Who doesn't love having their back massaged? Or being soothed for an hour? I love having my back touched, and a quick head scratch will make any of my days brighter. Enter Natskin, North Ringwood, with a 60 minute relaxation massage. I bought this deal through RedBalloon, using some of those gift cards I had such a fun time buying. I ended up with an extra set, and decided to " treat yo' self ". The experience had a positive rating of 4.5 stars (out of 5) and was close enough to us to be relatively convenient. Additionally, it enabled us to make the most of $200 worth of gift cards, without needing to spend any extra. The parlor was nice, and we got to chill a bit before our session. There were lots of questions to fill out in regards to health, so I felt like I was being heard about my health issues (nevermind that this was just one massage, not a whole service). Something I actually liked was that they reminded us to use the bathroom before the massage! Nothing worse than having a full bladder while your back is being rubbed. As a couple, we were able to be massaged in the same room. This didn't actually make much of a difference to the experience as we weren't able to hold hands or anything. We stripped down to underwear (I'd put on the pair with the hole that morning!!) and got under the towel for modesty. The room wasn't too warm, and it did smell good. Instead of our arms being by our sides, there was a nifty little shelf under our heads to rest our arms on. I also didn't feel too embarrassed to shift my head on the cushion to get just that little bit more comfortable. The masseuses didn't talk at all, and just briefly asked if the pressure was good enough. It was very peaceful. Eli's masseuse was inferior to mine I think. She sat on a squeaky chair while massaging, and disappeared right after the session was over. The lady who treated my back, Rachel, was super nice and told me my shoulders were completely screwed! She said as it was a relaxation massage, she wasn't able to get as deep as she would like. She said I should probably have some remedial or deep tissue massage done, but in the meantime, I would probably be sore the next day anyway and to drink lots of water. Sure enough, the day after I could barely move my shoulders. If only I could afford more frequent massages! Going back to doing yoga regularly would probably help too... We received $15 vouchers to return, and I'm really tempted to do it, just once more! The prices are not too bad considering the service level, and I felt like it was well worth it.

Natskin is the definition of excellence. I have attended numerous day spas and nothing compares to Natskin. They are experts in every treatment the conduct. They are the real experience of not only relaxation but they are so well educated in their products and treatments there is no problem with tailoring your consultation to your personal needs. I have been a client of Natskin for years and I am always happy with the great customer service the girls provide. I started facial peel treatments with the lovely Steph at the start of this year because my skin just wasn't right after a trip through Asia. Instead of just conducting the treatment Steph spent an extensive amount of time examining my skin and then suggesting ways to tailor my consultations to the needs of my skin. She is not only an expert in her line of work; she is an absolute delight to deal with. I will never be treated by anyone else ever again. She is just a dream.

My partner and I had the loveliest time getting pampered with a couples massage, facial, and body polish at Natskin - both of our first times at a day spa! We really could not be more thankful for how incredibly accommodating they were of my partner's reduced mobility due to a recent cycling fall injuring his knee. In fact, after we left he told me that the leg massage was his favourite part!! For my part, as someone working in healthcare, the back massage from Kelsey reset my sore muscles completely. The facilities were relaxing and the products used felt amazing. 100% recommend Natskin to anyone in need of some rejuvenation!

As someone who very rarely would pamper herself, initially I was feeling a little bit unsure about getting a body wrap done. The moment I stepped through the doors at Natskin, any worries or hesitations I had were completely left at the door. From the get go the staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease! The care and guidance they went to to ensure the experience was worth it was above and beyond and my body and skin has never felt so good! Would highly recommend Natskin to anyone! Natskin is the most fantastic day spa!! I went in for a facial as I was having trouble with my skin, and was advised to try Microdermabrasion, which I tried and could not be happier with the results. My skin has never been better, its so smooth and clear now I feel like I'm constantly glowing! I received such warm and friendly service, espically from my therapist Krystal, she even took the extra time to call me and see how my skin was going between treatments and helped me work out a new skin care routine with some amazing products. I can't wait to go back!! :)

Having avoided any pampering for some years my lovely daughters gave me a facial at Natskin in Ringwood North for Mother's day. I booked the appointment with Krystal and was so impressed with the service that I have continued to have extra treatments to remedy some of the neglect to my skin. I really appreciate the personal and professional service that I have received, especially the follow up phone calls to keep me on track with my home routine! The environment is peaceful and calming and I intend to return a bit more regularly.

CHECK YOUR PRICE BEFORE USING THIS PLACE !!!! Rang in for a back wax and was told $30 . Booked and had wax done then had to pay $45. There pricing even stated $30 for male back wax but apparently they couldn’t change their pricings cause of a management issues . If you can’t quote and charge your stated prices why have it in writing on your front counter . Won’t go back , as there was cheaper options I found but only went with them cause of quoted price over the phone .

I've been visiting Natskin for over 5 years and the professionalism of the staff is wonderful. They are all incredibly helpful and the service they provide is fantastic. My beauty therapist Stef does all my waxing and pedicures. Every now and then I get a facial and the experience is second to none. I would highly recommend Natskin for all beauty treatment - I've even convinced all my friends and family to try Natskin and they haven't looked back!

We booked in for a 2hr session including massage, facial and body polish over this weekend with Natskin in Ringwood. And it won’t be wrong to say we were delighted with the overall experience. The place was nice and clean with the staff being super professional and friendly. I had my services with Chelsea and was really happy with the over all experience, she definitely gave her 100%. I was looking for permanent place to pamper, but didn't feel I found the right place. I left stressed out, cause my nail polish was all smudged and had to be redone, very unprofessional. I didn't want to go out with smudged nails, which put stress on my evening to get ready. The massage was not what I excepted for this price, I had better ones from massage students.
