We recently visited One Spa at RACV Club Cape Schanck and left thoroughly impressed with the treatment and booking staff, as well as the impeccable treatments provided. The staff members were truly incredible, displaying a high level of care, professionalism and expertise. They made me feel welcome and ensured that my spa experience was nothing short of flawless. However, I did encounter an issue with the payment process. When we left the spa, there was no one at the reception desk, which made it difficult to settle the bill. Unfortunately, the payment was not properly organized, and it was not applied to my hotel room as I had assumed. This led to a phone call on our way home, where the spa informed us of the outstanding amount. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I would have appreciated more tact and professionalism in handling the matter, especially considering that the visit was a gift for my partner. Overall, despite the payment mishap, One Spa at RACV Club Cape Schanck provided an excellent spa experience. I would highly recommend the spa for its top-notch services, with the hope that they improve their payment process and provide better communication to avoid any similar inconveniences in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at One Spa today - I was looked after by the lovely Michelle who was attentive, professional and my only regret is not booking a longer treatment!!! I had the Vitality treatment which was 2 hours and included hamman bathing beforehand, a full body exfoliation, scalp massage, Akwaterra massage and head and shoulder massage. It was honestly the best head massage I've ever had and I was transported to a world where there was nothing on my mind except for zen!! The spa is very clean and the facilities were spotless too. The relaxation lounge with complimentary tea before and after bathing is a lovely touch too. I also was given a complimentary drink and nibbles after. I will definitely be visiting One Spa every time I stay at RACV Cape Schanck! Thank you for looking after me today.

The combined massage and facial performed by Laura was phenomenal! Unwind Back, Neck and Shoulders & Refresh Facial was my chosen option for $170. Well worth the money! Laura’s delicate fingers were gentle yet firm where required. Laura’s customer service was exceptional! She was very attentive and professional. She knew exactly what I needed as a first time customer. The waiting room was amazing and very relaxing. The teapot was a nice touch! The consultation rooms were very well equipped and pleasing to the eye. Those lushious bath robes were super soft and fluffy… something I’ve never experienced this feeling before! I am now booking a birthday gift for my teenage daughter and will be requesting for Laura. Well done. I highly recommend One Spa. Kathy K.

Came here for a weekend away and had a great 1 hr massage. The therapists were very professional and asked you where they were to concentrate on. Did a one hr back shoulders and foot massage which was great! We used the facilities there too which included a nice relaxation lounge, steam room, jet pool and salt water pool. All were very good and as we came in as soon as we opened all of these facilities were exclusively ours for 90 minutes prior to the massage.

Lovely, clean and modern facility with really friendly staff. My boyfriend and I had the Hammam bathing area to ourselves for an hour or so which was so nice and relaxing. The relaxation room was also a treat with comfy chairs, free tea and snacks. The steam room is really cool with a large marble circle in the middle for sitting and water can be made to fall from the ceiling. Loved it!

I had a wonderful time here. I went here for a surprise birthday gift. My treatment was a Hammam bath which included an aromatic steam room, and two pools. It was then followed by a beautiful facial. The staff were warm, professional and accommodating. Lovely setting within the resort. I felt refreshed and revitalised on leaving, and my skin felt silky smooth.

We had a lovely time at One Spa RACV Cape Schanck. The facility invites relaxation from the moment you step in. We booked in to have a customised facial and a Nourish body treatment which were both glorious. Thanks to our wonderful therapists Jo and Michelle who made it a relaxing experience. We will definitely be booking another appointment at our next stay!

We had the best 2 night stay and loved the accommodation and surroundings. The reception staff were super helpful and accommodating and treated us to a birthday bottle of bubbles. Also used the one spa facilities and it was amazing and not crowded at all. Samphire restaurant had lovely food and my partner loved the buffet breakfast would definitely return.

The Drift Away Spa experience certainly made you drift away and made me feel so rejuvenated at the end. My therapist, Michelle, was amazing, she tailored my facial treatment, the exfoliation and wrap left my skin buttery and the head massage was to die for! Nothing like I've experienced before, the hamman bathing is also a must. 5 stars!!

My husband and I came on a Saturday to get a couples massage for our anniversary and the experience was absolutely wonderful- the practitioners (Kate and Jessie) were awesome at their job and even gave us some bubbles to celebrate. The massage was great, vibe was so relaxing and we had a great time. Thanks!!

From the moment you are greeted at the One Spa reception, you feel welcomed and pampered. The ambience is so calming. The robes are soft, fluffy and cosy. The therapists are friendly and the massages are relaxing and on point. I could not fault any of it. It's worth the prices and I would go back again.

Lovely on-site spa when staying at the RACV resort, we spent 2 hours in the hamman baths and luckily had it all to ourselves for that period. It’s only two pools with a lovely steam room and a great way to spend time facilities and staff were amazing!

It was relaxing time for us, but they need to improve in some area. Going down to the both pools is a bit risky. The steps are narrow and it should be adjust to on angle. It will be easier to go up and down. The place is clean, staff is very kind.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience with our therapists Simone and Kat. We were incredibly relaxed after our treatment and can’t wait to come back. Thanks girls!

Men's treatments are less expensive for exact same treatment. Sick of companies putting a charge on gender.
