I came here as East Court Ford had a 3 hour wait for service. Did a oil change for my 16 F150 and thats it. Did want to do anything else as it seamed everyone was sleepy and not focused. Not a bad experience but iv scheduled a service to review what they have done and more with my regular Ford dealer.

I've been going to this location and for the most part like the fact it about covinence with out an appointment still quick in an out with in or about an hour. That being said the over sell on other items trying to tell me that its part of the manufacturer maintenance and if you don't understand.

I came on 13 th of november and staff said you can come tomorrow before 4:30. Today i came at 4:10 and now saying we can not do then. Then why are you telling people to come tomorrow and giving time if you can’t do this. Now my whole schedule messed up.

Do not bother with these crooks and liars. Promised life time oil changes and they reneged on agreement. They changed their policy suddenly and will no longer stand by their word. Shameful dishonest. I would have still gone in for service

I have had great service from the Quick Lane primarily because of the advisor I work with Jamie. I feel so comfortable dealing with him, I know he always does his best for us and always takes the time to explain things, he does not speak

I deal with Jamie at Quick Lane. He is very professional and goes above and beyond any service rep. I have ever dealt. He will go out of his way to ensure you and your vehicle are looked after and keeps you up-to-date. I can't say enough

I just got myself a 2019 Ford Mustang and I needed to put winter tires on her so I can drive around in the winter. I tried to put the winter tires from my previous car on this vehicle but they didn't fit. The Mustangs calipers are too

I went to get my oil changed and arrived at 5:05 pm . The man at the reception refused me service. Even though the shop closes at 6pm i couldnt get a oil change. The man was rude and tried to tell me that it takes 1 hour to do the oil

Stay away from this place. Went in for a brake cleaning service and 2 months later I had to replace rotors and brakes at another dealership. I spoke to management and still left unhappy. Poor workmanship and bad service.

Quick in and out as the name suggests. I'm not convinced that they do an honest complete check list though. Saying that, I would still come back.
