When I last visited Ricki's I was feeling quite emotional. Tanna met me at the door and I explained that I needed appropriate attire for a funeral. The last thing I wanted was to be shopping. She was very sensitive to my needs and efficiently met my requests. I was teary eyed and poised to easily be taken advantge of. But my experience was quite the opposite. Tanna chose tasteful clothing for me, making certain that everything fit properly and surprisingly found very affordable items. She steamed everything and carefully hung it all in a garment bag. Before I left she hugged me. "Thank you" seemed weak so I decided to take some time and tell my story here to show my appreciation.

I had been looking for a nice top. Ashley of this Ricki's store helped me find it by showing me different options. She was very nice and didn't just want to upsell.. Not just that Ashley told me about their sale (BOGO) and how I would save money if I buy a second item. A $5 discount was a last thing she told me about (more savings) if I send a message to a certain phone number of Rickis and receive a discount code. All in all, it worked out beautifully. I definitely recommend this store.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. My wife has been here a few times and always leaves so happy. On our last visit she needed clothing for the funeral of a family member and the lady who helped her was the absolute best. Not only did she understand what my wife was going through she went the extra mile after it was all said and done and decided to steam all if her clothes to ease the burden if a funeral. Also as a bonus the clothing here is very affordable. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience!!! Considering all the world has been through with COVID and I experienced the best customer service at this store. Love it and this will be my continued store to shop at even though I live in a different city. The service experience is so worth it!!!

Staff were a little put off by a man shopping there and the whispers and sideway glances were more than obvious. Tune changed dramatically once they realised I was shopping for my wife.

Great staff who are honest, helpful and friendly. Usually have great clearance deals and seasonal office, casual and semi formal wear for women sized 0-18!
