4pm. He picked up on my urgency right away, got it fixed and picked it up later same day. The whole process was professional, seamless and their communication was excellent. He gave me all the choices and i didn't feel pressured at all. Don't mind paying a premium for a service this top notch. Will definitely be returning again

Took my truck in recently since I couldn't get it started. Fixed everything I could but it turned out to be the starter. I had my truck towed in on Saturday night and got a quote for an incredibly reasonable price for parts and labour. Truck was ready by Monday, way ahead of schedule. An honest, reliable, and hardworking crew at this shop. I highly recommend them and will go to them any time I need work in the future

I walked in without an appointment and needed a quick diagnosis and potential repair. The owner took care of the issue with super quick diagnosis and suggested a repair. I was offered parts that included life time warranty on part and labour. I was back on the road in about 1 hour. Highly recommend...great place for import vehicles but they do handle domestic as well. +++++

I've always been trained to go to the dealership with my cars. I was referred to this place and thought I would give it a try. Let me tell you what a breath of fresh air this place is. No bells and whistles. Just honest affordable work in a very clean work environment. And the money saved went to Walmart which is just across the street. Super convenient!

Beyond exceptional mom and pop run business. Came in for a standard oil change, but the mechanic found that my rear brakes were sticking. But even so, he didn't push a sale on me, he suggested I get it taken care of when I was able. I decided to have him do it and the price was more than reasonable. TL;DR - Bring your car here for all your auto needs.

Honest mechanics are hard to come by and I’ll be taking my car here from now on. I was quoted a ridiculous amount of money for something that should actually worth much less. The guys at Napa were able to finish the job in less time than was quoted by Canadian tire and the dealership. Really appreciate the honesty and my car is running beautiful.

Awesome place to get your vehicle serviced. People are polite when dealing with you, good professionals and they communicate well. The place is clean and personally I like the way it's set out. The awaiting area is separated from the working area by glass windows. So you can actually see the work being done to your vehicle without being near it.

My car DIED at the Walmart late Thursday night. Called All Brand at 8:00am Friday and they had a mechanic look at it, diagnose the problem (needed a starter), towed it across the road and repaired by noon ON A BUSY LONG WEEKEND! I'm super impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. Would recommend this garage highly!

No issues here. Staff were friendly and attentive. Arrived at 1015 am on a Wednesday for an oil change. They said they were a bit busy so the car wouldn't get in for 30 or so minutes. Got out by 11:45. There were no BS suggestions or recommendations, they just did the oil change and sent me on my way. 100% would return.

Great service - they were able to fit me in with no notice and complete the work the same day. They did a great job of showing me the issues so I could understand what was wrong and why the work was required. Would definitely recommend and plan to see them for any work I need done in the future.

This is the best mechanic ever Canadian tire told me $500 to fix my strip spark plug i said ok but latter they said no we cant ..franko did it for $400 in less more than 1 hour it's better to give your car to mechanic who practice this in his home country. 5 star for this place

Brought my 05 Colorado in for some "help". The boys did a great job working withing my budget, explaining what repairs needed to happen now and what we could plan to do in the future. Price was right, friendly staff and I left feeling confident my truck was repaired correctly.

My car needed an oil change. They were able to take me in right away. The service was great, and they changed the oil in my Audi with synthetic, as well as changed the oil filter. I understand Napa oil filters are good quality, and the price was reasonable so I was happy!

I went over to all brand to check out my brakes, they gave me a free assessment and told me nothing had to be done. Frank was very welcoming, friendly, and honest. I would highly recommend these guys for their professionalism and great customer service!

Very prompt and friendly service, gave me a solid discount for being a new customer even as a walk-in. Replaced an engine belt and front brakes in under 2 hours at a very good price. Will definitely be recommending to people I know.
