This is the best place for walking‍♀️the dogs. It's a massive area, right down to the rivers edge and back. It has got purpose built areas but if you're dog is going with others. This is the perfect place.

Lovely vast park. There is a beautiful lake here that is amazing. You can enjoy watching ducks and their kiddos, playing together, that's fantastic. Also, there is a basketball court with two hoops and a football field. Lots of dogs here, makes it so natural like you are in the woods. There is a play ground for children that they can easily play over 2 hours without any danger and so many car parking as well. There is a nice cozy pergola which is made for you to spend your lovely weekend with your lovely family.

  • Jake Silver

A great park for children to have a nice day out, BBQs are easy to use and right next to the skate park. Great place for beginners trying out skating for the first time, or even if they are seasoned skaters. Large Plains-like field to play catch with your children or even bring the dog along. Just down the road there is a football field, a nice open field to throw a footie around. As someone who grew up coming to this park every day, I recommend it highly if you're looking for a fun day out with the family.

Older style park on wood chips. Has everything. In fact two sets of swings which should be the norm, given the occasional crowd here. There are climbing and sliding sections for all playgroups and the layout does reduce big versus little kid interactions. Maintenance has slipped recently with pooling after overnight rains. The whole thing is quite sizeable guaranteeing at least 1-2 hours of enjoyment even for toddlers. Very safe fencing arrangement. Large parking area. Nice toilets. What's not to like?

  • Kevin Davis

This park has plenty of room to move around. A great play area for kids and a fantastic walking path that you can follow. The small pond often has birds in and around it. The little pier is nice to sit on and have some quiet time to think. It is also a fantastic Park to fly kites and drones. People are always friendly sharing the paths and respectful with their animals. It is both an on and off lead Park with designated areas for both.

  • Shelly

A great open area with easy walking paths around the lake and close to the Werribee River with off lead area for dogs. My only negative is that when it's rained a bit the water floods from the lake onto the path and surrounding area and stays like it for weeks (too deep to walk in without getting soaked shoes and socks!) There's also a good sized playground with BBQs and undercover seating/picnic areas, toilets and skate park.

  • darbit1

Great place for your dogs to run around. Needs more shade in summer, and drinking fountains. People who do not like dogs, or are scared of them or have young children that you don't want dogs going near should look out for the signs that indicate where the off-lead sections are, and avoid that area. Need to have separate car parks for parents with kids and those with dogs. This would avoid any unwanted contact as well.

Presidents Park is one of the parks in Wyndham city area with vast area boasting many play areas suitable for many age ranges of children from toddler to young adults plus a good cottages for barbeque and picnics. It has biking, roller blade, skating areas suitable for beginner to pro skaters and cycling exhibitions. It also has wide and vast lands that you can do ourdoor activities like frisbee, picnics among others..

  • Kiel Andrew

Great outdoor park complete with a large fenced off playground and an undercover bbq area. The large park also includes a reasonable sized pond so wildlife are quite frequent to visit. It's a great place to let the dogs stretch their legs, very common with local dog owners. Large flat area is also well suited to any RC enthusiast that is off-road inclined. Live local, come enjoy the Wyndham Vale Presidents Park.

  • David Cunningham

Nice large park. Plenty of space to go for a long walk with your dog and there is an off lead dog park within the greater park. Though many people do walk the tracks with their dogs off lead. There are also a few softball/baseball, netball, soccer pitches on the west side of the park. The park can get a bit muddy and windy in the winter, as there is little to no wind breakers within the park.

This is a lovely park with many different play areas for children of all ages. Lots of climbing forts, slides, swings for toddlers and bigger children, a rock climbing wall, tandem flying fox and an interactive musical area. My children loved their visit and we will be back. BBQ areas needed a clean but thats from the previous users leaving them dirty. There are male and female toilets.

Lovely and vast open spaces and a little pond in the middle of Wyndham Vale. Great variety of walking paths to suit everyone...cycling, exercising, walking your dog, kicking a footy with mates or just your morning/evening walk. Can get busy on wkends and holidays at the numerous baseball diamonds. I go there almost everyday for my daily leisure walks. I recommend you try it out.

  • Stephanie Jenner

We love this park. Only downside is it looks fully fenced but isn't. I wish it was. As sometimes my son runs out of the exits with no notice and we have had him go need the road. The road is too busy for to not be fully fenced. However on the other point. It has loads to do scooter, bike park, playground, BBQ and seating and toilets. Nice spot for a day outside

  • Andra Corcaci

I love this park for the fact that it's a great place to take your dog off leash; it's large and they have a separate closed enclosure for dogs who don't do well off-leash. The problem is that the park is not fenced off with 2 sides of the park next to busy streets, 1 side next to a field of horses and 1 side next to a river and bush with snakes so be careful!

