Hello everyone I just wanted to let you all know how disgusting Sinner’s is. 5 of us went to sinners to have lunch. We were all In a good mood. But the staff/waitress was very rude. We ordered 3 dishes the first dish was ok and a bit dry and on the second dish there was fly in the salad, so we gave the half of the dish back, expecting them to gives us a another half dish. While we were waiting I saw a mosquito stuck to the chips and gave full portion of chips . I gave it to them, I also took a photo of one of the chips. As we waited for the food we started to get frustrated. Then I finally went inside to ask them and they gave us a very rude answer. After all the agurement she went into the kitchen and discussed with the chef and even the chef didn’t have an urge to feel sorry and she offered 10 off like I was some kind of charity with a bad attitude. At this point I gave up, I paid the full bill no discounts and left. I very unhappy with my experience. I would not recommend this disgusting restaurant.

I've been a regular at Sinners for a while but never actually written a review. I think after tonight's service, it's worth the extra effort to write this. Sinners has been a favourite of mine and my mum's since we moved to Mernda, whether we dine in or get delivery. Food is always amazing and service even more so. They have always gone above and beyond for their customers. Tonight they proved to me that they are all about customer service. I work late shifts in the city and it takes me an hour to get home. It would have been nearly 10 pm by the time I got home and I couldn't be bothered cooking. I scheduled an order on Menulog for 21:50 delivery and figured it should be fine. Even though they closed at 21:30, they made sure I got my food hot and the delivery driver made the effort to stay until I got home, even though I said it was okay to leave it on the step. I want to say a big thank you to the team at Sinners for the amazing service once again. You deserve the five stars.

Today I went into sinners and ordered 2 large pizzas, on arrival I was greeted by the owner and was asked if I had ordered yet. Mind you I had just walked in. I placed my order and the young man was absolutely professional and well manered. What impressed me the most was as I was waiting the owner would welcome everyone that walked in, checked on their order, hand it to them and open the door and wish them a lovely night. To top it off she showed me where I could sit and wait for my pizzas and also asked if I would like a glass of water. Last but not least when I got home I opened the box and I was utterly surprised with the quality of the pizza, commenting to my my husband "now this is a pizza" When I took my fist bite I was shocked with the amazing flavours and quality of produce. Thank you for a wonderful meal, hope to see again very soon.

Walked out without ordering, sorry but your staff are completely rude and useless! Your staff don't understand your menu and your duty manager was equally as moronic and couldn't answer a simple question when queried, clearly she needs better training because 15 year olds at KFC do a better job. Your staff couldn't succeed in the real world of restaurants and customer service. Who the hell tells the customer you can't swap mash for chips (even when they offer to pay any difference) and you will need to pay a full extra $7.50 to get veg, mash & chips what kind of moronic dictatorship are you idiots trying to run?!? If the aim of your business is to piss off customers then you have succeeded, businesses like yours give the term restaurant a bad name and keep domino's successful!!!

This place has gone down hill we ordered garlic bread we got bread crusts with a large hole where the breads supposed to be told the staff they didn't care !!! Then our mains where average mine wasn't the same as I got last time no crackle just fat and the patties was dry then for derserts I asked for a pav which is on their menu but ofc they didn't have any 3 times in a row I was told o well maybe next time you come in we might have it ??? Why have it on the menu The. When we went to pay and told them again about the garlic bread and pav they didn't care o well was their response to garlic crusts and. Charged us for it anyways we won't go back there again no wounded they are quiet if you treat your customers like crap

My wife and I decided to visit for our first time. Really wanted to leave a satisfying 5 star review, and if it were completely left to the customer service it would be! Absolutely flawless, however to no fault of their own back of house is having big problems getting a steak cooked to medium. I’m not in the habit of returning meals, however first time receiving my steak it was over cooked it was like chalk, and after the owner tried to resolve it. And handled it very well I’ll add, the second time I received it rare enough i could feel a pulse. Had more concerns but I actually liked the customer service soo much I don’t want to deter others from this small but friendly and cozy dining experience.

Was taken to Sinners for my birthday and had a fabulous meal. The sweet glazed salmon was cooked to perfection and worthy of 5 stars. My son and daughter both had chicken breast stuffed with camembert and wrapped in prosciutto and were singing the chefs praises. It's beyond disappointing to dine out, spend lots of hard earned money and end up with food not even on par with home cooking, this happens often. We would like to say this was far from past experiences in other local venues of the northern suburbs. Sinners was above our expectations and we will most definitely be back. A great choice for a birthday dinner, a big thank you to your excellent staff.

Thought I would try this place again after a long time as it was a really great place to eat. However this time I ordered 2 large pizzas and garlic bread, got home and looked forward to my meal. I'm sorry but the pizza base was drier than cracker biscuits you get in a box at the supermarket, and the garlic bread taste like home brand from Coles. To be honest I was really looking forward to eating this restaurants food again after so long but was greatly disappointed. I don't know how anyone could be happy to hand over such a dry pizza with a base that tastes like crackers. I don't think I will be dining here again.

