pure dissapointment. as a new member of the Leicester society, i would like to say that this agency is by far the worst. i spoke to their voicemail more than i spoke to the agent themselves. after calling repeatedly for 3 days, i finally got in touch with the agent to discuss the details of the application. firstly, they were very unclear with the requirements of the application and secondly they kept on changing the requirements of the application and the thirdly the requirements of the application were absurd. we're looking to rent the house not buy it. next i was expecting them to ask me for a full history of the amount of stools I've had since birth. after we all filled out our applications, and got all our paperwork ready they told us by EMAIL, that the house was unavailable. and let me add, after my acquaintance left an honest review about the experience with one of their agents, they called me on a SATURDAY morning and woke me up, to "tell us off" about the review left on the page due to the apparant *dishonesty*. i dont wanna name the agent (but they know who they are) but all i would like to say to them is that 'the truth hurts'. the lack of professionalism just put me off completely. i have never left a review in my life, and the fact that i took the time out of my day to type this up, vividly represents my anger. thats a few hours of my life that i wont get back unfortunately. to conclude... dont expect them to answer your phone call on the first try. good day!

Great estate agents so far!! We were interested in two properties, the first we liked slightly more though we later found out would not be ready in our time frame, we then applied for the other one. Sapna helped us through the process replying quickly to any questions we had. We had a viewing quickly before signing in which she went above and beyond helping us take measurements ready to move in! She was very professional throughout the process and consistently stayed in contact even when not in working hours! The property had been cleaned since the viewing on a Friday to the Wednesday we got the keys! The contracts and referencing were all sorted out in that small time period (mostly due to her working during non working hours) in which there was also a monday bank holiday! We will update this review after our tenancy ends to review the end process too! - update, we are close to ending the tenancy and had lovely remarks from Sapna during limited viewings (due to COVID) we also had an issue with our wall (where we did some damage) and this has been handled very amicably so far with Sapna being so very understanding and being happy with us fixing it before the move out date! We appreciate Reign as great support throughout the tenancy!

Dealt with Reign in 2017-2018 as my first tenancy in the UK, leaving a comment late as I did not want anything to do with the agency for a long time. Absolutely dreadful experience, 'Sapna' was difficult to deal with and gave us an unpleasant experience. Lots of things needed changing/fixing in the flat including a broken door that was never done. We handed over our notice as soon as we can after 6 months, and the checkout was simple and Sapna was pleasant towards the end. But overall, unpleasant experience, and this was unfortunate as the flat we were renting was quite nice and could have enjoyed ourselves more with a better agency. I do not care about a reply from the agency now, this is just to guide anyone searching about the agency if they are about to deal with them.

I have dealt with a lady called Sapna in Reign in the capacity of a Landlord. I will not recommend anyone using her services. She is rude, irresponsible and will not take any sincere accountability for her work. I had asked her to rent out the flat for me as I do not live in Leicester city, so she took full advantage of the situation by first taking ages to get a tenant. She would never reply on time and will never take your calls should you have any questions as customers until you can pay her all the money you have in your savings account. This company is Rude, irresponsible and has a Very very poor customer service. If you want a long term peace as a tenant or a landlord. DO NOT USE REIGN Company's SERVICES and in particular the lady called SAPNA.

Dealing with Reign Real Estate Ltd. was a nightmare from day 1 and only got worse as we continued to deal with them to try and secure a rental flat in Leicester. They were incredibly rude, disorganised, unresponsive, patronising, lost our private documents and even managed to forward on someone else’s documents to us (HUGE GDPR BREACH) and decided to blame us at every opportunity. I could go into more detail but it would make for a painfully long read. All I can say is do not work with them, it is honestly not worth it. If it was possible to leave a 0 star review, we would. Avoid at all costs!!! Absolutely no idea how they’ve conned some people into leaving 5 star reviews when our experience was so so so horrific, and we’re not the only ones.

Rang re a house to let in Markfield on Monday morning 17 2 14 , was told person was not available and would ring me back , person who answered was female and unhelpful and sounded totally uninterested , Rang back tuesday at 15.30pm to ask why none had called us back and was told in no uncertain terms that I did NOT ring and speak to anyone yesterday!! as the person I was speaking to was the only person in the office on Monday and she had not taken our call!!???.She was as uninterested today as she was yesterday , if this is the sort of service one can expect , my suggestion to REIGN REAL ESTATE is that you are losing business due to this person. Investing in customer service training for your staff may be wise. Dale Murphy and KarenWinston.