  • hone bee

Really big park but outdated play ground most of the park area is taken by dogs their poo is everywhere dog owners don't bother to pick after their dog. Dogs are off leash everywhere they run towards your kids sniff your legs and owners don't care too annoying. Park area should be equally distributed among people with different interest.

I have lived in this area for 22 years. The playground gets a referb every few years, ( maybe someday they wont try and burn it down) but the remainder of the park is lacking. It has SO MUCH potential with the pond / lake there and some pleasant walking tracks, but Nothing much has changed in the 22 years I have been visiting.

  • TashMM

The park itself is pretty awsome, my family love it. It has a heap of different areas for kids of different ages. The only downside is the skate park right next to the playground is a bit old, cracked and outdated. With fixing of the cement of the skate park would be ten out of ten …

  • David Carter

It's not the play ground it once was, but I believe it was due to vandals or arson. But none the less the grandchildren enjoyed the new playground. We took our own tucker as they have a sheltered area for eat. Next time we go we will have a BBQ, there, there so you might as well use them.

  • Michael Thomas

Has a bit of everything including a skate park right behind the swings. Perfect for little bubs to big kids. Has covered table facilities for picnics, lunches and gatherings, toilets and backs onto a large reserve. Lots of trees surrounding the play area for shade when the day gets hot.

  • Candice Nicholls brewer

Not meant for tall people. I hit my head pretty hard before going down the slide. Flying fox was to high for my friend and needs better grip. Needs better lighting at night time. Bring back the old wood playground pls. Thank you but I enjoy the park and skate ramp at werribee south

  • Dylan J. Walker

Great place to take the kids for a BBQ. Adjoining skatepark is a good balance of transition and street. With a nice 3 level fun box, multiple stair sets and a low flat bar. Definitely do bring wax if your planning on skating, as the locals don't seem to wax the rails often enough.

  • Charles Ratahi

This place is awesome. Great for pets as well which we love , and watching Softball down here is really great! Very approachable players who take their time out talking to you as well!! Enjoyed watching the Games an eating at the Canteen while walking the Dogs. Thank you all

  • Karen Edwards

Great park, it's huge! With plenty of grass and lovely river walks. Can get waterlogged when it rains but there are concrete paths so all good. Several enclosed dog areas, which is good as there are lots of dog walkers. Good children's play area with skateboard park and BBQ.

  • Chris Robinson

As good as you will find in the area. Lots of parking. Toilet facilities and BBQ facilities right next to the play area. A wide range of equipment. Some areas more suited to older kids. Swings and play equipment for all kids sizes. Can get hot in summer with little shading.

  • Al Gauthier

Big expanse of various surroundings from walks in the open, Werribee river trails, ponds, dog parks and training, playgrounds and sports facilities.
Dog-friendliness
Very dog friendly. On lease, off lease, and enclosed play areas as well as a local trailing club.

  • WR Fick

A good dog walking park that has a fenced off area for having the pooch off lead. Mainly flat and open Park. There is a children's playground in one corner and baseball diamonds in another corner of the park. The Werribee River runs along the opposite side of the park.

  • Darren Edwards

Very nice huge park area. Large fenced off area for dogs. However, lots of people don't clean up after their dogs, so lots of poo in dog park. Even though there are bins around fence and in car park. Dirt path along Werribee River, is a good place to walk your dog.

  • Richa Negi

This is a nice park with lot of activities and ample of open space for a walk, jog or even for playing. The park area have swings, slides and other activities. If you go at back you can find lot of space to roam around. Good for dogs to walk too.

  • Junior Kanongata'a

Huge place for family gathering while the kids play on the big park. Enough space for everyone to enjoy sitting and alot of space as well for kids to play. Plenty of room for everyone. Hopefully a better bathroom for the kids near future …

  • John Locke

A lot of open space for dogs walking, picnics and other outdoor activities. Very few people when I visited. Too bad the lake is dry. I can even walk to the center of the lake. Be careful of your weight, the soft and sinking sand. More

  • Ann Lennie

Nice clean park for all ages with plenty of equipment to play on. Love the idea of the skatepark right next door as easy to watch the young 1 and still keep an eye on the older ones at skatepark. And clean BBQ's as well.

  • Khadija Qureshi

It’s a nice big park, with toddler swings, skateboard park, dog walk, BBQ area, sitting area along with public toilet. Mostly all the big events by the council are done here at the opposite side of the skate board area.

  • Indra Jarvis
