I just had some work done by Statewide Locksmiths this morning. Dale was 5 minutes early and his first impression and approach made me feel at ease. He had not only set out to complete the job but went the extra mile in ensuring that another lock was made secure until he returns as I had not made it clear to Statewide Locksmiths of the issue beforehand. This company should feel confident that not only is Dale an excellent employee, but also have the knowledge that their customers are well and truly looked after. Will definitely use Statewide Locksmiths in the future.

Installed a Lockwood 355 Deadlock around 1990 and after 25 years was having difficulty locking it with the key. Took it in to these guys amazing Lilydale showroom and on the spot they dismantled it, completely cleaned it an re-lubricated it and gave it back to me. Time 20 minutes. Charge $20! Works like a charm. I think I know where I will be going for any new locks in the future. Small, independent stores like this deserve to do well.

I cannot recommend the team at Lilydale Statewide Locksmiths more highly. Yvonne and Morgan were the absolute paragon of professionalism. Pricing was very reasonable and they took what I had imagined was going to be a convoluted process and made it so very easy. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a locksmith and I hope someone reading this also has the good fortune of finding them too.

Thanks to the staff who handled my calls, and to Dale who amicably and competently fixed both the driver door lock and ignition lock following a break in and attempted theft. Worth waiting for their shop to open, and locksmiths claiming 24/7 availability were unreachable or couldn't attend the night before when I tried contacting them.

Went to Statewide Locksmiths expecting to need two replacement car keys/remotes cut and programmed. They suggested replacing the batteries might suffice (I had tried unsuccessfully to access the batteries myself). Two new batteries installed, and good as new. $30 instead of hundreds of dollars. Thanks Statewide!

I'm selling my home and had no key to some bolt locks, I called and thought I'd have to get them to visit my house but they suggested try removing the lock (which I eventually managed) and bring it in. Bottom line is they cut me a new key for the lock and saved me a fortune! Friendly service too.

Have used them several times now and have always had a good experience, from the guys in the shop, to those visiting my home. Always very patient and helpful making sure I am satisfied with the result. And VERY reasonably priced! Thanks guys!

These guys are simply the best i snapped my key off in the ignition of my truck. I dropped it off at 8.30 and picked it up at 9.30 al fixed and a new key for an amazing price. I would highly recommended this business.

Quickly changed a remote for a Magna and cut a key to match. Took around an hour, remember to have you car outside to insure the key cut does match.
