I had the pleasure of shopping here today with my daughter although we didn’t buy anything we were just looking. I would like to say the women that looked after us was a breath of fresh air. I’ve forgotten her name but she was the only one working at the time. Sorry. Not only did she make us feel happy browsing we had a lovely conversation about fashion, life ect. The whole time she continued to work. In our current culture of customer service, it refreshing to know you can still get great service. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Loving the colour at Sportsgirl currently! I always find myself walking into the store even when I don’t need to purchase anything. The staff at the Malvern store are always very inviting and friendly. I get constant help and opinions when trying on clothes. Can say im a happy regular at this store!

Said it was open til 7, arrived at 6 and it was closed. You’re a major national business, it’s really not that hard to have accurate trading hours

staff were extremely rude and were not welcoming at all... left the store straight away
