Because of the covid I stayed home for sometime. When I began to go shopping at old navy again. I was told my credit was not active. I told them I had not been out because of covid. They said I had to call and talk to someone for a second time. I was on the phone there for over 45 minutes giving them private information. I had been shopping all day so I was tired. And my health compromised. I just hung up and walked out.

The best place to get all your kids clothes shopping needs on a tight budget. I feel like there's always a sale here and everything is always in stock. My kids love the clothes here and I probably so by once a week just to look in anytime in at south park mall. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a definite stop for beach, lake, or back to school clothes

Good deals and cute stuff! When we went yesterday around 12:30 the cashier told us to hold on and literally sent a text in front of us. Then when she was done with her phone she checked us out. This is rude customer service! You should not be texting in front of customers or making us wait for you to send a text. What is that?

Old Navy is an exciting place to go where they have great deals especially during the holidays right now they have 50% off at the moment on most of their stuff and they have a great variety for men, women, and kids! The quality of clothes are actually okay and they have a great design model around the store!

found a last minute Harry Potter shirt for a birthday party, it was one size small but we made it work. the fitting room attendant let us know of other stores that had it available but we were low on time and just bought the shirt. awesome service

This old Navy is ok but not the best. There aren't alot of options and sometimes it gets really packed and there is only on register open. So its your choice to go nobody is stopping you!! Good luck!!

Great shoes and clothing...very reasonable prices if you're looking for plus size clothing for men or women...i recommend ordering online because in store you will not find those sizes

My son visited from out of town and was able to find a nice pair of jeans on sale. I have to return to pick out some things for my girls...pretty cute selection.

Clean store, not packed. A little wait in line at the register maybe 5 minutes. Shocked at the low price. Found a nice blouse for $5 on the clearance rack.

I’ve been coming to this store for quite sometime and I must say that this store does carrying a lot of great deals then most of the other Old Navy’s.

Really unorganized, poor selection of clothes and staff is not very friendly most of the time, I guess because the store is always packed?.

I had returns. I waited like 15 minutes in line. Only 1 cashier! There were like 5 more customers behind me! No backup cashiers.

Nice location..found some good pants for work. Clearance prices need to be dropped 25% is not enough for certain items..

Clothes are getting thiner where all the clothes are starting to snag or tear. Cheap material for the price, it all hype

Pretty good, usually there's not that much people so there's no line at the changing rooms or the check out lines.

Good clearance right now. Not enough help at register. Manager must not have been watching as the line grew long.
