I must admit I never shop at sportsgirl as the bright overwhelming colours are not usually my thing. However when I walked past the highpoint store I had to come in. The way they presented their merchandise was absolutely lovely. It was so shoppable. I needed some help with sizing and styling tips and the manager named Jessica was extremely helpful. She didn't just process knowledge of a stylist but a great warm personality which is so rare these days. Will definitely shop frequently now, thank you for introducing me to a funky brand!

I walked into Sportsgirl around 4:30pm today. There were two staff members in the store and not one of them said hello to me or spoke to me at all. They were too busy talking behind the counter about who knows what. Very disappointing and poor customer service.

WORST customer service in Highpoint shopping centre. Literally ignored by 6 members of staff including the manager when I was the only customer in store. Would never, ever buy from the chain again because of this experience.

Really disappointed with the customer service today, I was never acknowledged in the store while I was struggling to find some clothing items, staff to busy talking amongst themselves

I always find affordable clothes at Sportsgirl and this one has a really good range to choose from. I found the staff very helpful too

so rude they followed me around the store as if i would steal something
