Having used this Post Office for a few months, the 'service' slowly deteriorated as the staff became even less helpful and enthusiastic with the more we spent for postal services (strange I know...). Very unwelcoming staff, apart from Peter, who has received praise in other reviews, and rightly so. There seems to be a lack of care with no sense of urgency as the post office is always overcrowded with customers, coupled with a shortage of staff available to deal with the volume of people. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone looking to post things, either efficiently, or correctly.

Returned an Amazon parcel from here. Lovely staff and fast service (although I don't think I was in at a peak time). Can't fault their business practices and they have a good level of stock for posting items (e.g. fold out boxes, envelopes, tape and string) as well as gift wraps. There are four letterboxes for various pre-paid items and self-service options if you don't want to speak to anyone. It's a big post office but well laid out.

Most of the staff are really nice and helpful. There's simply not enough of them unfortunately. If the self services aren't working to post items you have to join the queue which is always huge. It's really difficult and time consuming to post items in this branch as it seems like they're constantly attending to passport applications, bills etc which seemingly take an age. Please hire more staff .

Staff are lovely and can’t fault them but I thought this was a ‘Post’ Office, post being the key word. You are stuck waiting behind a million people who are not even posting anything but withdrawing money or paying bills which you can just do online or over the phone? Post office need to remember what business they actually are and offer priority to people sending parcels, it’s really a joke

The staff are great, especially the guy who stands by to help and guide people. I took personal photos of the passport inside the place. The cashiers are also good at dealing. I always stand in line to wait but it never takes long. On exit, the main bus station is a 5-minute walk away. The place is also close to the city center.

Terrible service from a woman named Carol. Extremely rude and wouldn't answer simple questions nor give any reasons why she gave the customer service she did. She scribbled over my passport form for no reason and didn't know how to do her job. Never been spoken to as rudely as her ever in retail. Worst customer experience ever.

Feel like they are always trying to charge you more to send your mail. For example classing packages bigger than they are, and trying to get away with it. Check the prices online before you go in, and push them to measure items, or they will by default try and sell you a more expensive postal service.

The staff are usually lovely but the queues are absolutely horrendous. The self service stations are never put to use. I assume most people like myself are afraid of making a mistake on them, especially if you are posting something important. Get rid of the machines and get more staff in.

No one at the self service when there should be so I had to join the cue which took 20 minutes. There were only two cashiers, one of which was chatting away to a women for at least the 20 minutes I was cueing regardless of the cue size. Poorly run I would say, I'm not going again

I go in quite a lot for my business post. The staff are always helpful even when rushed off their feet or understaffed. Never had a bad experience with any of them and really appreciate the job they do, I certainly couldn't cope with it!

Really friendly staff, super knowledgeable and always happy to help. Normally a bit of a queue to be served, but this tends to move quickly. Very happy to have this branch as my local post office.

Post office is as efficient as it can be. The staff are helpful and always polite but the unit is under staffed. It’s always a very long wait as none of the kiosks are open. But it does the job!

There's a guy who seems to be in charge whenever I go in looking after the self service things and he's so friendly to everyone and helpful and smiley, will find out your name soon sir.

Staff are nice but shockingly long queues, only 3 staff working and all the self service tills are closed. Be prepared to wait for at least 30 mins just to post a parcel!

Liked the help offered by a man at the post office. I was new the place and he made sure i didnt feel i am doing it for the first time.

I'm not very happy my mum sent me a parcel, she sent on Tuesday 1st class next day delivery. Still haven't got it..
