I go to this location because this one is the closest to me. The customer service has never been good here and you can never find someone to help you but at least I can more often than not, find the items I need in stock. If you want to feel like your shopping in a store that is "closed" then this is the place to go. You never see an employee there. Unless you are cashing out or need crickets. Everything I go there not one employee has ever approached me to ask if I need anything. Even prior to covid.. My last experience I had on Friday... I never want to go back to this location. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer until that day by 1 employee. Her attitude was sour and she was absolutely unapproachable. Unfortunately she was the only cashier and I was done shopping.. I had to go to her register to cash out. No customer service training. So demanding. I didn't even get a "Hello" a simple phrase. I got "put your items on the belt" I felt so rushed at that moment. I only had a few small items and I wanted to maintain distance from the person in front of me using the debit machine. I should also mention I have my 4 year old son with me. But she persisted, with a horrible attitude, to get my stuff on the belt. Also, motioning me to "hurry up" by using her arm in circular motion. Now at this point I'm feeling embarrassed because it seems like I don't know what I'm doing. I'm polite and try to have minimal small talk. I'm rejected. Instead of holding an appropriate short conversation with a customer she instead asks for my phone number for the store card and nothing more. I pay and leave. About ~100 I spent there. This is the part that really bothers me.. I realized I forgot to give the cashier my 15% off coupon that would expire by the time I needed to come back. So I walk back in knowing who I have to go back to. She immediately gave me attitude about it. Making me feel like I'm totally inconvenient for asking to use the coupon. I only have about 7-8 small items. Not alot... She had to "return" the products and then scan them back in. She rushed me. "Put them on the belt, put them on now. " Once she finished the "return" process and started re-scanning is where I had enough. I was buying fragile items. Reptile lights and fixture along with other items. They way she treated my products was awful. As she was scanning them she was aggressively handling and putting my stuff on the small table behind her really hard. I almost wanted to not purchase them anymore due to possible defects. You could hear the irritation in her voice the whole time she was doing this. You could clearly tell by her face, tone and attitude that she wanted nothing to do with what I had politely asked her to do. It was not even busy. 2 customers came in line when she was over halfway done. When she seen they were in line she was even more irritated. I quickly left without another word. I felt disrespected and embarrassed. I don't understand how ill-mannered employees have a job in customer service. They are the last employee the customer sees and that last encounter should be a relatively happy experience. I will never go to this location again because of this encounter. At this point I'd rather go to a different store altogether and spend a few extra dollars on the same products. At least I'll feel like a "person".

Went to get a second hamster, staff said they would tear each other apart, read the guide and asked the manager. They asked for the picture of the cage and then said we would need two cages. However the cage was big enough for 2 hamsters and apparently 6 hamsters according to their guide. Then they said that they sell male hamsters and the original one i got from another PetSmart was a female. We checked, it was a male and it was mixed up at the other PetSmart. The store staff aren't reasonable, we had a bin cage too after they asked for a second cage, it was still so much better then their small 75 sq in per hamster cages. They said it wouldn't work because the hamster would jump out. I said I had a lid, They said how is it going to breath, I said we would drill holes in it. After all that, they said it wasn't a proper "enclosure" with bars. However they keep their hamsters in a small cage and complain about our bigger cage. After all that driving we came here for nothing as they thought their small cages were better than mine. We actually saw the 2 hamster bite each other and the staff did nothing. So us taking good care of 2 hamsters together is not ok. But you with the small cage and 2 stressed hamsters fighting is totally fine. We would be actually rescuing the hamsters by showing actually care not just dumping shipments of hamsters into a small cage. And, I remembered I had a divider for the 1000 sq inch cage which would mean 500 per hamster (still better than the 150-200 they have there for 2 hamsters) They said that it was a no already because the manager didn't want to deal with us anymore. To top it all off the staff was passive aggressive. We ended up getting bedding for a second setup cage and will not go to this PetSmart again.