We used to love their pizza, but lately the pizza has turned worse and worse, barely any topping anymore, they burn them, and also the whole pizza usually is very dry now, and the outside of the pizza has nothing on it at all, 3-4 cm wide gap with only dry pizza base. We have discussed it earlier when ordering from them that we should go elsewhere, but having them this close made us stupidly buy more from them, but no more, we are all sick of getting badly made pizza. Obviously it has to do with those who make them now, as we got beautiful pizza there for several years, very disappointed by it all.

Highly recommended After seeing a friend in South Morang my kids and I where hungry as we not celebrate the Catholic Easter being Orthodox we were over the moon they where open I had the crispy salmon on a bed of mash potatoes carrots broccoli like wow I've been on a change of diet for 6months and have lost 25kg And still going when I saw on the menu that they catered for my change like wow Salomon O mega 3 a good day that fights stored fat Broccoli also a fat fighter and so are carrots check it out not a sin but a saint Check it out you can their without worry about that waist line I did darlings

After years of eating here was very disappointed with the food my partner and I received last night. We thought we would treat ourselves and get some nice takeaway to receive probably the worse meal I've had in a long time. We ordered Chicken Avocado and Chicken Camembert main meals. Both meals were tiny and tasteless. My chicken avocado meal come with a tiny bit of chicken and the avocado came with spring onion. My partners meal her chicken was already cut up and very small. Not sure if there is new owners but the quality of food has dropped. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.Very disappointed.

Love this place. Come to Sinners very often. The new owners have retained the long-standing menu and Sinners is now open for dinner every night. They're also planning to do lunch, starting soon. Quality and size of meals are as good as ever, as is the service provided by their friendly staff. Highly recommended. Before anyone takes notice of any negative reviews, I suggest trying this gem and making your own opinion. I doubt that you'll be disappointed.

Ordered the chicken scallopine and chicken avocado meals for myself & my partner. Price was very reasonable, the portions were generous and everything was cooked absolutely perfectly! I also don't like avocado and may be converted after eating this it was so delicious I'm also gluten intolerant so to see a restaurant that not only has clearly labelled gluten free options, but has most of their menu across the board as gluten free is incredible. The customer service was 10/10, very friendly and helpful so credit to the entire team - I may have a new favourite restaurant!

I recently dined at Sinners, and I must say it was an excellent experience. I tried both their pizza and pasta dishes, and they were simply delightful. The flavors were authentic and truly captured the essence of Italian cuisine. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who made sure I felt well taken care of throughout my meal. Only eaten here once so I can only speak of this single experience. 1 pizza, very salty, very messy, cheap stringy ham, verey little effort in preparation, very little sauce, not cut well, toppings fall off, uneven crust that ranges from aprox 4 to 8 cm. This was on a Saturday evening at about 6pm. This is a pitty because the Macleod Sinners is really good quality and consistency. I hope this was just an anomaly. But I won't find out because it's 1am and I cant sleep because I feel like I'm dying of thirst from the excess of salt or salty ingredients. Not going back.

We visited this place 3 times. Each time the experience was different. The salmon fish was nice and juicy. The mixed grill platter had so little meat on it but the sides were really big to fill you up. We really enjoyed the entrees as they were freshly made. The options for the dessert are really limited, so didn’t feel like trying any. I was told that I couldn’t take away the rest of my food. It’s shame to leave food behind. I had paid for it, so I was entitled to take the rest with me. The staff were very friendly and made our visits flow very smoothly.

I wish before ordering the food from Sinners Plenty Road I should have read the reviews on Zomato. The food there is disgusting, pizza was undercooked, oily and toppings falling off. The pizza's were also bland and the crust wet. I also ordered pasta, which tasted like it was made 6 months ago and put straight in the microwave. I ordered the food for my family and everyone was disgusted and stopped eating after their first bite. Complaining to the owner Maria, she was rude and disrespectful. Definely won't be eating there again.

Was a big fan of this restaurant but tonight they lost us as customers. Made a order this evening and was awaiting confirmation of the order via menulog. After about 5 minutes of no confirmation called the restaurant to be advised our order had been cancelled as they were closing the kitchen early as they had been quite. The person i spoke to didnt even really care about ruining our meal plans and just kept repeating the same line over and over. So for that, they have lost any future orders from us and gain this review.

Rude owner. Grabbed my phone without permission. Told me that I can't use the Groupon voucher 'around' public holidays. On 'mothers day' weekend' Which the voucher clearly states 'not valid ON MOTHER'S DAY'. I've used Groupon for dozens of restaurants before and NEVER came across such a rude owner!!! She even told me 'don't come back here'... Which is not something I would do anyway... I recommend anyone who considering getting the Groupon voucher for this place to think twice.

