Around 05:55 am I was at the police station to certify documents. There was 2 constables at the counter busy completing registers. I waited for them to finish. The 1 constable left and the other 1 was still busy but after waiting 6mins I asked her is there someone who can help me she replied: "no there isn't anyone you must wait for the next shift" Then I ask when is the next shift coming and she couldn't say. I said I only have 5 things to certify and she just ignored me. Luckily a Sargent just came in and straight away noticed me waiting there and asked can she help. It didn't even take 1 minute to certify the docs. That constable got terrible manners, I understand that they most probably coming off a long shift but she could at least explain what is going on and not just ignore a person until you ask for help

A bunch of dirty cops working here people please be aware. They frame innocent people and force them to touch evidence that is not theirs! I pray by the grace of God that they will all be exposed and dealt with accordingly. We are not stopping here. Officer Adams and Sgt Swarts is one of them.

I was stranded on the R300 on Boxing Day; one of your patrol vans stopped and waited until the towing company arrived to take my car away. This during a very busy period is amazing as it was in a dangerous place. I am very grateful to Constables Adams and Ntshunga. Keep up the good work.

Phoned three times to report an accident. They said they'd send an officer over but got no response for over an hour. Went there myself and the best explanation they could give me was that the officer I had phoned's shift was over.

Very poor service. Charge office has got some very lazy, unhelpful people. Does not know how to be proffesional. Not all people coming in there is skollies. Totally disgusted and dont even mention the detectives there.

Just called them cos we had a few guys outside the house and they didnt respond to the dogs, they were there in a few minutes. Less than 10 minutes. Thank you K/R police for the speedy and prompt service.

The police officer on duty refused to assist me with regards to a noise complaint at 10:30pm 02/08/2018 he also refused ro provide me with his name or badge number

It would have been very good to also make available the e-mail address and fax number of police stations. Perhaps the GPS co-ordinates should also be mentioned?

Completely useless police station. The officers are rude and will turn you away when you need help. Horrible horrible service I received here.

They do not answer the telephones; not sure what will happen in an emergency event. Of the 14 attempts the telephone was answered 3 times.

They were very quick breaking up a party that went into the night and Sundag morning. Thanks for your quick response.