"Rude" and "hostile" are already mentioned in some of the reviews I read about this grooming department. I will have to agree with those who wrote those comments and add that this place has unprofessional workers and liars and seems to think it's fun to waste people's time. I would also like to share that I experienced a racist incident where a white lady felt she could speak to me in the manner she did. She was nasty because I showed up for my 10 am grooming appointment and wanted to lie that she talked to me, and I "told her I was coming at 10:30 am." That was a lie. I did not speak to her or anyone and changed my arrival time. A manager had booked my dog in for 10:00 am due to an issue when they cancelled my appointment when their system confirmed my appointment was still in effect. They claimed they wanted me to call them. However, the call I received to confirm the appointment said that I would only need to contact them if I wanted to cancel. Today when my dog and I showed up for his grooming appointment, I was shocked at how hostile and nasty I was treated for asking, "if I should come back for 10:30 am then?" since they were all busy grooming other dogs, and she had mentioned how she thought I was coming for 10:30 am. I believe she chose to speak to me as she did because of my race. Therefore, I couldn't imagine how they would treat my dog, who isn't able to talk and share their experience. So, I took my dog and walked away without arguing with the woman and chose to write a review, and I will also be writing a complaint letter.

We've been grooming here for many years 6 years. 5 years no problem only this 6th year, the people grooming has changed. My dogs reactionto them too has changed and something is triggering her. My dog, every time we get her groomed, comes home stressed. Every time we take her, she's triggered by something that happens in there. Today, literally at the foot of the door, the dog got dizzy, crossed eyed, she almost bit my father as if to stop us from bringing her there while being in this state. She lost consciousness, and had a seizure afterward , and bit her tongue. The people at the shop came after noticing this, and she started barking at them as if to tell us she's stressed about these people. All then other times we brought her were different, but this is the third time she's been this stressed coming here. Something is happening in the back of this store that we dont know. But it's sad to see this, trust lost for a store We've been with for so long. 6th year was a stressful year but someone should look into this, whatever is happening back there. The changes with your groomers, the treatment at the back of that shop needs to be looked into dillegently. We brought her to the vet and they mentioned she was stressed as confirmed and had bit her tongue.

I have been to this petsmart quite a few times. Every interaction with Teresa/Theresa is always awful. I gave her the benefit of doubt the first time that she was having a bad day. But the rude customer service continues. I try to avoid this location solely because of her. But sadly, the other locations are sometimes out of stock so I am forced to go here. I went in to pick up my online order. She said I needed an ID. I said the email confirmation does not state I need to have my ID. She claims "Yes it does. It says it everywhere." I show her the email and ask her to point it out for me. (It doesn't....) She huff and puffs and takes out her iPad. This is the following conversation: Me: Would you like the order number instead? Her: You need to wait until my iPad boost up. I can't memorize 10 numbers. Me:....ok.... Just wanted to have the email pulled up and ready for you Her: Name? Me: First or last? Her: It doesn't matter! Just give me a name!!! *Proceeds to give her my name* She goes and finds my order and continues complaining that I didn't show my ID even though the email does NOT STATE I NEED TO SHOW ID.

Took my puppy (F2B goldendoodle) there for his first time “Puppy Spa” on Sunday and it went well I think .. he was scared at first heading to the back but was super HAPPY when we picked him up and he looked so handsome and fluffy … it took almost 3 hrs. We were told they will give me a call 15 mins prior BUT never got a call … I did get an notification from the app saying my puppy is finished and ready for pickup… (what if I didn’t have the app) When we picked him up, I told the girl I never received a call 15 mins prior before he was ready so I’ll be on time rather than being late. She said “oh really” then verified my number and said “oh we couldn’t get a hold of you” lol BUT no one never called (phone didn’t ring) . Anywho overall, other than the no call thing .. the staff at the grooming area were friendly and nice! The cashier however (the older lady with the wig) was not friendly or friendly looking she looked like she didn’t wanna be where she was and just rude! (GAVE 4⭐️‘S JUST COZ MY PUPPY WASNT STRESSED)