Best place with craziest environment as like its name ; sinners . Customer service is so good , staff is so humble eith customers ; highly recommended place to have best Italian food

They Don’t even deserve one star got a steak and got home to see this soup! i then Called and complained, as I was unaware that my chips would be swimming but they removed the salad into a separate container. All they said was they were sorry and people like it like soup! I asked for a refund and It was refused. Disappointing as I have been here before and had a great meal! Never again couldn’t eat the meal Nothing like the photo online

This place is horrible, I went in excited to have some good restaurant quality fish, first bite was okay, second bite was literally frozen. Not cold, actually frozen. It ruined my appetite completely and ruined the mood. The owner was not helpful at all. We had to work out the price for the split bill ourselves and she didn’t believe us. Overall it took us over 20 minutes to pay our bill. Would not recommend at all. Should’ve stayed home.

Figured I'd give this place another try and boy do I regret it, AGAIN! I haven't had such disgusting pizza in a VERY long time and I order pizza weekly, sometimes even twice a week from various places. This so called pizza however was absolute garbage. A carboard box would probably have had more flavour and been more moist then what I was served tonight. DON'T waste your time or your hard earned $ on this place.

Had our final dinner together at Sinners before the family flys back to NZ. Fast service and the food was cooked to perfection. Burgers were ridiculously HUGE which is a good thing....the risotto was soooo yummm....chicken with mushroom sauce was delish and my salmon and veges, omg what can I say but "you have to try it". Thank you to the chef and staff for creating a great ending to their holiday.

Ever since the new management has taken over, our weekly treat, going out for dinner is over. The food quality out of 10 is 1 and the delivery service out of 10 is -1, food was cold and the deserts were half the size that we are used to. I will never eat at Sinners South Morang again. I only gave 1 star so I could give a review, it doesn't even deserve one star. Very disappointed.

Enjoyed the delicious food when we were on our trip to Australia. Service was great and the new owners are super attentive to the customer’s requests. Would love to go again!!!

We ordered 2 pizzas like we do regularly every week but very disappointed to night. Pizza overcooked my gluten free was hard, my patners was rubbery. We decided to order dessert and the tiramisu was that small he ate it with 2 teaspoon fulls and gone Is there new owners because that is not what we got last time a d perhaps we need to go back to our old pizza man

Yesterday we visited this restaurant. It was 230 PM but we live in the country and went to get take away for an early dinner. Service was great. My gnocchi primavera (eaten 2 hours later) was absolutely delicious. And I will definitely order that again. My kids loved the spaghetti bolognese and pizza A nice, reliable restaurant that is enjoyable every time

The pizza was basically a piece of cardboard with sauce, little or none of the extras requested, two slices of anchovies on a large pizza, couldn't even taste or smell the garlic, not quite sure what the salami was but it wasn't traditional salami. The cost $30 the verdict, never again.

Love the Lamb delight guys. Would have given a 5 star review but out of the last 10 or so times I have ordered it, there were about 2 or 3 times the lamb was just too dry. I put it down to just being overly busy and under the pump, however I still will continue to order going forward and hope that the lamb is always juicy :) keep up the good work.

Came for a family birthday dinner. One entre meal came out at a time for 8 people, most of which were only partially warm. Same thing happened with the mains. We have 1.5 left over pizzas, we asked to take them away, only to be told "they are dine in only". So they would rather throw out food than give left overs to paying customers.

Went here a couple weeks ago with friends, very friendly place with nice ambience. The waitress was very pleasant and informed us on food that was popular among the locals as we were extremely indecisive. The food was also very nice - we loved the Garlic prawns. The Sinner's special pizza was also tasty. Will definitely come back!

Ordered Dinner through Menu Log, money was taken from bank account and order confirmed with delivery time. Food was a no show and no answer when tried to call or message. So much for a Family Restaurant. Absolutely disgusting would never recommend and will be taking futher actions so this dose not happen to other people!!!

Bad restaurant, bad experience. The lasagna was a complete dissapointment. I don't know what they did to it but is was an undercooked salty lump (the pasta hardly discernible from the stuffings) of something with some almost burned cheese over it. The service was absolutely disappointing. You won't regret not eating here.

Used to love sinners, left the area and now returned to a completely different place. Ribs were off an Asian flavor, not American as they used to be. Garlic pizza was basically unbeatable, i love my garlic but this was overpowering. Really upset as you could always count on good food but now I won't be going back.

Friday night late who wants to cook decided on pizza delivery .ordered over the phone .made a little alteration to my meal. Made operator repeat to ensure was corect . When delivered did not receive what i had ordered i then raised it with restuarant they apologized then had to wait again for my original order .

