This review is dedicated for Mariam from Highpoint store, VIC. Mariam is such a sweet person and has exceptional customer service. I had a really amazing customer experience with Portsman because of her. Throughout the entire time I was in store, she consistently kept touch with me and made sure I was looked after. From on the floor to change room to checkout, it was an exceptional, seamless and professional experience. (Please give her a raise haha) Coming from someone that also work in retail, Mariam is truly a gem and an asset in the business and to customers.

This review is for Sarah D & her colleague ( sorry forgot her name its starts with an A) at the Highpoint store, Both the ladies were just exceptionally amazing… I had made an online order which arrived all nicely but I had size issues , I came in on 2 different days to return or exchange and both of the times the ladies were just so helpful and friendly .Best Customer service received in a very long time. poor customer service from the manager today. I really love that dress and wanted to buy but a button torn out. Asking to check the availability, manager seems like not happy and just said thats the last item, then politely ask for discount as button is gold and customised, she refused saying that if you wanna buy, just buy, otherwise there is no discount. Worst customer service, as not my fault and no lenient compromise with customer.

The Caucasian girl (sorry I don’t know her name) who help in changing room was rude and lazy. Everything we asked for size she said no more without even checking ?? And her attitude was so rude. She thinks she is pretty but her personality make me feel very unpleasant. I think she was supervisor as she told other girls what to do, but herself pretty lazy. However other staffs member was lovely and helpful.

Thankyou to the Store Manager for the exceptional Service. My purchase was made easy because you selected what I was looking for during this difficult personal time. I choices where handed to me and I tried the garments and you helped me make that decision. I have not been inti Portmans for many years. I shall be back.

Fantastic customer service, the staff went above and beyond by calling every Melbourne store looking for the two items I needed in my size and they were so happy to help me, nothing was to much of a problem. You don't see customer service like that very often anymore and I'm extremely grateful.

I had never walked into a Portmans store until a few days ago. I thought I would leave a review on the amazing service of the lady’s there. They are super helpful and really nice. I felt really comfortable in this store and I love my new outfit. Can’t wait to buy more!