This was my first time in this store as we recently moved into the area. We originally went to Laird (Toronto) location. I was thrilled to get an appointment that fit with my schedule. I used their online appointment site that worked well. When I came into the salon area, I was well received and could tell from Emanuela V, that my dog will be well looked after. I was able to do my pet shopping and pick up the dog all the same time. Checking out with Teresa, who was very congenial and friendly. She really helped me to understand how to make the most of my points and coupons, etc. Although all was okay, I do think that the salon services should be able to be paid at the salon. Instead of going to salon to get your bill, then going to front cashier desk, then back to salon for pet pick up, seems a bit much. If I could have just paid directly to the salon services, I could have saved a lot of time. It could be a much smoother operation, especially for those who ONLY come in to have their pets groomed.

So I made a reservation for my dog to stay at the hotel for October 2nd I have been calling for a few days now as I have a voicemail to confirm her stay and every time I call no one has any idea what I’m talking about. I called again today and I was put on hold 3 times so this guy could talk to his manager who he said “has no idea what I’m talking about” I understand the boarding is closed till the 30th but why would I receive a voicemail to confirm her stay and then be told they have no idea what I’m talking about It does not make me feel safe to leave my dog in the hands of people with attitude and unorganized After I addressed my concerns and that I wanted to cancel the guy literally spoke over my concerns and gave me so much attitude about wanting to cancel that I’m so glad I made the choice to cancel as why would I leave my dearly loved dog in the hands of someone like this. Beware of this place as they don’t care about your dogs stay and get defended when you want to cancel your dogs stay.

My recent Curbside pick up took 22 HOURS from order to pick up email. I ordered an item that was in stock around lunchtime, and received a pick up email 22 hours later. I called the store about 5 hours after ordering and was told my order would not be available until the following day, that the average wait is at least 4-5 hours, and was made to feel rude and impatient. Instructions on the emails are not correct. They do not offer ‘in store pick up’ to make the Pick up process faster as the email indicates. The staff who brought my item out was pleasant, however the person I spoke to on the phon, and the staff who briefly addressed me before turning her back and walking away were not. There was another customer who had the same wait time in the car beside me. I strongly recommend using another retail chain until this store improves their process. If you need something for your pet the day you order it, shop elsewhere.

My sister brought our dog here on February 9 for the Doggie Day Camp and we will most definitely not be bringing her back here. I called to check on her and they kept it very short barely providing me an update even though I explained this was the first time we've left our dog with someone else. When my sister came to pick up our dog, the lady told her she was in the kennel with food and water because she was anxious... Why did I pay $35 for my dog to be in a kennel, whether it was for a short or long time, that's not what I paid for. If she was feeling anxious, the appropriate thing to do would be calm her down with love and affection. I regret bringing her here and wish I listened to my family friend who said "I wouldn't bring my dog there." ALSO, they said they would take a picture of her and send it via email.. it's been two days and have yet to receive the photo.

I used grooming service here for my dog. First time was great so I bought the package for the next 2 grooming sessions. My second appointment was cancelled 3 times, most of them very last minute. First cancellation was the morning of, second cancellation was when I arrived and the groomer told me she no longer worked there, promised her colleague would call me, no call for days until I rebooked online. Third time was 30 mins before the appointment. Third appointment was cancelled (again!), the staff promised on the phone that they would call to reschedule since online scheduling would be over a month wait. Guess what? no call for a nearly a month now. So yes, I take the hint that they do not want to provide the service that is already paid for. Wish they could have just told me that from the beginning so I can find service elsewhere.

Went today to check out the fish and get some aquatic plants and encountered the most helpful sales associate I’ve dealt with at any pet store. Chris, from the fish dept, was busy restocking fish and plants when I arrived and helped me understand the different types of plants and the conditions they thrive in. He also recommended some plant nutrients and helped me pick out some neon tetras. Not only was he incredibly patient and kind to me, he was also incredibly gentle with the fish and seemed to genuinely care for their well being. It really made me change my perspective around big box stores not having staff that cared as much about the animals. Totally not the case with Chris. He even talks to them like they’re his friends . Makes me feel great buying more fish from him in the future.

