This is one of the best, if not the best, walk in clinics in Kingston! They are professional and treat their client with respect. Since moving to Kingston, I’ve had hard time getting a family doctor and walk in clinic is all I have unless I want to spend 6 hrs in the emergency room! Been to a few other places and didn’t like how we were treated! These people show utmost care if you reach out and do their best to ensure you get some medical attention as soon as possible. Highly recommend this clinic if you are in dire need to get some medical treatment! On a separate note, ON healthcare system sucks big time! All these extra taxes we pay to live here and govt has nothing to show against it!

The person I saw there was nice but that was just about it. It's a pretty small pharmacy and many things are not available. For example allegra is not available and I have to order it. So I had to go to downtown and buy the medicine. Not even a simple vitamin c or zink supplement available. But it's my go to pharmacy as it's just around the corner from my home. And that is the reason for my next problem. It's the only pharmacy in my area and it closes 6pm. Why? Shouldn't pharmacies be open 24 hours? Specially if it's the only one in an area? Why do I have to dive to shopers in an emergency? If I can that is.

Sid and his staff's professional service is offered with an unfailingly personal touch that calls to mind the small-town drugstores of days gone by. After a year of living away from Kingston, we recently and very reluctantly moved our prescriptions to a more local Pharmasave, but we'll be back to Sid if and when a return to Kingston is in our future.

I had a terrible experience at the Shoppers Drug Mart near me when I moved to Kingston and am so glad to have found - and switched to - this pharmacy. Sid is such a pleasure to deal with and always treats me with respect, professionalism, and kindness. Knowledgable staff, always prompt with refills, and genuinely helpful. Excellent overall!

Close to my place. A small pharmacy. Really great staff (I met the pharmacist up front and the medical assistant in the back that organizes the telephone doctor's visits). There was no wait time to see the medical assistant to have a virtual doctor's visit. It was a really nice experience compared to traditional clinics

Sid is very good at what he does he has made an experience that normally would be so hard for me easy he truly cares qnd takes the time for everyone ... he most deffently goes above and beyond for everyone ... your amazing sid thank you so much for everything u do

This is an awesome place. I dealt with a lot of issues at my previous pharmacy, so I wanted to try somewhere new. The pharmacist was super friendly and knowledgeable. The location is really convenient for me too. My wife says it was really easy to switch.

Literally awful. Even with an appointment when no one else is there, they make you wait for an hour and tell you the doctor is coming, and then tell you you won't be seen. Staff is rude too. Save yourself your time and never go here.

2nd visit was greeted by name.Discovered I'd been incorrectly taking a med., Pharmacy deals with Dr. office directly.The cost is lower....... I know this will be a long relationship.

Very well stocked and beautiful set up of pharmacy, knowledgeable and friendly pharmacist. Pharmacist always go a mile extra for me. I am extremely satisfied with his service.

Great and engaged. Sid discovered shoppers was over charging me $113 a month, for something insured. "I would recommended" are not strong enough words.
