I have been training at Optimum Lifestyle for almost two years now and it has truly changed my life. It has changed my understand of what a 'gym' means to me. The owner Sean is an incredible trainer and helps you understand why what you are doing and how you are doing it is so important. He has incredible knowledge regarding injuries and rehabilitation around those injuries, pregnant mothers- pre, during and postpartum training for moms. And you can really start at any level of fitness and go at your own pace and fell truly supported in your journey. I can truly see and feel such a positive difference in my physical and mental health and I could have don't it without Sean's process and the great inclusive environment he has created at Optimum Lifestyle. Since joining two years ago, I have had over 10 friends and family members join and they are all so thrilled to have found this unique space to exercise at their own individual capacity. I can not recommend Optimum Lifestyle gym enough!
Optimum Lifestyle has absolutely changed my life !! When I joined 6 months ago my main goal was to loose weight and my goals have now completely shifted. Weight loss is great but having a trainer like Sean that supports you, helps you reach milestones and teaches you how exercise is a lifestyle with a multitude of benefits makes this journey an enjoyable one. My health has improved 10 fold, my body has not looked this good in years and my mental wellbeing has improved drastically. Optimum is not just a gym, it is a community of like minded unpretentious people on a journey to be the best version of themselves that they can be. Could not recommend Optimum more!!
The best gym experience ever! I've spent a lot of time in conventional gyms and I've done the occasional PT session but Sean offers the best of both of those worlds. When you opt for the team training session you get both individual attention while exercising with a group that encourages you to go the extra mile. Added to that the specially tailored programme that builds both strength and fitness, I really can't imagine a better way of exercising. Hugely grateful to Sean for his vast knowledge of and experience around body anatomy & different exercise regimes and as well as his dedication to this wonderful space.
Optimum Lifestyle is a unique place. Sean - a gifted Biokineticist runs multiple classes every day to fit into any schedule you may have. The strength programme that runs on Mon-Wed-Fri is game changing and Sean ensures that you’re doing each exercise correctly. The programmes are changed regularly and over the year all joint strengthening muscles are covered. From going to physio’s regularly after an out-of-the-ordinary strenuous incident (carrying something heavy or a full day hike), I haven’t been to a physio in 3 years since I started at Optimum Lifestyle. I can’t recommend this highly enough!
Fantastic small and personal gym with an amazing trainer. I did the drop a dress size challenge and it was nothing short of life changing for me. Lost 10kg, and now feeling strong and fit, and equipped with healthy lifestyle habits! Sean is super knowledgeable and creates training programmes that really work. He’s supportive and motivating and happy to adjust the programme to suit any needs or injuries. The group training sessions are a great motivator with great bunch of people. Really positive environment and a beautifully set up space.
Joining Optimum Lifestyle gym this year has been the best thing I have done for myself in 10years! I knew I wanted to be fit and healthy before but honestly had zero motivation or clue where to start. Since joining Sean and his team that has completely changed. I hated gyms… but I love this gym :) The well thought out and structured workout programmes take the thinking out of it all. You show up, get it done and the results are 1) improved physical wellbeing, in the form of stronger muscles, lungs and heart. 2) mental well-being with notable improvements in mood, focus and general outlook on life. I always look forward to a session - Sean is a fantastic trainer and the vibe is wonderfully kind, supportive and inclusive of all ages and fitness levels.
I've been at Optimum Lifestyle Gym for a few months and I'm loving it! One of the gym's standout features is Sean, the trainer. He's very knowledgeable and will guide you towards your goal. As a reserved person, crowds of people usually intimate me however, the gym has a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere. As a physiotherapist, the structured strengthening programs have helped me so much at work with having to assist patients Would highly recommend!
I have been attending OL for just under a year, initially to prep for my upcoming wedding. Now it’s just part of my lifestyle. I love the structure, the strength program is my favourite. Through Sean’s guidance, I have toned up and can now do a few pull-ups. I was hesitant to join at first as I am not a fan of crowds and am easily intimidated however the environment was relaxed and I soon felt comfortable. Overall very happy with optimum lifestyle.
Sean offers a phenomenal range of training programs that can be easily tailored to suit your needs. Since training with Sean I have gone from strength to strength and the results speak for themselves. Sean is very hands on and ensures that movements are done correctly. There is such a great vibe at Optimum Lifestyle and everyone is very helpful and encouraging. I wish I’d found Sean and Optimum lifestyle sooner!
A very well equipped gym and set up to suit all ages. Sean has a wealth of knowledge and has adapted my exercises accordingly to guide me through my rehab journey post knee surgery. I feel I am on my way to achieving my goal of being able to run again I have gained strength and stability in all muscle groups and I know I’ll be stronger with reduced risk of further injury due to Optimum Lifestyle!
Optimum Lifestyle is unlike any gym i have heard of. They are warm and welcoming and attentive to your needs and patient , i would definitely recommend them to anyone. i started out with never having done any exercise ever and Sean was patient with me, guiding me every step of the way. They have a variety of classes to suite your needs, you will not be sorry you joined their team
After consistently going to the strength classes at Optimum Lifestyle, I've seen a real change in my fitness and strength. A hike that used to be really difficult was a lot easier! This gym standout in every aspect. Sean is exceptional, attentive and helpful. The well thought out programme covers all form of exercise, focusing on strength building and fitness. The private atmosphere and intimate group exercise create a welcoming community. The facilities are top-not. I highly recommend this gym!
I started with Sean today, feeling very hesitant because I come with a long line of knee trouble. Needless to say, I was blown away. This has been transformational for me. I have never liked conventional gym. Sean has a very different approach. I so value his input and expertise. Never a dull moment. For the first time in my life I can say I enjoy exercise, and can really see a difference body. Highly recommended.

Good energy with great staff. My chiropractor just moved in with them. Would recommend him to anyone as he does not just crack your neck because he has better techniques.

What a great gym! Sean is knowledgeable and very helpful. I definitely wouldn't be strength training like this if I was trying to fly solo. Highly recommend.