Just spoke with a store associate named Claudia, who battled me when I ask to speak to the store manager over the phone to give some opinions as a long time customer. Claudia refused and when I requested the manager's office or appointment hours, she said " "manager's office hours are personal"...... could anyone be hired at this store that has common sense in stead of the ones they have now..... and the grooming salon with Tara, Angelina: the former blames customer for their own administrative mistakes, and the latter does such a careless job with grooming -no wonder why all senior groomers are gone-there seem to be less nice people there anymore.... Do not suggest to go there at all-there is no love to human or animal.

Called PetSmart Grooming to book an appointment for my two dogs. The staff (Emanuela) were rude, spoke with a hostile voice. Told us one of my dogs did not have a profile even though we have been there twice already. Put us on hold without telling us. I went to check to see if I can book online and all of a sudden, BOTH my dogs were booked for an appointment when I was on the site. Turns out her manager Courtney was standing right beside her while she was speaking to me, and heard the way she speaks to clients. The customer service in the grooming section should be retrained because it was an unpleasant experience. The groomer Jessii though, is great and we love going to her.

Update as of Dec 3rd, 2022 - from 5 - 6 pm. Prices were high, staff were having conversations while I waited and I had to wait for them to finish their employee nonsense social conversation before I was beckoned or asked. Out of the three that were having a conversation near the fish tanks around 5-6 pm, one looked at me to exit the conversation, one was ignoring me and continued with their conversation and the boy who was in the middle was indifferent was kind of stuck between wanting to address me and letting his peer finish her conversation. It was very rude and not customer focused. Great staff and availability of products. Knowledgeable staff and expertise.

3 times this location has called me the evening before my appointment to tell me my appointment is canceled and I need to re book. When you go to book again the next available appointment is 2 months from now. I get it stuff happens but 3 times coincidentally the employee is sick right before my appointment? That is ridiculous and hard to believe- just tell me straight up we are overbooked and re schedule my appointment within the week. I’ll be going to a different petsmart location to get my dogs haircut from now on hoping they don’t do the same thing. Ps if you look at the previous lowest rated review it will tell you that this is common at this location.

This is the closest PS near me but I try my hardest to only order online due to one of the cashiers who is an older lady with long grey hair, heavy set. Every single time I encounter her she has had a terrible attitude and anger to her tone. She will argue that you don't need a bag for certain items. If you ask for one anyways she will give a snarky comment back and throw the item in the bag you asked for aggressively. The reason I have to bag everything is because I have to use the stairs in my building and I had other things to carry, so I needed it to be in a bag with a handle. She does not care about this and will make you feel horrible for even asking.

Got to the store at 10:10 for our 10:15 appointment today, only to be told that we were booked for 10:45. Courtney said “Sorry but Sara doesn’t start until 10:30 so you need to go back out and wait for your turn.” We only wanted to come back to this salon because of Carter who has always done a good job on my two dogs. But when I made the appointment yesterday, I was told Carter does not have any availability today so we were booked with Sarah instead. Then the lady who called me after we’ve left the store would not even give me the name of the person who booked my appointment. She did not even say a simple sorry, even just for the company’s sake.

Our dog does doggy day care when my wife and I both work longer days, and we have also boarded him here for vacation multiple times. The staff is amazing , super friendly and you can tell they are pet people ! I know it's assumed working at a pet store, but from other places not always gauranteed. Our dog loves going here, and I know he receives great care and attention. He is usually exhausted for at least a day after daycare from all the fun he had. If you have a pet, and need somewhere to leave them during a work day or while you are on vacation seriously drop them off here ! They will have a blast and you will have peace of mind

