For better or worse, I have never lost someone I loved before. I thought a wreath was just a simple circle of flowers but once I sent Emily the message I wished to be written in the card, she identified with my love loss and called me, providing me with multiple options that I had no idea existed, such as a tear drop, heart, etc. I chose the heart and much to my surprize, it wasn’t just a flimsy outline but a densely packed 3 foot bocce on a foam baking containing the flowers I requested and other flowers to complimented my partners favourites in an arrangement I could not have imagined. I actually felt guilty taking so many compliments for my babes’ wreath because it wasn’t my design. I would like to take this time for a personal note to say thank you Em for getting my wreath there so early despite my weakness in communicating the details on time and for your beautiful artistic gift and heart full dedication & compaction to your craft. It truly felt that you identified with my loss when I only asked for your basic help and I know for a fact you put in so much extra effort for us. The two stars are for the same day delivery during lockdown on a Sunday - thank you! We ordered the flowers over the phone, not online. As for the rest: The first picture is what we ordered from their website. The second picture- seconds after delivery of the flowers that arrived. When the order was made, we paid $160 ($10 of which was for delivery) instead of $88 with a request of making the box bigger and nicer than on the pic on their website. As you will see (even by counting the flowers), the size of the box hasn't been changed and we just waisted that extra money. We also asked for tulips that are currently in season. Those were not added. Also, please note the purple flowers are very evidently wilted.

As a local, living in Hampton, I have bought flowers from Simply Flowers for many years now. Invariably, I have found the owners of the shop, at first David and now his daughter Emily, to be extremely pleasant and helpful. Despite it being a small shop, they have a good array of lovely flowers and arrangements at a very reasonable price. They are very willing to give good advice on what is in season and how to keep them fresh after you get the flowers home. Recently, during the Corona virus event, Emily had organised a very efficient way to purchase and collect or have delivered beautiful flowers. I have no hesitation in recommending this flower store.

Emily and the team recently put together a beautiful flower arrangement for my “Baby Sprinkle”. I have purchased flowers many times before from Simply Flowers and always impressed by the care, quality and interest they have in putting together any arrangement big or small. For our event Emily listened to my needs and budget, offered suggestions and generously organized to have them delivered ready for the party. Emily cares about your needs, is passionate about meeting them and is very reliable. She also is very talented in her floral arrangement and has uses only high quality flowers.

We approached Simply Flowers to organise all the flowers for our Wedding. Emily spoke to us at the shop and ran through all the different colour arrangements that she thought would work well with my wife's dress and for the theme we were aiming for. She was absolutely spot on with her choices and listened well about what our preferences were. The Flowers looked absolutely stunning and on the day she made sure they were looked after and taken care of in preparation of the hot Melbourne Weather. I would highly recommend her services for any flower arrangements you need. :)

Less than a week before a wedding for 20 people we asked Emily to do the floral arrangements for the sit down reception in our home. We ordered 4 bouquets of flowers for the house, table flowers, all the bridal party flowers. All were to match with a white theme. She did an absolutely outstanding job. The flowers were natural and beautiful. I could not recommend this shop and the very talented florist, Emily, higher. Everything was on time and it was obvious that extreme care had been taken with everything. Very very impressed!!!!

Yesterday we celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary and my husband arranged a beautiful bunch of roses for the occasion. Ordered a special boxed arrangement for my Aunty's 90th birthday. Emily was very helpful in deciding which flowers to include and created an arrangement that perfectly reflected what I wanted to achieve. We discovered Simply Flowers by chance as we were visiting friends from the UK. Emily the owner is very friendly and approachable, we talked about what we wanted and our budget; the bouquet presented to our friends was amazing and the photographs do not do them justice.
