I just can't thank Penny at the Rosebud Flower Shop enough! I ordered 4 bunches of roses for my Mum, Mother in Law, Nan and a Friend for Mothers Day. Notably one of the busiest times for florists. Not only where all delivered within a reasonably quoted time frame, all arrangements were absolutely perfect, stunningly arranged, exactly what I had ordered and lasted so much longer than we expected. All deliveries were contactless and complied with Covid-19 Regulations....and I have again been back for an in shop purchase which was ordered, prepaid over the phone and delivered to me in my car. I bought myself a beautiful bunch of roses....I will never go anywhere else for my flowers ever again. Quality product, great prices and amazing customer service always. Highly recommended. Don't go anywhere else on the Peninsula. Keep up the good work! I will be back :-)

Ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day; we may as well have saved the money and bought a fern from Bunnings - as this is basically what we received with a few carnations added for 'effect'. This almost would have been OK were it not for the horrendous customer service experience we received afterwards. Aside from the cold demeanour of the florist, the excuses for the appearance of our purchase included flower shortages, a purchase through a third party website (which was not the case), along with the classic, 'you get what you're given' sentiment. We were offered a discount code for a future purchase, a waste as we will not be a returning customer, and the promise of a new bouquet, which we are still waiting to receive...

My husband dropped by to pick me up some flowers as it is the anniversary of the death of a family member. We are in Rye on holiday and this was the only flower shop open. Upon enquiring whether or not the gerber daisies were available in the window, the woman behind the counter had said that they were for another customer, which was fine, but then said that if my husband wanted to buy some, he would be charged $12 more per bunch than what they are usually priced at. This is ridiculous. Poor customer service and blatantly ripping off visitors to the area are the reasons why Rye has a less than ideal reputation. I will never give this store my business in the future.

Appalling. Hung up on twice when requesting a refund for flowers that were not delivered to my brother's interstate funeral. Proprietor was abusive and denied liability when my husband and I visited her shop At all times we were non abusive and factual so refused to leave shop until refund was given. She called police but physically pushed both of us out of shop before police arrived. They spoke to her and money was in my account soon after. All this while I was grieving my brother's unexpected death. No empathy and appalling customer service from a business I have purchased flowers from for many years.

My daughter ordered flowers for my birthday in lockdown. Two days before, in fact. The flowers were not delivered until the day after my birthday. I noticed how short the stems were and petals falling of the gerberas as I unpacked the wrap. Now, 6 days later, it's the saddest bunch I've seen. One lily flower opened up and fell off the next day, the rest is turning brown, the roses droop. Yes, florist, the vase was clean, and I worked in a florist before. These flowers were old, and cold-stored for too long. Heaven only knows how much my daughter spent on this. Very disappointed

Hi I received roses for my 60th birthday on the 4th September, last year . Not fresh. I received more this year and again noticed straight away that they were not fresh…considering how much they cost! I took photos them, and took more three days ago. They have not opened, and are almost dead. Sorry, I don’t normally complain, but this is not the first time this has happened from your florist , as I have received many bunches over the years . Some have been lovely. I would have privately Emailed you , but I couldn’t see how to do that . Just saying…I’m very disappointed Coreena

Really disappointed with my purchase. $150 for a bunch of flowers for my mother in laws 60th. When they arrived they looked like a $60 at most and I was devastated. Ive often got fabulous bunches for a lower price point. I also would have loved to reach out privately about this feedback however there are no convenient “contact us” options on website. No social media to look up and compare if this is what they should normally look like, nothing. Really disappointed. Would not recommend for an online order without actually seeing the product you are purchasing.

My sons ordered and paid for flowers 3 days prior to Mother’s Day, to be delivered on the day They never arrived on the day, nor the following day but on the Tuesday They were limp and wilting, some flowers had broken stems they were a disgusting arrangement in fact hard to believe done by a florist I refused to accept them as only fit for the garbage Even the card did not say what my son asked for Starting with Dear Mummy Ridiculous from adult sons Such a lovely gesture ruined. My mother has recently passed away. Today would've been her 90th birthday..over the last 3 years I have ordered and purchased exceptional floral arrangements from Penelope and the team and sent them to my mum. I went in today to grab some roses (my mums favourite) to have a little heavenly celebration for my mum. Penelope was so kind and sympathetic she is a lovely lovely lady...she made me a small posy on the spot for only $10 . It was such a kind gesture and one I will remember for a very long time❤️❤️.

