Cant give a rating for what its like to purchase a vehicle from them yet. But my experience dealing with them as I've been shopping around has be more than a 5 star rating. They dropped everything to answer my questions, definitely made me feel like the only customer they had even though there was a hand full of other customers on the lot All the vehicles I looked at was nice and clean and the owner and staff were happy to show me all about them even the odd defects, such a nice breath of fresh air to have a car dealer not try to hide things to make a sale

Been here a few times now and I highly recommend it as Brian is a very knowledgeable and well mannered man, he explains things thoroughly and has alot of patience which is needed with me sometimes! I'm sure his employees are the same though I've only dealt with Brian. I've been through a few mechanics in Kingston with not great experiences but I am going to keep this one as my main shop from now on and will recommend to family and friends.

I don't often write reviews but I felt compelled to because of the consistently wonderful service I have received from this Auto Service recently. As someone who has had a few cars and went to a few mechanics I can genuinely say these guys are the best! They are accommodating, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. From the owner, to the people that work the desk, I always feel like a valued, informed customer. Keep up the great work!

Excellent service. Called in the morning a bit panicked because my Nissan's check engine light came on. The Nissan dealership was gonna charge me $140 JUST to run a diagnostic test. These guys took me in right away, were friendly and fixed the small issue right away for a fair and reasonable price. So greatful. Just moved here from BC. Looks like I just found my new mechanics

I am very happy to recommend Brian's shop. They've got excellent service and are always looking out for what is best for their customer. They easily could have repaired my AC but recommended I check with my dealer as they thought it should be covered by warranty. They've offered me great advice about older cars and have kept all my vehicles in great shape.

Had my car break down on 401 outside Odessa. It was towed to Brian Overvelde on a Sunday night. Spoke to them on Monday, they were planning to have it diagnosed and fixed that afternoon. I told them not to rush as I was back in Ottawa. Tuesday they called, diagnosed and fixed it at a competitive price. Very happy with the service received.

My vehicle started sounding like a Harley Davidson on my way home from work. Called Brian and he let me bring it in right away. Although the shop was extremely busy that day Brian was not only able to have a look at it, he also repaired it the same day. I highly recommend this garage as they are always looking out for the customer

We have had 3 different vehicles serviced here and the problem is always fixed in a timely manner. They spend time to discuss the problem (especially when you can only describe it making sounds with your lips) and have treated us very fairly. I would recommend this garage.

Brian and his team are very professional, I didn't have an appointment but they asked me to bring my wife's car over and they would try and squeeze me in, long story short they had my issue resolved in 24hrs. I am very appreciative of the fast and friendly service.