Renting with Reign was a great experience. Sapna and her team were very responsive and would sort out any issues (of which there were very few) very promptly and adequately. They would respond to e-mails quickly and tried to help me to find a tenant to replace me when I wanted to move out earlier than my agreed year long contract. Sapna has also been great with regards to the deposit, which is always a concern when leaving a rented property. She met me at the flat and did the online paperwork there and then to ensure that the deposit reaches me promptly, which I really appreciated. Her whole team have been wonderful and I would rent with them again if I ever needed to move back into the area.

I approached Reign a couple of years ago when I was looking to venture out on a new business. They helped me to find a business property and helped me every step of the way to finalise and secure a deal. Not only did they do this, they also helped with the refurbishment of the property to get the business up and running! Recently Dav contacted me with another business proposal to start up a second business which we just finalised. Reign has been there for me every step of the way during my business journey! The advise and support is second to none and I could not have found anyone better then Reign!

Frannie is the most unhelpful staff member, as she is inconsistent in her information delivery, telling one person one thing and another a completely different. She doesn't answer the phone, even after you leave your details, so you have to keep calling, and once she does, you just wish you hadn't because she is so unhelpful. Update: She has seen this review and has sent me a series of unnecessary passive aggressive texts in response to this very honest review. She then arranged a time to call me back failed to do so, once again demonstrating her lack of professionalism and responsiveness.

We rented from this agency for 4 years. The application process was easy, we had everything documented. Throughout the tenancy the inpections were carried out in a friendly manner, Sapna was always very responsive to queries and had repair works sorted out in time. The checkout process was made very easy, we had the checklist emailed to us in advance, the handover was no fuss and no surprises. What made them more outstanding is the fact that even we were not tenants anymore they still helped with our questions that arised after moving out. Would definitely recommend them.

Stay away!...don't fall for the promises! I came from India to UK for short term assignment and rented a flat from them.They kept me telling that they would clean the house and bring it to acceptable living condition before handing it over.On the 11th hour they handed me the property in very poor state, mouldy , dusty , smelly and what not. I had to take the property as I had no place to live and had family with me.We lived in that property for a week in agony.When I complained they tried to even intimidate my family as we were new to England. 1 advice ....stay away!

I have used Reign Commercial Ltd on 2 occasions. Both times I have found them to be professional, knowledgeable, customer focused and a pleasure to deal with. As I no longer live in Leicester the sale of both properties were from a distance, Reign overcame any problems quickly, practically and always kept me in the loop. This experience was a breath of fresh air and I must thank Mr Dhaval Poppet for all his help in these transactions. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

I will give them ZERO stars if i could. They are very short staffed and the only staff you will have the misfortune to deal with is lady called "Sapna" .(if you are looking to residential lettings) She comes across very rude and it appears that she is overworked and probably under paid. ANYWAY stay away from this company unless you want to waste your time sending online inquiries for the same property as they will NOT get back to you and their telephone number is almost always unattended.

Took two months rent. Said we accidentally paid into a supposed "closed account" for our first payment second payment also sent. To find out that this closed account isn't closed as accepted our money. I've tried calling the office and Sapna 50 times sent lots of messages all ignored. Disgusted were now financial struggling in a birthday month of 3 members of our household. 2 weeks later NO refund. Or contact.. do NOT use this service

Worth 0. Time wasters. When you trying to move out and get deposit back, they start to ignore your emails and phone calls. My boyfriend still having all disrespectful bullying Sapna's answers. He went though nightmare get back his deposit and even he left place in better condition when found they didn't give back all deposits. They even deleting Facebook reviews. Horrible Avoid as much as possible. Don't have any business with them!

Called regarding a commercial property available for rent. The man on the phone, 'Dhaval' was rushing to get me off the phone. He told me he will ask the landlord if the unit is suitable for my business and will get back to me. Its been 3 weeks now, no reply. Not a good service at all. If its a no, take 2 minutes to let a potential client like myself know! Annoys me when a business cannot deliver on customer service.

All I can say is that I’m very happy. I would like to point out “Frannie” from Reign, she was very patient and understanding as I had to cancel and rebook viewings. Reign is a very good agency that tries to adapt to your own needs and times. Sapna managed to have a few viewings with me on weekends, she went way above where she had to go because my partner and I needed a new place until our contract ended (which would be within a week). Sapna found us very good places and in accessible areas, very polite and lovely person!! Thank you!!

My emails were ignored till the day I told them I was going for legal advice. Magically, 3 minutes later the money was in my bank account. For sure the worst estate agent in Leicester.
