After calling out to pharmacy staff at the script counter (i.e. the folks that are going to fill your script) for ages and being ignored, I had to resort to telephoning the store and asking to be put through to the pharmacist so that I could tell them I was there. Do you think they answered the phone? No. Just a "we'll be a couple of minutes" which was followed up with "We were talking". Really? Yes I know you were talking, that's why I had to ring. Customers buy goods and that pays your wages - time to step up to the customer service plate. And this is days after I had to go back because a script was incorrectly dispensed. Too busy gossiping in a dispensing environment frankly leads to an increased risk of another dispensing error. I'm changing chemist and I suggest other locals vote with their feet too.

My go to when I can’t make it to my other pharmacy. I’ve gotten to know the girls that work on the floor and they are so friendly and willing to help. The regular pharmacists know my problem and don’t question it. Only bad experience I’ve had was with a fill in pharmacist who knew nothing about me or my chronic pain conditions and decided to yell “the endometriosis girl” when my medication was ready and proceeded to tell me off for what I was taking even though I had just came from my doctor who prescribed said medication. I left feeling quite embarrassed and ashamed of my illness.

Booked online for flu vaccination for my kids, about 10 minutes before appointment received email they cancelled booking. Had to take morning off from school and Priceline cancelled without calling at the last minute! Really bad customer service when I called they said they didn’t have anyone available for flu shots. Asked why they have online appointments if they don’t have any available staff on the day! Very frustrating waste of time will never go there. Need to give people more than 10 minutes notice before canceling appointment, really bad customer service.

Bad experience. The lady gave me a serious accusation for lost because they did not check the system and record well. After that, the staff apologised to me, but this already made me sad all day. I believed you deliberately accused to your customers, but you should check the camera and the payment record to get the evidence before you accuse to your customer. Not just say you did not pay, and came back to pay for that, otherwise I would call police to get the further stage. It is very ridiculous. The one star only for the old lady who helped my mum before.

Incompetent. staff and manager. called Priceline customer service to check, was told the item was in stock. drove an hour to the store. staff couldn't find the item on the shelf, offered them the product number. staff member didn't want it. then came back and said if it was sold out. told him again the product number, turns out he was looking for the wrong item. look up item and tells me stock is past use by date and it cannot be sold. did not attempt to re-order or check other stores for availability. hopeless. waste of time. poor customer service.

Got my first jab yesterday at this place * the guy’s name who vaccinates is Duong, Who’s absolutely unhelpful with lack of knowledge He just rushed the jab which caused unusual pain and swelling Not willing to give u any information after you’ve got ur vaccine They don’t even tell u when should I get ur second dose even though I asked them After all is disgraceful place and staffs which definitely the manager of this place is the one who to blame for this mess

Poor customer service - I had bought an item from Priceline QV which turned out to be faulty, and when I asked if I could exchange the product at Priceline Moonee Ponds, was told "That's not our problem. You have to go back to the store you bought it from." While I now understand that despite being a chain, each Priceline is individually owned, this is an appalling attitude and reaction from a manager/owner. 1 star because the sales assistant was friendly.

Just did my vax there... It was so painless and easy I kept asking if it was done and if it was the right drug.... Because I just couldn't believe it! Too too too easy and painless! Sorry for asking so many times about moderna but it was such a good and easy experience that I was in shock! Booked my booster already, would rate higher if I could. Also helped me when asking about wheat in tablets : they took it seriously, super appreciate it.

I'd give negative star if I could. There's this middle age woman pharmacist is the worst, she'd look at your script and ask you loudly "what's wrong with you?", you tell her you have cancer and she wants to know what cancer in front of everyone. Another time she'd say "is this the first pharmacy you've tried?" treating you like a junkie. Very very unprofessional. Never going there again!

This pharmacy provided an excellent experience for my COVID-19 vaccines. The staff were friendly and efficient, the online booking process was easy, and the pharmacist was knowledgeable. The pharmacy was clean and well-organized, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

The Indian pharmacist woman is not professional or helpful instead made a pregnant woman cry. This is a cruel dangerous woman who refused to help with something that was her job. I went to chemist warehouse just up the road and they were more than happy to help me with great manners.

I completely forgotten the name of the pharmacist but he had Vietnamese or Thai accent and he was amazingly helpful thank you for calling my psychiatrist instead of dismissing my need for this pharmacist-only medication as I’m in the middle of Effexor withdrawal.

I went to 9 chemists today looking for a rapid test and every chemist were out of stock, however here the worker, female with short hair helped me try and find another place which had it and didn’t aggressively push me away like the other chemists did

Dont waste your time going to this pharmacy. I was at the pharmacy desk and was literally the only person there and was ignored by the pharmacist for so long that i just left. Very surprising and not good at all.
