Words really cannot express how grateful and how appreciative my family and I after all the pain & sadness we had endured over the past few weeks after the loss of our loved dad. The team were soooo beautiful, patient and sympathetic starting from early morning till the end. The cars came to pick us up on time and the driver was literally carrying us and carrying our belongings throughout the day. The cars were so clean and beautiful. The FLOWERS were not normal!!! NOT A SINGLE WILTED OR BRUISED ROSE!! That was the most beautiful arrangement made on the casket. The smell of tiger lillies were what caught my eye and nose. Wednesday went by very smoothly... i expected a long day as it was a sudden death. Maria even came round and handed us cold water and little scented tissues at the perfect time in the mass. I just want to really thank Mr John and his wonderful most loving team for really getting us through the day. He was so patient with the money wasnt really concerned about it just wanted to make sure that our loved one would rest nicely and that we were ok!! Not to mention that he was VERY VERY Affordable!! half the cost of any other funeral directors we had reached to. We were abit hesitant at first but when we met on day 1 to discuss options with the casket and flowers we knew that no one would have done a better job. We thank god we made the right decision. After the service they even gave us a sentimental cross to remember dad with his name engraved on it with the candles used at the service. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECCOMENDED. Love you guys sooo much.
