Amazing people and a truly exceptional and complete service. The care and compassion that Jacqui and the team at Natural Grace showed family and friends in a time of great sadness for us was incredible. Jacqui went above and beyond to ensure that both paying respects and the memorial service were just as requested and handled last minute changes or requests with ease. The wash and dress option was incredibly healing and was such a special way to honour and farewell someone so dear. It created a sense of calm acceptance to be able to grieve with the recently departed in private. Their services are broad and thorough and Natural Grace definitely lives up to it's name. They make a very difficult, sad, overwhelming and confronting time so much easier to navigate. I highly recommend Natural Grace and have already told my children that when I finally depart, they are to call the team at Natural Grace straight away.

As a celebrant, It is always a pleasure to work alongside the team at Natural Grace. Not only are they exceptional at what they do, but all of their staff are all incredibly gentle, caring and compassionate. A wonderful experience during a difficult time. The whole team were amazing, Sharon, Keran, Kiara and Alex. They were so kind and patient. Kiara, our director, took care of every detail and stepped us through the process. Nothing was too much trouble, it was all about honouring our Dad. Kiara and Alex were kind and at the same time proficient to the finest details. I only wish we had discovered them 4 years early when our Mum died. Right from our first visit from Natural Grace, we were sure we were in good hands. The funeral Director was empathetic, understanding and very responsive to our needs. Later, the opportunity to say a private farewell during a vigil at the Funeral Home was deeply appreciated. What a kind and compassionate group of highly professional people to guide you through a time in your life that is one of the hardest you will ever experience. The team at Natural Grace were flawless in helping us navigate how we sent off our son who was stillborn at 36 weeks. Helping us work out the best way to say farewell was a very special and painful thing to go through but Melinda held our hand the entire way and we had the most perfect farewell. What truly phenomenal humans to be helping families during this time. I cannot recommend Natural Grace more highly.

From the first moment I called Natural Grace I felt sincere compassion and dedication. Libby was available at any time before even going ahead. This was during public holidays too. Then Kiara was amazing who took care of everything I asked for and more. Any detail I missed she would ask me to ensure my family were happy. Of course she went through everything with me but with so many decisions to make, would give me time and come back to me to check without pressure and assist with anything. Robyn and her team did an amazing job helping myself and my family through the process of the loss of my father.
