The customer service I received from Michelle was second to none. I spoke to Michelle twice over the phone and visited in-store, and each time, she was so helpful and friendly. I needed to exchange a jacket that was almost sold out Australia wide, and she kindly held it for me to collect the following day. I also needed to exchange another beautiful jacket that could only be found online, and Michelle has organised an exchange to come into the store for me to collect. I'm a first-time customer of Portmans, and the timeless pieces I purchased are of such beautiful quality with stunning fits (I found Portmans sizes do run small though in comparison to Seed and Decjuba so size up if you're unsure). The store manager Michelle needs to check her attitude when she's in a customer facing position. She just walks away from you and is rude when you ask her a simple question. Cant do your job properly then find something else to do.