Grooming salon is the worst here! Staff was so rude to me can’t imagine how they must have treated my pup I left my puppy here at 10:30 am and picked up at 4:30 and the groomerAngelina told me “ I was honestly offended by the number of times you called”, which was 2 times in like 6 hours!!! That lady needs to chill!!!! Im paying for the service how dare she speak to me like that….over charged me and chopped off all my puppy’s hair to the bone!!!!! Petsmart needs to resolve this….my puppy has been very anxious ever since this grooming will definitely report her NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BY THE MANAGEMENT!!!! Shame on them too

First time I went to get a pair of budgies but they were sold out. Most of their live animal section was empty. One of the workers said they will be restocking sometime next week. I got my budgies from the flea market. Next time I went to get a nest for my budgies. Online it sold for $6.99. In store the same item was sold for $11. The worker simply said the one I got is bigger than the one on their website. I checked their live animal section again and they barely restocked. There was only a pair of budgie and they looked old. Would not recommend them. Maybe will try their other locations.

Management should speak with the dude who handles the crickets, maybe retrain them in customer service. I was waiting in the reptile/fish area for help getting crickets, I rang the bell for help and the person working storm's out and tells me I need to "wait a hot minute" and starts to storm off so I ask what a hot minute is, they said 4 or 5 minutes and walked away. So I left, Big Al's is 5 minutes away and not understaffed. I was in and out with crickets 2 cents cheaper per cricket to boot! So if you got a hot minute consider the couple extre KM's and check out Big Al's!

I went there on the weekend with both my dogs to get Easter bunny photos. I never received them, had to call back a few times after I was told they would be sent ASAP. After the 4th call I was told they were not able to find them. This is very disappointing and a waste of my time. I came by myself with both of my dogs and had my hands full and was not able to take any pictures on my personal phone. Do better with your system when it comes down to things like this so peoples time does not get wasted.. especially if they had to wait over 30 minutes in line.

I frequent this Petsmart a lot because it’s the closest to me, and the staff are all very nice, but the most recent times I’ve gone in (Sunday and Tuesday) there was a quite obviously sick cashier. She was very nice and I know people are tight for money nowadays, but we’re still working through a pandemic and I think it was irresponsible of the managers to allow her to work. There are vulnerable shoppers!!! She sounded severely congested and had mucous-y sounding coughs. It made me very uncomfortable and I don’t think I’ll be going back there for a while.

I bring my dog here for doggie daycare and the staff is always pleasant to talk to except for this employee named Deja. I was trying to book my dog and the way this lady was speaking to me over the phone was not nice at all and not very friendly. She sounded lazy, she would take long pauses that make it seem like she’s not on the other line anymore and I kept saying hello to see if I was still talking to someone when she’s there the whole time and could clearly hear me. She knew I was getting annoyed but she didn’t care at all!

I did my curbside pick up this past Saturday night (Easter long weekend) and I was just amazed with the care and professionalism of the staff. The parking lot was so full of people picking up items for their pets and the staff was just incredible. You can tell how busy they were yet they managed to deal with every single customer with so much care. I'm really really glad that this is my local store. I love it so much and have grown soooo much more appreciative of their efforts and dedication during this strange time.

This review is about grooming services at this PetSmart location. We have been happy beyond what words can describe with Courtney's services since we got our new puppy. Courtney has been so knowledgeable and helpful with new pawrents that we are, and she has helped our puppy with his grooming needs through different stages of his development. My puppy has made good and positive associations with being in this place because of Courtney's amazing expertise. We are very thankful to have found her. Thank you!!

Was a little concerned going to another location but since the one I usually go to on kennedy Rd is understaffed I decided to come to this one. Simba needed a grooming badly and the other locations don't hve availability until next month for full grooming. Have to say Simba is very pleased with his grooming and his groomer Courtney was amazing kind and she listen to what was needed to be done and did an amazing job. ☺ Thanks Courtney and Simba look forward to seeing you on his next grooming ☺

The perfect score is all due to the service and professionalism shown by the groomer Courtney. She is amazing. It’s very evident that she not only does an amazing groom, but that she also cares very much about the dogs she grooms. When my dogs are at ease, I know I can trust the groomer. Once they hear her friendly voice they run towards the salon - how many dogs do you know that do that. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend Courtney for any of your dogs grooming needs. My dogs love her!!!

