"Terrible service"
The receptionist dont know their work especially the dark one with glasses and a fade haircut. He absolutely know nothing about medical aid. It took me 3 hours just open a file for my baby because he just thought my medical aid does not cover Parklane. It was not the first time experiencing the wrath of this short tempered guy.
The staff at Parklane go beyond all expectations. The treatment I received was beyond comprehension. They were so attentive towards my post operative care. The amount of time and effort they put into making their patients feel comfortable is beyond what my words could ever express.
It is really a struggle with pediatric ward day staff to assist us here e.g. tardy response on anything even simple things, we get a negative response as if we committed a murder. Even those who committed a crime don't get this treatment. I am really disappointed …
Drs and staff are fantastic. Excellence in care, attention, attitude and understanding my needs. Really outstanding care receive from Dr's nurses , cleaning staff , catering department and reception. Thank you for the exceptional care I received ❤ …
Terrible service. Maybe me and my partner did not fit the stereotype to receive better service. My newborn son left the hospital without being vaccinated and when we raised concerns we were told nothing can be done. We’re never using this Netcare again.
So we all know that smoking should never be done, however it's one of those habits that is difficult to just give up.... And this why a hospital will have a smoking area, having said that you would also expect the hospital to keep this area
I gave birth here and it was actually horrible. They don't provide a thing in labour ward, I didn't even get a glass of water. The nurse who attended to me after delivery was rude and didn't even do half the things she was supposed to. She
I wish I could give zero stars. Maternity Ward nurses are the worst. Do not want to even get into nightshift nurses. They think they always right. They don't really care about your newborn. You can be screaming in pain, they refuse to call
Hey, I'm feeling quite powerless as I sit here in the hospital. I checked in at about 1:30 PM and was admitted. However, up until now, my doctor's prescribed medications have yet to be administered to me. The day shift nurses have finished
I was here for a simple removal of an abscess and was told how I was feeling without being asked myself how i was feeling, wasn't allowed to leave my ward (even as an adult at 21 years) when i wanted to. Nurses refused to give me a refusal
Yoh I feel helpless yet I'm at the hospital, since I entered here at 13:30 and got admitted but even now I haven't got any medications that my Dr prescribed for me. Day shift nurses knocked off and since I was last checked by them and it's
I have been admitted to this facility twice and woah, the service is top tier. This hospital can easily pass as a hotel, its extremely clean, the food is well prepared and the staff is so friendly, from nurses to cleaners and kitchen staff
Was admitted for c/Section, admission process was quite smooth and the staff there was friendly and helpful, theatre also was awesome, then post procedure it was the worst experience ever you'll call for help no one will attend to you on
I gave birth at parklane a week ago. It was beautiful. From labour ward sister ouma received us. Things didn’t go according to plan and we need in the OR with an emergency, the staff there was sensitive, calmed my nerves and showed real
The most incredible hospital for your new baby to enter this world. Staff are all friendly, professional and helpful at all times. I did not once catch anyone in a bad mood and always willing to help. From the reception to the nurses,
I am a 66year old female who recently had a hysterectomy at your hospital was blown away by the caring of the Doctors and caring nurses to the Nurses I would like to THANK you once again! Happy Nurses day ! Keep up the good work will
It is never nice to go to hospital. Nevertheless, the staff at Parklane has always been wonderful and very caring, taking a lot of the stress out of the visits. The nursing staff and doctors really seem to care about their patients
The staff from the security outside to the nurses and doctors are just amazing. It felt like family from day one. We had a high risk pregnancy and were at the hospital frequently. Everyone there was super helpful and caring and
We were there for a procedure. Such friendly security and so helpful. Safe parking in the parkade. They took us right up to our car afterwards as my daughter was still woozy. Excellent care. Would definitely recommend.
I had my baby at Parklane dr Deanna Guidozzi was my Dr she is brilliant super friendly, the staff was so sweet and they where very helpfull I got a c section and it was the best service everything was just amazing
Just delivered our first baby boy, great service from reception to nurses to our gynae and everyone in between. Easy link to Discovery as well so seamless process checking in and leaving. Highly recommended.
Must be one of the most intimate private hospitals in Johannesburg with some of the best specialist Doctors to choose from. Easy to Navigate and can't get lost. Lovely cafe area with some great cappuccinos.
Im currently admitted.. Had a c-section 3 days ago.. I have not been given any medication. Buying grandpa at home would have been a better service then lying in bed trying to survive the night
Dr Retief is the best! He was my doctor for all my antenatal check ups with my son. Made me feel very welcome and felt like I was in good hands. The receptionist are so friendly and sweet too!
I recently delivered my baby at Parklane Netcare hospital and I had the BEST experience!! My delivery did not go according to my birthing plan unfortunately but I always