I was delighted with the beautiful arrangement of spring blooms which Penelope created to lift the spirits of a dear friend who had just experienced the loss of a very close family member. The flowers were stunning and exactly what I had in mind and it was an unexpected kindness of Penelope to hand write the accompanying card and give the floral gesture that extra personal touch. I arrived just after these lovely ladies had locked up this afternoon After briefly explaining my situation, they reopened without hesitation, and were kind and caring in my distress. Plus the flowers - and card - were perfect! Without even having to “shop around”! I have since received a loving - and very grateful - thank you from the carer of the recipient. So, thank you so much ladies. At least I know they got them before it’s too late

Just paid $112 for a very small bunch of flowers for my mother's 90th birthday. Website states the flowers come in a glass vase when looking at Enchated Garden Standard. Be very careful as there is a comment at the bottom saying the count and container may vary. Called to complain but they say it's covered in the description. Won't buy flowers here again - looks like I sent mum a $30 bunch of flowers for her 90th birthday. So dissapointed

I just had to Post about my flowers - They have lasted so well - Received on Saturday prior to Mothers Day. Amazing arrangement, the driver said they were flat out busy and had so many orders to deliver over the Mothers Day period. Any wonder they are busy as the quality was exceptional. I do not live local , but would recommend them to anyone looking to have flowers delivered for that special occasion.

I have never been in a florist shop and had such an amazing experience. Penelope went above and beyond trying to organise flowers for my special occasion. Simply “Thankyou” is not enough. Not only can you purchase wonderful gifts, including the wonderful gardening products “we the wild” and scented bath bombs and candles, but also the freshest of flowers. I’ll be back girls.

The most appalling customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady hung up on me after I called to let her know the flowers had arrived a day early - before Mother’s Day - when the store confirmed only the day prior that the delivery would arrive on Mother’s Day. I’ve actually never been spoken to so badly by a business, particularly after spending $130 with them. Extremely disappointed.

I rang and ordered flowers mid morning to be delivered to Sorrento. I live 4 hours away so it's hard to know quality and service. I was thrilled to hear from my friend that she had received the arrangement by early afternoon and she was so happy with them which made her day. I will definitely use the Rosebud flower shop again...great price and delivery charge is reasonable.

Went in to get just one branch of native leaves on a saturday afternoon, they had a full bucket of all different types of natives and refused to sell me even one branch because "this is all we have until Wednesday" I was happy to pay whatever they asked but they were so so rude and wouldn't even have a bar of it. Save yourself some stress and go somewhere else.

I regularly buy flowers from this shop. Pen always greets me with a smile and has a laugh. She always remembers what I get and presents them perfectly and quickly. I recently ordered a dozen lilies to be delivered to my wife’s work as a surprise, and it all went seamlessly. Very happy and would recommend this florist to anyone for any occasion

Ordered flowers early Saturday morning last minute, as my father had just announced a surprise wedding the night before. Penny did an amazing job in such a short time. I wanted 4 bunches of flowers for Mothers Day. $59 for a bunch of Lilies (that had bloomed) is intentionally overcharging. The owner then rudely replied prices have gone up!! I get that prices have gone up but don't overcharge! I went to your competitor and bought 4 bunches. Overpriced and rude - never buy flowers here!!!

Paid $138 for a premium bunch of designers choice flowers and received something that wasn’t worth $50. Three gerberas and three lilies with some leaves. Called to question them and was told flowers are expensive and the bunch I received was worth more than I paid! Very disappointed.

What a disappointment! My friend sent me a bunch of flowers for my birthday this week. She paid $120 for a bunch that was stale and old flowers that were horrible. Shame on you guys. She could have got a much better flower arrangement from Woolworths.

I would think that $138 would get you a decent bouquet for my mother in law’s birthday. It looked like a $50 bouquet. Living interstate and away from a lot of family and friends I send flowers quite regularly. I would not use this florist again.

I have to agree with the one star reviews. I found the salesperson quite abrupt and rude when a simple request was made. We were told to hurry up as she had more important things to do. I wouldn’t recommend this florist.

Thankyou Rosebud Flower Shop. Called late Sat morning and my order was delivered within a couple of hours. Fantastic service, reasonable price and the flowers delivered were absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommended.
