The price might make you think otherwise but I highly recommend this location. I know times are tough for many people. I often end up paying for my family members. The basic (gold) package is $150 + HST for a small sedan/suv. I come here at least once a year for the annual “steaming” session of my car. Over the years, I got everything that I could in a “platinum” package, plus ceramic coating. I ended up paying a lot more through individual purchases. If you bought a brand new car (like I did), I would get my rust proofing done first (prior to getting “steamed” here), then I’d come here after (and once a year thereafter), and I would change the cabin air filter within 1-2 weeks of steaming (starting from 2nd steam session or if you had your car for a while). If you are a high maintenance person like me, then I would recommend that you start with the “platinum” package immediately after you have had your car rustproofed, and get “gold” package in subsequent years, because the “platinum” package gives you clay bar + ceramic coating, all for only $400 plus HST (small vehicles). I see it as an investment for better health as the car’s interior air quality influences one’s health. There aren’t many places that offer “steam” cleaning services like this place in GTA. Plus the shop owner takes very good care of his work! I always give him a little extra tip. For your info, other places charge a minimum of $1,500+ for ceramic coating which does not include “steam”. This is why I think this location provides a competitive advantage.

Was interested in having my car washed here. Even tried calling twice to book an appointment but my called was declined both times. After I finally got a hold of the owner about an hour later, he said "your number was from BC that's why I didn't pick up". Ok, I didn't mind that so much as I was already around Toro Rd, driving around looking for the place. He asked me what car I drove and I said a sedan. That is when he told me that "the price has changed" and a Basic In and Out wash for a sedan is now $50 instead of the $30 shown on the website. While I was contemplating whether or not I should still have my car washed here, I will never forget what he said to me. To this day, this is the worst customer service I've ever gotten and the rudest thing a business owner has ever said to me. While I was still thinking, he said to me, over the phone, "so you still want or not?" in a rather condescending tone. I said no thank you and hung up. When I finally found the place and drove by, the entire bay was empty with not a single car in sight being washed. I guess when you commit to a $20 up-sell scam, you have to stick with it, eh? Even if it's at the cost of losing potential revenue. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone. Would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Very satisfied with their service. I got the interior and exterior clean done here and they did an amazing job. Thorough vacuuming and spotless cleaning. Their exterior wash/ waxing was better than any other shop I've been to. Normally I have to ask for something more after the service is provided but I just drove off after these guys finished. Car is in showroom condition, looking brand new. Their service is top notch and they also work really fast, which is a bonus. Good customer service, I definitely recommend to anyone looking for car detailing at reasonable prices.

I'm a huge car lover and really take pride in my car. I took my wife's Audi Q5 SUV a few months ago to get the full detailing and there was not a single speck of dust both inside and outside the car, not to mention the surreal shine. Since then, I've been bringing in both our cars every week to get the regular "in and out" service. It only costs a third of the price and I get to ride in a new car every week. These professionals are very friendly, not to mention efficient. I will be continuing my weekly visits in the future, no doubt.

Took my SUV in after having it for about 1 year and never getting it professionally detailed/cleaned. I have a dog (she sheds, a lot) and her hair was everywhere. When i got my car back, it was like brand new, and no trace of dog hair anywhere! I am so impressed and will be coming back more often. The staff was so friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with, and did the work quickly too. I highly recommend everyone to use their services!

What an absolute hidden gem. This was the best experience I've had after trying a few different places in the city. My car looks better than it did out of the showroom!! I'm pretty picky and usually have one or two things I have to ask for at other places but I couldn't fault anything about their work. Really efficient and kind service as well. I won't be going anywhere else. Thanks guys!

I had to clean up my old van to sell. I really didn't expect much other than to make it presentable. Wow, there's not a single dried spot of salt stain inside anymore after their job. I am not sure if I still want to sell the van. Kudos to these guys as they seem very genuinely dedicated to what they do. The money was totally worthwhile, highly recommended!

I used this company 3 times, and highly recommend their service to anyone. They care. The last time I was there, I left at the back of my car those car mats I bought in COSTCO that you need to cut to fit. They actually cut them and installed for me without even mentioning that they did it. Thank you!

Very professional and attention to detail. My car just had a month long road trip and it was very dirty. I order a gold package that includes detailed wash and interior spa . Within 2 hours my car looked like brand new and was shiny inside out.

I called and left a message inquiring about getting my car detailed. They called me back within half an hour and set me up with an appointment the same day. They got to work as soon as I arrived and I was very happy with the quality of work.

I opt for the Diamond package ($240+tax) and overall it was good, but I have to give it a 4 star because they missed some spots and the headliner wasn't cleaned it still got some stain on it.
