I've been fortunate enough to only visit here when wanting documents certified. Even though there may be a queue at times, the waiting period is not long at all. And everything is done efficiently and professionally. Be sure to have the original documents with you and your copies! No copies are allowed to be made at the station. Have respect for the system and the officers and without a doubt you will be respected. If you can visit at night, do so as lots of parking is available outside. During the day it does tend to be busier and parking is an issue. Be safe!

Parking is a challenge. After calling on Tuesday to find out if a police clearance officer is available, I was told I have to make an appointment. Upon arriving on Thursday for my appointment there was no one available to direct me to the correct department and no one knew of any appointment in fact the officer was off sick and no one alerted me to the fact that I had to reschedule my appointment or even offered to reschedule it.

The straight up lied about me trying to get a police clearance. called and asked for an appointment. The lady said no need for an appointment arrive on Monday from 8:30 to 11:30. I came on Monday at 8:53 and they said the lady said has already left.

Thank you officers for your friendly and welcoming attitude. You treated my issue with a sense of urgency trying to find my Police Clearance Certificate in the absence of the person handling PCC applications.

The day I went there for an affidavit, we were helped immediately. And the officer who helped us was really friendly and they even helped me by making a copy of my passport, as I forgot to bring one with.

My wallet was stolen out of this station. Staff were rude and unfriendly when approached to help with cameras - after begging, they obliged only to find out the cameras were not working - Shocking!!

Unwilling to help or open a case after a break in. I guess someone needs to get killed before it will spark some interest. Just there to certify documents and check their phones.

Definitely not what I'm accustomed to at a police station (specifically referring to Grassy Park). Efficient, no long wait and I got my case number an hour later!

Police flat out lied about sending out a patrol. Did not solve anything. Told ME to do their job instead. Clearly useless and dont care. Tax money well spent.

Is a major police station, so usually a few people able to assist when you're there. Main public area is a bit cold (doors always open).
