As a Facilities Manager, I deal with many trades. I can honestly say the service provided by Will from Quick Smart is exemplary. He is always accommodating, efficient, and generous with his time. His work is of an incredibly high quality, and for much less than we were paying previously. He has done everything from replacing locks for the whole facility, assisting with the establishment of a key register, installing safes, upgrading individual locks to cutting keys. I work in a sensitive environment so while some of our jobs are planned, there have been instances where we have been required to change locks immediately. Will is fast to provide service, and at a fair price, in a manner that befits the sensitivity of the situation. I can not recommend Will highly enough.

Got a Gainsborough knob set unlocked by Will, I had mistakenly forgotten the keys inside :( - He gave me a discount after completing the job without even asking him for any discounts :) He came to my home in less than 15 minutes in Diggers Rest, was very friendly and professional.. took about 2 - 3 minutes and the lock was opened without a scratch on it.