I went there almost at closing time to pickup an order for something very specific for my dog that I needed for the night. Unfortunately, when I got to the store, the item was not available due to an error on the website. Instead of sending me home empty handed, the manager (I wish that i could remember the name) was kind enough to inquiry what was I looking for and she helped me with it. I didn’t come back home empty handed that night. I truly appreciate the help. Thank you very much!

Terrible petsmart location. Careless and unprofessional groomers they hurt one of my dogs during grooming by nipping my dog's skin. They covered vet expenses and gave free next grooming appointment as apology, but a few months after when i called for walk in nail trim, staff told me they are no longer accepting any of my dogs in this location and DID NOT PROVIDE ANY REASON!!! SAVE YOUR DOGS, TIME AND MONEY!!! DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. STAFFS ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!

Grooming salon @ Warden & Eglinton. I took my dog to get her nails done today for the first time. For the last 3 months nobody has been able to cut them.. she had developed a fear.. not even her vet could get any cut. This was my last try before medication and possible sedation. The two ladies that helped today were fantastic ! Soothing, patient and they got the job done !!! I’m super impressed and grateful. They were so amazing. Thank-You ! We will see you next time !

I have been going to this Pets Mart since 2016. The staff are friendly and helpful, I've used their training program. However, the grooming salon is a hit or a miss and today I noticed that they are overbooked and it has gone downhill. I would use their services cautiously, and there is a possibility I will be taking my dog elsewhere depending on the service I receive today. I've spoken to manager about a few thing and it change for a bit the goes back to the same.

Today I took my sweet Lychee to get her first grooming session. We were scheduled with the groomer Nicholai. Lychee is a very timid, anxious and nervous pup. Nicholai was very patient with Lychee and took his time to make her feel comfortable. He was very thorough with his work and Lychee looked amazing after her session. Nicholai has exceeded my expectations and we will definitely be going back! Thank you for making Lychee feel safe as she was in your care.

This store is ok if you know what you’re looking for. I’ve been a few times and staff aren’t very approachable nor offer assistance. Also - I’ve been growing my aquarium hobbies and this isn’t the best place for your marine life. Some of the plants they have just float in their tanks, and a number of their fish species have one if not two dead friends on display :(. Many of their tanks also have snails, so word of caution when purchasing fish from here.

The grooming salon at this specific PetSmart is the worst one by far. Worst Customer service by Nikki. Does not care about any of your pets. Funny how you cancel and deny my appointment the day that I come in which wastes my time. Then you guys seen that I was frustrated and “sweet talked” me into saying that you will call me back within a few days, it’s been months now and I still have not heard anything. Will not be booking here ever again!

I would rather give a zero if I could, they seem to have lost patience in grooming. The Staff in the salon were so aggressive with dogs They gave my dog and she was bleeding They cut her nails too short And they said it’s really normal.the floor was her blood, really it’s normal!!! They didn’t even apologize!! My dog is leaking her nails all the time it’s obvious she is in pain. It was my last time going there.

The grooming salon at this location is a disorganzied nightmare. I don't recommend it. The people answering the phone and the people in the salon give conflicting information. It takes 2-3 hours to get a basic nail trim and bath because the pets are placed in a queue for the next available groomer, even if you book an appointment. Don't waste your time. Go to a small business. You'll get better service.

Unfortunately, there has been shortage of it recently, I guess there’s a production issue resulting in this. I drove around multiple spots and this location had a few boxes so now my kitty is happy. Extra points for the pet adoption areas. All animals look to be well cared for and active.

Amazing grooming done by Nicholai! He does phenomenal work and our nervous Saint Bernard does so well in Nick's care. We absolutely trust and recommend Nicholai as a groomer. His attention to detail and caring nature towards our boy certainly doesn't go unnoticed. We're always looking forward to our monthly grooming sessions at this location. Togo looks, smells, and feels fantastic every time!