Had a great dinner here on a Groupon deal. Ordered dishes including seafood, pork and lamb and all were cooked excellently. Definitely more than just a pizza restaurant. Serving sizes and presentation were excellent. Very extensive menu and very tempting desserts. Staff and the service were very friendly.

We have been ordering and eating at Sinners South Morang since it opened. It has changed hands and I am disappointed to sayvour order tonight was more expensive and the food was terrible and I was left witha stomach bug. Sucha pity the standard has deteriorated and we will not be using them again.

I recently used Sinners for my 70th birthday in isolation. Not only was the 3 course meal tender and delicious, it was delivered on time and very reasonably priced! I Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. Thank you for making my birthday enjoyable …

Ordered a Parma through Menulog. What arrived was a soggy disappointment. It felt like it was cooked with a "that'll do" attitude. The chicken had absolutely no crunch, the cheese only just melted, and the chips were just a mush. For $22.50 plus delivery, I would of expected a bit more effort

I did really enjoy tgis restaurant best in North Melbourne.... but now all of a sudden they do not deliver to my suburb on all second delivery companies aswell as the restaurant themselves... not sure why but pretty disappointing being that it's the only restaurant we go to and trust

Ordered from a different restaurant on Uber Eats and the driver gave me someone else’s food from your restaurant instead of mine, whilst the Carbonara Gnocchi wasn’t the Chinese food I was expecting but it was amazing 10/10!!! will be ordering from you guys again

Sinners is one of regular go to places for afternoon tea for family get togethers because of the fantastic cakes on offer. Also our vegetarians like the gourmet vegetarian pizzas plus some other great dishes. We have been going there for years. Friendly service.

my go to place for pizza. toppings are generous, crust is crispy and chewy but not too thick. great service. once I went back 4 times in one week. My place for pizza in Melbourne. Mexicana and roast veg rock the house. Better than any gourmet pizza in melbourne.

Not the highest quality food, but you do get a GIANT serve and it's definitely a fun and enjoyable meal. The lunch deals are probably the most best value though. $12 for a decent sized meal (not the usual mountain of food) or $16 if you add a entrée or dessert.

Great place. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals. Lighting was a little dark but otherwise great night. Will be back.

We got delivery, the Pizza was really dry as there was no sauce on the base and the lasagne had all the meat dumped on top instead of the layer of cheese which is usually something I look forward to. Overall fairly disappointed and won't be going back.

The meal was lovely but some of us had to wait alot longer than others on the table which was very frustrating.

Went for dinner last night, we were very happy about this restaurant, service were very friendly. Food werewjust great! Ribs were amazing, mix meat platter was tasty and filling. Also, we first time love the chips that come with meals!

Absolutely loved this placed. Food was delicious. Especially seafood crepe and mushroom steak. Yum! We use to order them on menulog and finally decided to dine in one day and not only the food was great but the service was awesome.

First impressions of this place is great - friendly staff and very generous prices. $25 for BBQ ribs that were very soft and well worth the money. Would hate to see this place close - keep it up guys!

Sinner is excellent food and great service. The staff and owners are really froendly. This is my go to place whenever i go home to see my parents and its their weekly eating out place which they love.

Been struggling to find something half decent around the area and we finally found something good. Ordered parma pizza risotto everything was really good and tasty. Will be coming again!

Food was absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional. They even sang me a birthday song. The grilled chicken with mushroom sauce was so tender and juicy. Lip smacking delicious

Undercooked soggy Pizza, chips were soaked in oil, ribs are not American flavour they are Asian flavour and the pork belly portion was a blob of pork fat with the rind not cooked.

Bought the groupon voucher and you can’t get steak and ribs as part of the deal. Not like the old vouchers Not recommended to anyone. They have change the menu been offer .

We eat here very frequently but tonight i went for the prawns from the special menu at it was amazing.we love the friendliness and the service keep up the great service.

Visiting Melbourne for a few day from the Gold coast, my cousin took us out for lunch and I must say the food was absolutely DELICIOUS, seriously. Sinners Italian.

Hadn’t been here for at least 3-4 years and have noticed they have changed hands Food was exceptional and service brilliant one of the best restaurants I’ve been to

Out waitress was great, food was nice, but I'd probably only suggest not putting sauce on the crispy skin of salmon.. Takes away from the crispness.. That's all..

This restaurant lost us, we were regular, loyal, happy customers, then they started to reduce their portion sizes, for no apparent reason, long before Covid!!

First time here. Totally empty on Sat lunchtime with great weather outside before we arrived and after we left. Would you like a calculator to do the math?

I had a Chicken Fillet meal and it was superb. This is not an ideal place for a large party as the maximum seating at a table is 6 or maybe 8 at a squeeze.

Went here last night the meat lovers pizza was very tasty and the pasta was fresh and a good portion, definitely coming again in the near future
