I will update this with a photo once I’ve completed my assembly but for the moment let me say this - what a great service was provided to me by Davin at Planet Cycles. Easy to talk to. Easy to deal with. Happy to find additional solutions. To the point. Shipped on time. Did all the little extra things I asked for. I would say that if you went online and couldn’t find what you are looking for - go to Planet Cycles website and then give them a buzz - I had phoned five businesses before them and they are about a third as helpful so the decision was a no brainer to use them. Update: so I took delivery of the bike and then converted it into an e bike using Johnson at volition Bondi junction and now I’m proud to say it a unique and wonderfully smooth bike for the sydney hills and to commute to the city and I encourage you to purchase your bike with planet regardless of whether you intend to ride it as is or convert it.

If your looking for a high end bike avoid these guys l've wasted weeks back an forth with warranty when it was all down to over tightened bolts not torqued to factory specifications. There are good staff there but the ones working on the bikes l wouldn't let them near it as they are just over tightening all the bolts. I've gone through another Authorised dealer from Specialized to go over the whole bike which needed to have some bolts replaced an re-Torqued to factory specifications. Roll the dice on them if you like but id recommended another dealer if you are buying premium brands an specs on a bike. Both bikes l purchased were over $9,500 so let that sink in with who they have building these.

I took my son in to PC on his 8th birthday to get his first mountain bike. We were after a slightly bigger bike that he can grow into. We were served by Davin and he was an outstanding salesman! He spent so much time with us, had loads of knowledge and made sure we walked away confident with our purchase. He took the time to communicate with my son and figure out the best way to adjust the bike to suit his needs. I love that he treated my son as the customer and I even think that helped him feel like he could manage a bike of that size. He got home and rode it like a boss!! HIGHLY recommend Planet Cycles! I've been looking for a replacement for my Cervélo Caledonia 5 and was interested in the Specialized Aethos. My friend, Jessie, introduced me to Planet Cycles & after two bike fits (which they've gone over and beyond to perfect it) and two test rides (really grateful for allowing me to test them) for different sized Aethos, it was a no brainer. The service is beyond great, the bike fits are done to perfection (with minor feedback and testing) and overall just a great experience! Highly recommend visiting them! Best bike shop experience ever.

Great experience buying from Planet Cycles. They made sure I had the right bike for the riding I wanted to do, and took a lot of time making sure I had the right size and everything was setup properly. Took it back in recently for the complementary first service and they happily sorted out all the abuse I've put it through in the last two months, it was like getting a new bike again. Highly recommended for bikes, accessories and servicing.

The team at Planet Cycles have always upheld a very high level of service with the bikes, personable service, direction and bike setups over the years. Always very approachable to discuss matters of upgrading, changing componentes, tyre selection, gearing the list goes on. I managed to bend a rear DR on a new bike, I was invited to go in asap, arrived straight into the workshop and it was fixed within 15 mins free of charge as it was within 90 days of purchase. Where and when do you get that level of service these days?! The guys are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Incidentally, this is the 3rd bike I have bought from them over the past 10 years. Always 5 Stars.

I made a trip from Barcelona to Brisbane by plane. There they have helped me ride the bike and be able to make an adventure to Incredible Byron. They have very good material, good mechanics and I was able to buy everything I needed for the trip. When I finished, they kept a box to transport my bike on the plane. Planet Cycles is an amazing shop. Attention in helping you choosing the right bike, no time pressure and a lot of tips, no matter how experienced in cycling you are. I couldn't recommend Planet Cycles more, especially Simon! He has incredible knowledge for bike fitting and really takes the time to get the right bike and fit for the person. Went to another store first as they had a sale price advertised. Turned out they didn't have the Rockhopper (or anything similar) in the right size for my boy. Planet did, and 10% cheaper. Very happy with the service. Can't report on the bike as it's yet to be ridden.

A fantastic bike shop with a great range of products and friendly staff. Awesome to see a store that caters for both men and women with initiatives like the womens ride month and weekend group rides. Very happy with my purchases and the after sales support.

The relaxed and informative nature of the crew was awesome. Sometimes bike shops take themselves a little too seriously, but I felt at ease and listening to. I can not wait to give my son his bike - a great result all round.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Normally only had my Diverge gravel serviced at Planet, but decided my BMC road needed a service and some other minor repairs and they were all done efficiently and at a reasonable price.

I called the place for inner tube replacement. I was told it cost 20dollar. I walked 40min to get there. I was told it would cost 30 dollar. As the price changed I am not happy hence scoring 1…
