I'll never use Omeo Flowers Carnegie again due to staff disregard & disrespect. A staff member at Omeo Flowers promised me a photo of the bouquet of pink & white tulips (my sister's favourites) being sent to her on her husband's passing, aged late 50s, late Oct. 2023. When I texted the staff member about the photo, they just said the flowers were being delivered. My wider family says they didn't notice any tulips at my sister's home during my brother-in-law's wake, but maybe replacement pink & white flowers. The cost of flowers & delivery may be the same, but I know from working in customer service myself that when a company can't provide the service as arranged with their customer, they have a moral (& legal) duty to advise the customer beforehand via a quick SMS text or phone call so the customer has the chance to agree to the changed service or take their business elsewhere. This didn't happen. Plus, I emailed Omeo Flowers 16 Nov. & 9 Dec. 2023 (on their official advertised email address) politely seeking clarification about this matter. As at the time of writing this, I've received no acknowledgement or response. And, at this point, it's interesting to note that when I first told the staff member the reason for the tulips when ordering them, unlike most other people (personally or professionally), no sympathies were offered to me at all -- not even a standard sincere "I'm sorry (to hear that)" -- but I do appreciate there may be 'sympathy fatigue' for some florists in this area. This is not about the money for me, but rather the disregard & disrespect shown to me, my sister, & family at the time of a young & tragic passing of a much loved family member (although some readers of this may regrettably believe that this is only about the money for the company). Early Nov. 2023 was the first & last time I've used Omeo Flowers Carnegie, and I avoided using them again when I planned to send another bouquet to my sister on her birthday early December. Genuine regard & respect matter in customer service, especially when involving something as personal & important as family bereavement. So disappointing !! Kevin O. 5pm 28Dec2023

My boyfriend just got me this bouquet for our anniversary and he was so happy with the service! The couple was so accomodating and thoughtful and the flowers were arranged perfectly with my favourites, lillies and peonies. Definitely have to return to support such a genuine business.

She really listens to your request and understands exactly what you want. She does the most lovely, gentle and romantic bouquets, super dreamy and soft, highly recommend. Very reasonably priced, she chooses really high quality flowers, big roses, well maintained.
