Came into store with my wife at 9:30am the week before Christmas, only a few other customers, staff were more willing to have a chat with each other about their personal life and gossip about their colleagues. They did not greet us on entry nor did they assist when my wife was trying clothes on. When we went to pay for the items, the staff continued to talk to each other while completing the transaction.

Every time I go to the Werribee Plaza Sportgirl I am pleased not only with the fantastic service but the attentiveness to myself and my little one while trying on clothes. The cleanliness of the store, the variety of clothing options and sizes available is always really good. The manager Eden is always so nice, my little one loves her and is always excited to go into the store which really helps me = P

i was trying a tshirt on and had lashes in my other hand, a worker in a pink top snatched the lashes off me and put them aside and didn’t give them back. i am very disgusted of how she did it.

Lovely service, they're always happy and energetic. Willing to help, I love coming here for clothes but the workers really make the experience

Staff looking after fitting rooms look a bit biased towards certain customers. Not sure if it was family or friends of the staff member.

Quite a small store with too much stock jammed in such a little space. Staff were not particularly friendly nor willing to help.

Love the clothes ...but not my size ...you need to work on diverse market
