Was basically invisible to all the staff here today. Asked if It was ok for me to try on some clothes, was told yes there would be someone there... I waited serval minutes before going in. I then went over to the register to buy the 2 lovely shirts I found. Service was lacking and the register girl walked away from register as I approached. 3 to 4 staff doing the display. Before finally one went “oh there’s someone there”. I felt very judged... I’m not 100% and am on holidays from Sydney and wanted some more clothes for my trip as I need more warm stuff.

The stores layout of the racks in the middle are very in accessable my small manual wheelchair couldn't get to access the majority of the store. If things were just moved a few inches it would have been fine. staff seemed a little judgy too and didn't move things when seeing that I couldn't get past. I still rated 3 stars because I like sports girls products just a shame I can't buy them in person to try them on.

I cannot thank Sportsgirl enough for all their staff in each stores in Melbourne, Melbourne Central, Northland and Mornington, the customer service is incredible, exceptional. The staff are always so happy, friendly, positive and love helping re fashion. It really sets them apart from other stores. Visiting a store that has that culture makes you feel great. Thankyou Sportsgirl! Keep being you!

Big range, lots of sizes available, Sam and Zac give excellent customer service, are professionally honest & dress fabulousl as hell. Those babes deserve a massive pay rise! Will be back. …

Shocked at the lack of customer service, privacy and personal space! Staff walking into a changing room when occupied- NOT ACCEPTABLE!