I took my dog there to trim his nails! When I went there to take my dog, I saw he was bleeding they took some of his nails too short and they tried to put lots of powder on the nails to stop bleeding!!!! I got shocked and couldn’t believe that they took his nails that much short, I would never go there any more, also after a few months I realized 2 of his nails aren’t grown any more !!!!

This location is my go to for my pets' needs. Everywhere you go there is literally an associate on the floor to help. Usually have a ton of questions and they are always knowledgeable. I've also noticed that this specific location has a much if not non-existent check out line. I'm usually in and out within minutes. Love that! Especially when I only need to grab a bag of dog food.

I was in last week and had a guy named Chris( I think) assist me in questions I had for some of the hamsters i was looking at. I wanted information about caring for these animals before purchasing and he was very knowledgeable and professional in answering all my questions that i had. These guys are wonderful!! I had an emergency and needed kitten replacement milk in a pinch before the holiday. They were so helpful over the phone and I was able to get the KMR for curbside pick-up so my kits will be good until everything reopens Tuesday. I’m so grateful. I came in looking to adopt a pet for a event going on nation wide, I seen two crested geckos that had been available for about 9 months, I decided to adopt one of them yesterday, staff were very chill and polite and helpful during the process, it was fairly easy and fast to do, and the Crested gecko seems to be healthy and happy, her name was Ruby' I changed it to Echo

Gave a 4 star last year but changing to a 5 :) I went in for my grooming appointment and all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Carter did an amazing job with my dog and the cut was everything I asked for. On my way out, the cashier was also super friendly. I prefer this Petsmart over the one closer to my house. Anything for amazing service.

Its unfortunate they are always understaff it seems. Some of the employees in the Groomers are great. Not all services you can book online which is a pain to deal with. Because nobody answers the phone or they keep you on hold for over 10 mins at a time, where you have to call back or then they just blame each other for not answering.

Great location! The staff clearly loves animals and it shows in their interactions with pet visitors. My dog LOVES the day camp and all of the snuggles and love she gets. As a rescue, she's always been wary of strangers, but she's definitely become more comfortable and approachable since coming to Doggie Day Camp here.

Everyone was very sweet. It was her first groom, I had been able to maintain her hair for some time. But the hair cut my dog had was horrible. A complete shave down when I asked for them to save as much as possible (teddy bear cut) to avoid the shave down. I'll try another grooming place next time.

Very friendly staff and very clean store. Left the dogs to get washed and even with a sometimes finicky dog, they managed to have them both cleaned very thoroughly. Fairly large store as well with tons of parking. They also have a Petshotel which I've used and had no issues with.

I came in to get my dogs nails trimmed at 5:30pm I did not make an appointment online. I was told by the woman they don’t do walk ins appointments only and was turned down. There were 3 people available one person working on a dog while the other two just sat around and chatted.

Well stocked. Lots of stuff for almost any basic pet. No bulbs T8 30 inches. I tried so many stores. My go to shop. But because I can't get what I need here. I find myself going to places that have that bulb. And buying everything from them. No real reason to keep shopping here.

Nice aquarium section. On the small side but they had some unexpected surprises. They also do water quality checks for free which is really nice if you are near by. Snail selection was very nice with some really big mystery snails. Clean tanks and friendly staff.

Great place to get your pet needs. However; pricing is starting to become increasingly expensive vs Walmart. Only issue is that I go here all the time and some not all the associates who work there need to know what the promotions are online and in-store.

Great place for product/food/toys and a great place for grooming. Staff are very friendly/knowledgable - it's very obvious that they LOVE animals - all types of animals! My handsome boy (Labrador) had a great time at the "spa" - highly recommend it.

Excellent return policy. Staff are hit and miss, depending on when you visit. Prices are quite pricey, although their return policy is quite fair. Although I would suggest shopping around to obtain the best price.

Kennedy location is much better for grooming. My appointment was canceled three times due to low staff and over-scheduling. And they always charge $20-30 more for the same services.
