I received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers today, from my sister who lives in Mildura. She organised the flowers through Pretty Poppy in Doreen. I am sorry to say that although I live in Mernda I was not aware that there is a local florist in Doreen. Needless to say, I now have Pretty Poppy's card on my fridge ready for when I need to organise flowers for a loved one. The scent of the arrangement fills my entire home and has certainly brightened my mood in stage 4 lockdown. Thank you Pretty Poppy.

I had a wonderful experience with PPFD. I chose an arrangement from their Instagram page and asked Mel to replicate it in a larger size. Mel happily accommodated my request and agreed to include a card I would mail her directly. She even contacted me to confirm receipt of the card. The recipient of the flowers was thrilled and even the reception staff at her workplace agreed that they were the nicest local arrangement they had seen in years. Thanks very much Mel. I recently moved to the area (Loving the Laurimar Town Centre BTW) I wanted to purchase some flowers for my close friend, so decided to try Pretty Poppy. The service and quality of the flowers was amazing. The staff there are really friendly and chatty - I think the lady that spoke to me was Alicia - she was fantastic. I would recommend Pretty Poppy to anyone who is looking for beautiful, quality flowers and a store with friendly staff! Will definitely be back

Mel was so kind and went above and beyond for an order I placed. Being stuck in Sydney in lockdown I was forced to miss my best friends engagement party. I wanted to send her a beautiful box of roses but the delivery was out of the usual radius. Mel went out of her way after work to deliver flowers for me. I used this fabulous place to send gifts to my kids on their birthday. Flowers to my daughter and a wine hamper to my son. The flowers my daughter received were stunning and they went out of their way to deliver to my son who was working during lockdown. Mel helped create the most beautiful arrangements for my wedding! Mel read my mind in the arrangements and made my dream come true! The flowers lasted several weeks after as well so I was able to enjoy them long after the wedding. Highly recommend as the flowers were so stunning and fresh!

I ordered these flowers Tuesday, and wanted to be delivered by 12pm Friday. Delivered 2pm and nothing like the photo that was to be delivered. Ordered a large arrangement. Very disappointing. From the photo that was viewed and what was delivered it's nothing even close. Not happy!

Amazing fresh flowers for the price I paid. The arrangement was way bigger than I thought, I choose the cheapest and I wasn’t expecting what was received by my niece. The Delivery cost was very affordable too. Highly highly recommend If you want fresh long lasting flowers.

I ordered from another florist, these limp white roses arrive from Pretty Poppy. Absolute waste of money, which is why I never use this florist. Save your money and drive down to Coles Mernda they have better flowers there
