I never usually give negative reviews but this has been happening for the last 2-3 weeks. I am a regular customer of this shop. Firstly the food is amazing and I am extremely happy with it but they need to hire someone who can take orders correctly. This is the 3rd time they have messed up my order. Last week I ordered 2 zatar and cheese with olives and girl who was taking order her englsh wasn't very good and I repeated my order 3-4 times, when I reached the shop they made four of them however the girl only charged me for two and apologized and said the girl is new here. Today I wanted to order through uber eats pick up so I don't have to call them but it was only showing delivery no pick up for this shop so I try ordering over the phone and two different ladies tried to take my order and I was clearly saying I want to order Zatar and cheese with olives and I don't know why she was hearing spinach and cheese, it's such a different pronunciation. Anyways I cancelled everything and said I'll come to the shop. When I reached the shop, I showed them a text on my phone written below 1 Zatar and cheese add olives 1 Zatar and cheese add olives tomato and mushrooms this was the best I could've done to make sure they made it right. Still I don't know why she keep repeating vegetable Zatar has this already and she will add mushrooms I don't know what she understood even though I clearly showed my order on the phone but I am not ordering vegetable Zatar and unfortunately I didn't check my food at the shop and reached home only to find out the order is wrong. They made two vegetable Zatar one with olives and the other one with mushrooms and it has capsicum as well which I don't like, no doubt the food is amazing but they really need to take orders correctly.

*** I rarely ever write a bad review! This establishment compelled me to write one. The customer service is non existent, no processes in place no system just pure chaos! The naive and inexperienced staff are very poor, I feel sorry for them it's the owners fault. A 30 minute wait while other orders after me get there food is one thing but clearly telling me different stories each time I asked about it was hilarious. Apparently if anybody after you orders gluten free your order gets pushed back 25 minutes?? Make it make sense?? No courtesy extended to the customer, no "I'm sorry about the wait time or nothing". I was willing to forgive the wait time and judge them on the food, the manoosh was under cooked and lacked flavour. First and last time!! **Update on the reply from Chris. The arrogance in your response is laughable, have some guts and take accountability, learn and train from mistakes! No you choose to arrogantlty keep the blame on the inexperienced team member rather than the poor management and owners. The gluten free orders were 3 orders After me not before me and the person handling the dockets was a senior staff member. You also never addressed the lack of courtesy, simple humanly manners when things go wrong people say sorry etc and people generally respond well to that but your arrogance again won't let you admit that. Chris how can you tell me not to come back when I never wanted to comeback in the first place, your not only funny but you're also delusional. Oneway bakery, find another way .

So I came in a few days ago and ordered a cheese and spinach pie and I didn’t have any cash on me (they don’t accept card) so I told her not to worry about it this time. She insisted to give it to me free of charge and to come back and pay next time I was in the area. I was so touched by the kind gesture as not many people would do that these days. I highly recommend to go there and support this family business and keep people like this in business as we don’t realise that small business owners need the community to get behind them and keep them going so they can keep serving the community. The pie was delicious and I brought my grandma back today and we shared a vegetarian pizza together which was declicious and super fresh. My grandma is very picky and hardly eats any food outside from her home and what she cooks so that says something. Thank you again One way Bakery

Where do i start with this dodgy place, first of all its 2024 and payment method is either cash or Payid to the boss's number believe it or not WHAT A JOKE, who doesn't have Eftpos?? very unprofessional and shifty, i waited 47 minutes for 1 labne, 1 sujuk, 1 cheese and 1 zaatar, the place is so unorganized and the lack of leadership is definitely showing, while i waited customers were complaining as there were 2 coffee orders wrong and 1 dine in customer had a few items missing from his order half n hour into his meal, seemed like they were pushing all the online orders first with no regard to the customers in the shop. Its called ONE WAY cause once you walk out you definitely wont be back. There are way better Lebanese bakery's around with much better flavor and less expensive than this overpriced junk

Love One Way! The food is delicious, the coffee is spot on and the service is excellent. It has a great family feel and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The renovated decor is stylish, contemporary and the neutral colour scheme is very calming. It's a brilliant local gem and a definite must visit.

Love the cheese and spinach! Tangy and flavoursome. They are my favourite of any that I’ve tried. Pastry is crispy and not sweet like some others I’ve had. For those who like to reduce or eliminate dairy, they offer non dairy milk options for hot drinks and there is a plant based cheese available. We love it so much that we even got take away options for one of my work Christmas parties last year. Simple but a big crowd pleaser.

Not impressed at all, you lost some regular customer's after today. Ordered in advance and came in the day before just to make sure again that the order would be ready for 11am pick up, for a function. Not good enough to say you were busy and start the order the time it was meant to be picked up and make people wait an hour, don't take orders if you cannot fulfil them on time, in particular one's that have been preordered for important event's. Not impressed at all.

This bakery is truly a hidden gem in Melbourne's north. My partner and I wanted to try something different and boy this bakery surely delivered! We ordered the labneh pizza, meat pizza and spinach and cheese pizza. The quality of the food was top notch, my favourite was the labneh pizza. We even got complimentary coffees with baklava on the side. I definitely highly recommend this place, finally, a place that knows what the word hospitality means!!

Amazing food at great prices. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend, you won't be disappointed! No eftpos facilities but accepts cash and payid payments.

Love the renovation but the service is now slower, and their payment system is weird. They only accept cash, or you have to buy online and having to pay extra for “GST”.. I find that strange honestly.
