Booked ahead for some laser tag with the family game of laser tag. We were in the laser tag arena and had started our second round when the instructor called us all out to say another team would be joining. He had told us it would be only the family for this game (our second game) so we went kids Vs adults. The group he let in were regulars who targeted the kids in our group and completely ruined a family event leaving 2 kids in tears as they were constantly shot and barley got to play in the 20 min round. They seemed to be friends of the instructor which is why they were able to join after our game had started and restarted the game after we were told time and time again we had scored our second slot without any other bookings! $250 for this awful experience. We were very happy to play with other people but based our teams off the group we were playing the round with. My young cousins were also kicked out at 8:05pm when they were trying to use their arcade points. They had to wait outside while we picked a few lollies. The lollies and ring toss were the only good part of this venue. This place is pretending to be family friendly but is definitely not. 1/5 is generous!

We were about 5-8 minutes late to our booking and were told that we need to finish by 1.40pm. We thought that would be OK - 1 adult and 3 children so started playing and we enjoying our bowling but during our 5th frame a member of staff came up and said we need to finish soon! It was about 1.25pm! We continued playing and shortly after he came back and asked us to leave the lane - we were on our 7th frame! I asked why and he said said other people are waiting and they need the lane. I said we were only a little bit late but we would like to finish, as its not even 1.40pm yet - he said we can't and need to come off! I said it is unacceptable and we will not be coming off as my children would be really upset and it wouldn't be fair as we have paid to bowl. He still Insisted we come off after frame 8. I told him we won't be coming off as we have paid and if they really need us to come off then a manager will have to come and explain to my children why we can't play. He walked away and we finished our game as quick as we could and finished by 1.45pm This ruined our bowling and upset my children, who felt we should have left rather than continue bowling.

Quite all right, bowling area is pretty straightforward, easy access to the bar and toilets. The bar area is missing coziness, a bit too industrial and dark. It misses a warm atmosphere. Staff are pretty kind and helpful. The lighting of the bowling lanes is pretty fancy, just the projection screens at the end are dull and was showing mostly weird videos, bit of a downer. Laser Tag was fun, pretty cool playing ground with lots of obstacles, great equipment and kind staff. Would be nice if they'd offer a 'defend your base play mode too'. It's pretty much: bowl and/or laster tag and that's it, go home. Maybe some table tennis tables, darts boards or pinball machines and a proper semi-seperate lounge area could flourish the place up a bit. The entertainment quarter in itself is shockingly depressing, totally deserted. What a waste of beautiful boulevard with huge fun potential.

Booked online for 2 games at 620pm. About 640pm a staff member comes up and tells us we have to finish up by 7. At 650pm the same staff member comes up and says at this rate we won't be finishing the game and offers to give us a free game pass to come back. What in the actual. We were into the second game and 3rd frame when he approaches. Basically rushing us to say out by 7pm or he will kick us out. He has the nerve to speak to us for 3minutes wasting our time and then proceeds to come back 5minutes later to say no no we can take our time now. Little do you even know why we were there, disappointing at people must be your finest thing to do in life. One establishment we won't ever go back to.

Booked Birthday Party for. 9 year old, paid deposit of $240 had to reschedule for His Grandfathers funeral and the long weekend so a few of his besties couldn’t come. They have a 7 day reschedule policy and I tried to reschedule it again within the 7 days and no one was available so I called the following day and was one day out of the 7 days and they said no and are taking my money! TERRIBLE customer service no dispute resolution and unwilling to compromise! Will never recommend. Their staff need more training.UPDATE! I posted this and they contacted me and the party went ahead as planned. The kids had a fantastic time!!! Make sure you speak to the right person

I went there with 7 other friends and one child, we booked a row for the laser tag at 4:30pm, and when we were about to start, another group of people of around 10 people arrived and they send them to play with us. Because of the child, we asked them if we could go on the next available slot because we didn't want any confusion. They said it is okay, so on the next time slot, it happened again, we spoke to the manager that said for sure on 5:30 we will be alone. We waited until that time and guess what, another team is here, I'm not waiting for a resolution to post this review because it is absolutely disrespectful what they have done to us so far.

Very disorganized place, with rude staff. We came to celebrate a friend's birthday and left very disappointed. We booked the laser tag just for our group and once was our turn, they put other group with us. We kindly asked to play just our selfies again, because we had an child with us. They said it’s ok, and we just need to wait for 15 min. However they skipped our turn 3 times after it. We’ve been waiting for 2hours. After so long we asked for our money back and they refused to give back. Still waiting for the solution once my husband talks to the manager. We will never come back, so disappointed, this place is extremely disorganised.

Had a booking for 2 games at 10am for my 2 son's and myself. They open at 10, by the time we line up pay and get our shoes. It was near 1010, then another few minutes to order drinks and food. At 1057 we're told we have to finish as our hour was up. I didn't pay for time I paid for 2 games. But if I did then it should Unlimited games within that time. My kids upset. And they screwed my food order. Plus the cricket was on so parking was $30 flat fee, no free time. I normally go elsewhere where you play the games you pay for and free parking. I've been bowling for 40years never been kicked off mid game.

the place is good and not overly expensive. but the service at the bar is overall bad (not the counter, they were nice). Last night we ordered drinks through the QR code at the table. After 20 min I went to check what happened with our order. They simply didn't realize the order was sent and were making fun of it between them ( kind of blaming each other in a fun way). That's is annoying for a customer! and they just said: oh yes, we will prepare the drinks now. Instead of (at least) saying: "sorry" we will prepare the drinks now. A bit of an effort on service makes a big difference.

