Been living in Toronto for the past years, and I've never come across any mechanic that compares to Quality Auto Repairs wether it's in terms of integrity, quality or speed of service. Found them a few month's back & they've been my go-to mechanic ever since. UPDATE: Mixed feelings about this place. They were great up to the point they charged me $280 for 1 sway bar link (I thought they were going to change both) and the paint on my bumper has been damaged. Bad enough that I would've noticed if it was there before the appointment, and it's on the same side (the only side) that they worked on. (see pictures of the black infiniti). They ignored my email about this issue, I already had an appointment booked to re-paint the bumper due to rock chips, they didn't charge extra to fix this damage so I didn't bother any further. Owner is polite, just be sure to inspect your vehicle before/after appointments and make sure to specify if a part will be changed on only 1 or both sides when they call you with a diagnostic.

I have been a devoted customer since 2002, when I bought my first car. What did it for me was that I was a young woman who didn’t have much experience with cars and Koko took the time to explain things to me and show me how things worked. He always understood that I was looking for a solution and always found great price options for me. The great and friendly customer service continues to this day with Shaunt now more in the shop. I have recommended them to my family and friends and they have always thanked me for that. I would highly recommend Quality Auto Repairs Inc. to anyone because it’s in the name “QUALITY”....because that’s what you’ll get!!

My family has been going to Quality Auto repairs for years. When it was time for my self to own my first car, the only people I trust in its care are Koko And Shaunt. They are very honest and respectful folk. I don't see them as my "mechanics" but as close family and friends. Never have I felt cheated out of my money. In fact, they are the prime role model mechanics that others should follow suit. They have taught me a lot about my own car to be a better car owner(so I don't have to keep coming back). Amazing service! Greg and his son Shaunt have been so helpful and accommodating at every visit I have had to their shop. I was recently in a car accident and I went to them for the repairs, they got to work on my car ASAP and kept me in the loop the entire time plus involved my insurance company at every step. It was quick and smooth, and they are such generous guys! The speed of service is definitely unlike any where else I have ever been which is so helpful because I am usually strapped for time. Brought my vehicle there for an e-test as it was the only garage in the area that performed these tests. Shaunt and his father were very, very honest and straightforward with what problems I needed to get fixed in order to pass the test, and their prices were more than fair as well. It's not the prettiest place to sit and wait for your car to get fixed, but the prices and service make the difference. They've been in business for over two decades and I highly recommend them.

Went there to do alignment and oil change. Oil change was fine, but after the wheel alignment the steering wheel is crooked. I immediately told the mechanic that the steering wheel is crooked, but he refused to make it straight, tried my best explaining him that I wasn't happy with my steering wheel being crooked but he kept saying it was alright and I should just deal with it. I am not happy with the service, do not recommend to perform alignment there.

My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles to Quality Auto for a few years now, and what has kept us going back is their excellent customer service, their honesty and the quality in which they service our vehicles. They always give a thorough and detailed explanation of what needs or does not need to be done. I would recommend this mechanic shop to any one looking for great customer and car service.

Went there for alignment on August the 16-th 2017. After work was done they went on a road test and proclaimed that car became better than before. But it drifts to the left exactly as before, which is why I have requested alignment. I am writing a negative review because my experience shows that they are more interested in receiving payments in cash then providing quality auto repairs.

I have looked all around toronto for a good honest and experienced mechanic shop. Quality auto is the best place by far to have your car maintained. They really know their job well and there prices are always more than fair. The bill is actually lower than i expect each time i come here. They do excellent work.

Been coming to Quality Auto on and off since mid 2000s. Coco and Shaunt are trustworthy and appear honest. They are pretty involved to make sure they follow up with you and ensure everything has gone well. When I need a mechanic they are too of mind.

Its a small operation but they do good work. Cheap labor rates ($70/hour) and my vehicle is always done by the time I'm finished working. Be advised that the location is wrong on the map, it is actually located at the very end of Lepage Court.
