Thieves these guys rob peoples parcels. My advice use some other company dpd ups etc you’ll get a better service. These guys are tramps keep robbing parcels then they try to lie absolutely horrible. Stay away from these tramps. Use other companies apart from Royal Mail. Especially the harehills dq. If you need money or anything else they should’ve asked me I would’ve helped them but don’t try to steal…. Royal Nail needs to sack all of them from harehills dq. No wonder they got rubbish reviews

Great location, convenient collection times. Lucky to have a delivery office so near to home. Convenient timetable too. Mostly though the service is outstanding. Personified by a gentleman called Kris, who offers an exemplary service (the nearest such quality postal service could be experience for example in Beverly Hills). Courteous, very knowledgeable about post office policies and procedures and a consummate professional. Well done ! Highly recommended.

we been waiting for very important documents to arrive, unfortunately the sender wrote our address with some missing information, but post officer noticed similar address on another letter (which was our full address) and realised that it must be for us and kept the letter in delivery office for redelivery, instead of sending it back to the sender. We came to the post office hoping for the miracle to find that letter and it was there!!! thank you! :)

I have always had great service here. They are open early in the morning which means I can collect my mail on the way to work. There is a lovely gentleman called Chris who goes out of his way to help. He is always friendly and smiling, despite being up since the early hours of the morning. He has gone above and beyond what is necessary to help me before and I can not commend him enough!

Not too sure how hard it is to deliver an item that doesn't require a signature that is the size of an envelope into my postbox while I'm at work. Sick of having to travel down to this dodgy area delivery office. Just delivery my parcels please... Gone downhill ever since privatisation

Staff are friendly and helpful, and has opening times that would suit most people at some point in the week (you do need to check opening times for the day you want to go, they're different through the days of the week). Does the job well.

Customer service is excellent but new open hours are useless for working people... Can you chane and add just only one day in the middle of the week open like bofore 4-7pm? It would help a lot for many customers.

One of the staff was very helpful and I received my recorded delivery as I was late in reaching there but he was very polite and the overall customer service was excellent. Thanks ROYAL MAIL.

New opening times are ridiculous. Open 2 hours first thing on a morning. No way for me to get parcels when I often work Saturday as well. Need a late opening day once a week at least.

Really good service, and they will now even take return parcels *as long as they are pre-paid*. Saves you driving miles driving round the city looking for an open post office!

Customer service 10/10 but the people who deliver mail are useless or rude my red collection letter was not only at the wrong house but the wrong street needs sorting asap

Public parking on site is not allowed which can be a problem during weekdays as nearby on street parking is used by staff at Saint James's Hospital.

Threw my brand new books from Amazon into my green wheelie bin during the rain. Parcel is soaked and books damaged. Seeking refund from Royal mail.

They said they attempted delivery to my house and they never did now I have to go all the way there to pick my package up. Absolutely disgusting

The delivery sorting office is great but the people delivering the parcels lately are caring less than the amazon drivers mental!

Haven't had any post delivered for nearly 3 weeks. Service gone downhill and packages left on doorstep or missing.

Super helpful staff here. Useful for dropping off pre-paid mail and parcels and avoiding a Post Office queue.

Always find the service here friendly and very helpful even today at 8am when they must be soooo busy!
