I had a great experience at this store when I went to buy some harnesses and leads for my dogs. I was not sure how to put the harness on my dogs, but Grace the assistant was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She recommended the best harnesses for my dogs, showed me how to adjust them properly, and made me feel very welcome. I was very impressed by her service and kindness. I will definitely come back to this store for any advice and help for my dogs. Thank you, Grace for being so amazing. Hopefully management will compliment her for such good service.

We recently adopted an adult cat and needed to stock up on basically everything. We were able to find everything we needed here including litter tray, litter, a variety of toys, catnip, food, treats, cat beds etc. Our cat is still getting used to her new home so has not used the toys yet but she definitely seems interested. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. The store is spacious and well-stocked, and even has a car park so you don't need to worry about finding parking on Sydney Road! Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with the quality of expertise and service from all of the staff members that I have encountered at this store. Special mention to Naomi for going out of her way to order in a particular product that only had stock at another MPW store. Also Manda is really knowledgeable and helpful regarding dog behaviour. They are always trying to find a solution for our needs. Another huge plus, this store has quite an expansive range of products at reasonable prices.

We have to thank the folks at PETstock for going out of their way to have a sufficient supply of one particular cat mush just for us. You can try as much as you like to get your idiot cats to eat whatever you give them, but cats are lovable, stubborn little jerks. Ours will only eat one specific thing. So thank you PETstock for looking after us. On another topic, the rewards system is now a bit more effective so that takes the edge off pet costs.

I love shopping for my pets' needs at My pet Warehouse. they have everything that I would need that I normally buy from other online shops. However the prices are much higher than online. The staff is generally very helpful and the store is laid out so that it's easy to find what you need. they do often have things on special due to expiry dates approaching and most items are good for past that date so I always go and check when I'm in Coburg.

This pet shop has a wide variety of food brands, pet bedding, toys, animal health care - for people with dogs, there is a grooming. I buy kangaroo every week for my cat. I was there this afternoon and it was really very warm and noticed that there was not a single fan in sight to help keep the staff comfortable while working let alone air con. Excellent shop with a good range of products. The staff are friendly, courteous and utterly responsive to customer needs, particularly Polly, the manager, and Naomi. If you need a particular product, they will do their utmost to get it into the store. It is also lovely to deal with folks who have their own pets and want the best for yours. I'm impressed and highly recommend them.

There used to be a super charismatic and really helpful knowledgeable guy that worked here. It’s a sad thing he left. Customer service begun to really fail with the addition of the girl with short hair who is usually more distracted by who knows what to greet staff. Other new staff are continually more daft. Current staff would be better suited to working at McDonald’s…

Great customer service and they will let you replace any food your cat rejects if there’s more than 50% left. I also noticed a lot of things I’ve paid up to $20 more for at other stores, so great selection and prices! Lots of cat stuff too whereas other pet stores tend to primarily cater to dog owners!

Friendly owner who was very helpful and showed me the best bang for buck products rather than the most expensive one. The store stays open till quite late so it is extremely convenient if you're looking for pet supply after work. The store is quite big and has a huge variety. Great pet store.

I always go to the Coburg store for my dog and cat needs because they have a great range of products, good specials and the staff are knowledgeable and provide great customer service. I would highly recommend this store for consistency of stock and service.

Went in on Saturday 9th July in the afternoon, and the two girls at the counter were listening and giggling to something on their phone sharing an earphone piece. Neither of them left the counter to ask if anyone needed assistance. Pathetic. I walked out.

Surprisingly little variety for a warehouse. As an outlet, they had a lot of discontinued and short-dated things on sale but unfortunately their cat food and litter options were quite limited and overpriced.