We arrived at Strike Bowling Entertainment Quarter on time (before 10.00 am on Sunday 1 May 2022). We were held back and waited in queue for over 10 minutes because the staff were administrating the Birthday Party guests/kids. Finally, we were allocated with a lane at 10.08 am. At 10.15 am, one the staff members reached out and asked us the speed up and ball faster! He mentioned that "we are behind the schedule"! This comment ruined the whole experience. We found the comment unprofessional and not respectful. We finished the game as quick as possible and left the venue.

Great place with friendly staff and enjoyable laser tag. Noticed that our bowling lane was either heavily waxed or leaned to the left as we found every single one of our balls drifting to the left. While it shouldn’t be a problem for skilled bowlers who can adjust, amateurs like us could have difficulty with it. Not sure if this is a problem with other lanes but we found ourselves severely underperforming compared to other bowling experiences. Other than that, great decoration, laser tag and we overall had a good time.

Very accommodating staff. As a parent trying to organize a bowling event and having several kids cancel due to Covid the manage on the day was very understanding and was very accommodating and happy to refund me the difference. Appreciate the flexibility and the service by all the staff on the day. The girls had a great time and I’d recommend this location as an option to parents for young teenagers. Horrible experience! I went to celebrate my birthday with my friends and we ended up leaving all frustrated! We paid to play Laser Tag and there were a lot of mistakes. Firstly, one of my friends was charged the wrong amount and the manager of the venue was extremely rude to refund the money. Second, they made us wait more than 1h30 to enter the game! Extremely rude staff, poor communication, poor customer service. I will never come back and I do not recommend!

Really bad service, and facility is too old. There were missing two bottles at beginning of each game. It takes very long time but not yet fix the facility. So we asked for a refund, however they didn’t give the refund but some vouchers. That’s unfair at all. Besides the manager was not polite at all, “: why you interpreted us when we tried to fix the issue ?” So we have to wait for ages with no response and can’t ask for the refund ? very disappointed with the outcome booked my daughters birthday last sunday at the karaoke upstairs , we order food for the kids and adults , food was delayed more than 1 hour we got the burgers as a meal , burgers where served , hot chips came 1 hour later . spoke to management they didn't really care , there reply was the kitchen was running only one person . you spend all this amount of $$$$ only to get less than a one star service .

We booked in advance. They were running late - which happens - but we’re completely unable to tell what was going on. My girls had been waiting for 30 mins. There were a group of boys who just turned up. They opened the doors and said ‘come in boys’, completely ignoring the girls. If I had not intervened they would have completely ignored the girls - who the staff member knew had been waiting a long time.

Ordered food for myself and my son. More than 45 min later it still hasn't arrived, and there is literally nobody else here eating. This is after chasing staff for drinks service and asking where the food is. Then they got the order wrong... paid for items that didn't arrive, but I was still prompted to tip during the ordering process. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Ruined the night. Terrible.

The day we went there was a sold out concert at The Horden, and the footy on at the stadium and the staff didn't seem to know about either. They did the best they could, but they ran out of glasses, and lots of staff seemed to be wandering around not really doing anything. All bars were full in the precinct. Some staff training wouldn't go astray here.

We played 2 games of bowling here. Unfortunately lanes 5-6 had issues such as the barrier coming down when I was bowling (huh?) as well as the balls not getting returned. In the end staff cleared it manually after 10-15 min or so. Balls started coming out and they fell onto the floor it was overloaded. Laser tag was great though without any problems.

Friendly staff. Ridiculous lighting. The pins are in the dark. You can barely see them. Lane number one is also the entrance and exit for strollers, and one meter from the entranceto the lazer tag area. Besides interfering with the game, it is UNSAFE, as these heavy balls can easily cause a serious injury to the young kids running next to it.

Nice set up but very poor service. The bar tender almost refused to serve us beer because "cocktails taste better" and then took literally 25 minutes to bring the beer tower. No doubt they were motivated to sell cocktails. We then got chips and asked for ketchup, they arrived 10 minutes after we had finished the chips, and we took our time.

Nice to have a bowling alley in the area. It's a smaller place so it's more crucial to book. You also have the laser tag option. It might be a good option if you are here for something else. However there is only 2 hours free parking. Definitely avoid if there is and event on because you won't be able to get in or out of the car park.

Came to Strike at the Entertainment Quarter as the staff member for a university social event and had a great time! We had lots of latecomers due to booking issues on our end but Adelaide was super helpful and made sure everyone was still able to bowl. Pizzas and drinks package was well worth it and great quality! I don't think we've ever had more fun than we did at our son's 11th birthday at Strike EQ, from laser tag to bowling and karaoke, amazing pizzas, sweets and an ice cream cake, it was a dream come true for our boy and the awesome staff that made it happen went the extra mile for him, thank you Strike for a perfect celebration!

Staff were helpful, however, were difficult to get hold off as it was very busy. Closest parking is the multi-storey car park next to the EQ.

Had a fantastic time at Strike Bowling Moore Park! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our bowling session a breeze. Bowling with my friend added to the fun. Clean lanes, great atmosphere – a must-visit for a memorable outing! Will definitely be back for more strikes and smiles!

Adam and rogue were some of the absolute best staff members at strike. From the moment we came in they greeted us and made us feel welcome. They’re a great assets to strike and they went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. Joey was also amazing and had a very positive mindset.

Got the funpass and tried out this site, which we wouldn't normally at $150 a karaoke room. Staff are friendly. It's fun. The sound system in the karaoke room could be better. So can the size of the screens. The funpass is great value if you use it to try new things.

I went laser tag at Strike Bowling with a few friends. This one coworker Jamie made sure that we had a great time by interacting with us and playing a few games with us. Because of her, we had the best thirty minutes of our lives.

Visited this venue on a short lasertag arena tour through various cities in Australia. Arena is equipped with Laserforce Gen8 packs, has 3 base targets and a beacon. The staff were very lovely and helpful.
