I’ve visited this location a handful of times, this is my first time writing a review. Typically I would give it a 4 star rating, but this wash just didn’t quite cut it for me. I’m not sure if its because of new staff, my car wasn’t dried throughly and a couple of small spots were missed. The staff were chatting each other (which I appreciate - a friendly work environment) but like another review mentioned, one of the guys may have been a manager or something, the work just wasn’t as detailed as before. Also, I asked for a receipt but wasn’t given one. It’s definitely not a big deal but little things like that do add up. I live in the area and have always found hand wash to be better than machine wash and hence it justifies the $$. This experience however has casted some doubt.

Fantastic!! I still do a good detailing once a year. But this place is amazing for those times when you need a good vacuum, car wash and interior cleaning without a shampoo and wax. Although they’ll do that too if you pay for it. Update August 2023 Under new management. Horrible service do not go there. Horrible. I paid $50 for interior/exterior wash. With the previous owners, it was like going to get your car detailed. With this staff, the exterior of my car had dirty spots, they didn’t clean the rims, whereas the previous owners did, they didn’t vacuum between the front seats, they barely vacuumed the front floors under my mats, my mats were not washed, there were spots in the trunk that were not vacuumed. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. id never go back.

Stay AWAY! After washing my car I got in it and found the Air nozzle broken the worker there told me he found the nozzle in the cap holder and just tried to put it back on .... before leaving the car for a wash I took all my things and coffee cups out of the cap holders so they can clean in there is nothing in them. I was advised to call the owner. I called him 5 times finally next day he answered my phone call the he said he is in Miami but he will take care of it . Once obtaining the quote i called him he has told me he won't pay me for it I can call my own insurance. What kind of business is this when they break your car they don't take responsibility and the owner is very unprofessional.

I gave it 3 stars because my car looks great. Problem is, it took almost 2 hours to get it done! They offer 2 services: exterior OR exterior + interior. The problem is, if someone wants the interior done as well, they don't pull the car off to the side, they leave it in queue at the front of the line. So even though my car was already cleaned on the outside, I had to wait for the 2 cars ahead of me to get the interior cleaned as well. I don't know if this is possible or not given the location, but my recommendation would be to pull those cars off to the side that need the interior cleaned so everyone else can pull through that don't need that service.

Came here once before and had a great experience. This time the manager/person in charge was a surly and rude man who acted super irritated when I asked him about the various packages - then told me there were only two packages when in fact there are multiple. The whole outdoor waiting area was filled with his cigarette smoke the entire time I was there. He was also super rude in asking for the keys when they were ready for my car. Terrible attitude and customer service from the management - pity because the workers themselves do a great job. I’ll take my money and car elsewhere. Never coming back.

"Vehicles are accepted for car washing until 20 minutes before closing." That's exactly what's written on their website. Good job at advertising wrongful and misleading information to your customers. I drove all the way down to their Eglinton West location and got there at 5:18pm (way before their last customer's deadline) just to have my car denied for service. Very frustrating and disrespectful towards somebody that took the time to patronize your business and followed the schedule.

I was late and the senior store operations staff asked if I wanted a car was from their great soft touch car wash - it was how he said it that made me decide to get the car washed, I found the experience was seamless and the car was process was kind of unique to me - as this was not my normal hand wash experience - in the end I couldn’t see how well it had been cleaned because it was late - but the next morning - it looked like new, well worth the $14.00 I paid!

Don't waste your time and money going there. Went there a few mins ago and the quality was worse than going through a coin car wash. Got the inside/ outside special and as you can see in the pictures, not the greatest quality wash. The rims are still dirty. I think they used some sort of oily rag or something and now there is a haze all over rear passenger side door.

My girlfriend went to for second time to this car wash, first time I was so impressed, I even sent friends there. She Got the BEST package which includes everything and was very disappointed when she got to examine the car. I believe the owner or manager serviced her today, not pleased at all. His other workers does way better job. Additionally they scratched the car

I went in there for a car wash on at 9.30am and it was initially all good as it was hand washed and cleaned up internally to be pretty clean by nearly 10.45am. However, my Summer Mats are now missing and they did not return it. Tried calling, no one picks up, tried sending a message, still no response. I am deeply concerned right now.

I’m a regular costumer and I love the job the guys do. Very friendly and amazing stuff that provide quality services to my fleet vehicles. Unfortunately, the place smells like dead, looks bad, the facility is poorly runs down and due to the fact that the stuff provides fenomenal service, it what keeps my company coming back.

I took my car for exterior/ interior cleaning. I have a husky and the back seats can get messy but they did a great job removing the hair and cleaning all the interior of my car. They also take their time to clean each car, I was there for a while since everything they do is hand wash! Great service and highly recommended!

I wish there is 0 star option ill definitely gave them. I payed$50 plus tax today they gave me back my car as it is never clean inside very sad put my mony on garbage payed for interior and out said car but here the proof this is Honda civic new car i don't recommend to anyone i have this experience on first day Vist

Came for an exterior car wash today. When came time to hand dry my car, they spent 20 seconds. Not once did they hand dry/whipe my windows that had spots on them. I was quite disappointed that they did not complete such a simple task that was paid for. I should not have to come home and finish a job I paid for.

Used to go to their location on Dufferin before they closed. Seems like they are under new ownership after relocation. Only slightly more expensive than before, but nowhere near the same quality. The people there are nice though and seem reasonable if I notice something missed.

This place is amazing they are professional,polite and they work hard they get to every detail on your car to make sure the work is perfectly done so you don’t need return unless it’s necessary i completely recommend sliver star car wash …

Prompt service - all by hand - very obliging and courteous staff - the owner, David was very responsive to all my requests and concerns. He is very much hands on and in charge of all Operations. We had to drive out of our local area but worth it!!

Went by today to get a car wash and the staff said they haven’t been paid in 25 days and will not work. I went by yesterday and there was a big line up so thought I’d come today. I’ve previously used this car wash and it’s been great.

Poor Service. The older Filipino guy was rude by walking away when I was trying to tell him that a good job has to be done so people can return. I had to get off my car and wasn't happy about it. I won't be going back there. …

Absolutely wonderful service and excellent result. I love the free water bottle as well. There is a nice waiting area outside however I chose to wait inside as it’s winter. Results were amazing. Will definitely be using them again.

What kindness from the guys who wash the car, they welcome you with a big smile, the work they do is excellent, my car is impeccable inside and out, I really recommend this place to wash your cars, the price is excellent!

I think they need more lighting in the wash area to see more clearly what to clean especially on the inside of the car. I do like thought that it’s hand washed and they do it quickly.

Nice place. Staff were friendly and they did a great job cleaning a very dirty car. Will come again. As a Mom with two kids and a dog, this is not a job I would want to tackle myself!

Overall good service. That day was a little bit busy but it didn’t take as long as I expected. I had a lower price that I’d found online and they honored it.

For the price they do a half decent job. It's not perfect but it's worth it if you aren't too picky and you don't want to clean the interior of your car

Poor quality, car still dirty. Refused service 1.5 hours before closing stating there were 15 cars already in line. Place can hold only 8 cars.
