Absolutely disgusting store, with disgusting produce with even more disgusting customer service. The woman inside was beyond rude, I had to ask how she was doing and how her day was otherwise it would have been completely silent. The mozzarella cheese was moldy as seen in the photo posted. What I have seen many other times when I've ordered Subway is that 4 slices are placed per 6 inch... She placed 4 slices of cucumber across the whole footlong sub and then was extremely rude when I asked her for a couple more slices. I had to guide the sales process myself telling her what I wanted, instead of her doing her job and asking me. At the end, the salt and pepper shaker was more like a salt and pepper pourer as it drenched my sub in salt and pepper. She was extremely rude, unwelcoming and simply unprofessional. If she doesn't want to be there, she doesn't need to be, there are plenty of other people looking for work that would do a much better job than she's doing. Everything about this store is simply disgusting, there's no better way of putting it!

Next time I will complain in food counsel about this I brought two footlong from the subway. I order online and when I was at store, the staff told me they just got the order have to wait for 15 minutes…. The bread fall down on the flore…. He took the bread and done the footlong for me I got a picture and show them and ask them to send this to the clunsel because the bread was falled down…. He try to ask me with loud sound and throw my order on my face and try to rude on me…… I want to sure complain to the subway about this because the staff was very rude at this store…. I am sorry but never want to being again at this store with this staff (specially man work over there)

If I could give 0 stars I would, I’ve always tried to give these idiots benefit of the doubt and ordered on ubereats multiple times. Recently they’ve hired some degenerate stuff who not only can’t read but struggle to make sandwiches. Which I really think is bottom of the barrel skill if you can’t put salad and meat in a sandwich. Orders are always wrong, they can’t read simple instructions. If you wana avoid being annoyed and angry that your food is always wrong. Don’t order from here especially for delivery. i should’ve learned after they messed up my order last time. My partner and i ordered dinner tonight. I paid for ex cheese, paid extra for avo and beetroot. we picked up our subs and took them home only to open mine to barely any cheese, not toasted and missing all extras that i had to pay for! and it was filled with pickles? SO MANY PICKLES i don’t even like pickles. at least they got the rest of the meal right i guesss. this is the second time it’s happened they need to double check before making the sandwiches. really disappointed with dinner tonight

Really disappointed in the customer service we received. We walked in and the lady who was there was on her phone. After pulling out the pieces of paper, the only word she said to us for the 10 minutes we were in the store was “Yes” all while she was on the phone. We were horrified and so were the four other customers in the store, who were waiting behind us. She had the phone up to her ear! After reading other poor reviews it seems as customer service is the major let down at this store- really disappointing as this Subway is nice and close to our house and easy to get to.

Worst subway in and around broadmeadows. I don’t understand if you people count no.of leaves of spinach and no.of cucumber and all the salad for a foot long i barely got any salad when i have chose around 10veggies. The worst part is when we paid extra for making it a ultimate with extra cheese i can barely see cheese. I bet a toastie will look a bit better than this. If you cannot follow order instructions why run a business at all and this is not the first time I received an order like this. Worst customer service i ever saw. Actually even one star is waste for you guys.

I think you people are good at Math, i can see that from the sub I ordered, u have perfectly counted all of the salad nothing exceeded four in count. Last time i was there ordering at store the guy making my sub is not ready to put the salad at all even when i was insisting and he was yelling at me to tell which sauces i need and now this time i can see that along with salad and meat it is as thin as bread itself. I would never order from you guys ever, you are the worst subway i had till now.

Dont go to this subway. Ordered via uber eats and suddenly app says it will take more than half an hour. I go to subway and see the worker is sitting at back. When you accept an order why not work on it straightaway. Ultimately when i receive the order i find it be food from garbage. The bread looks like 2 days old and cold. Meat looks old. The whole footlong tasted like leftover food from two days. I would suggest everyone to avoid this subway. Unless they wanna eat cold and rotten food

The reason I have given subway 4 stars into 5 is they cut the bread Australian way instead of the way itnis ment to be cut from the top not the side. But the staff was very good in making the sub not counting the side cut instead of cutting the bread from the top. Also they cut the footling inhalf and wrapped separately for me because it is hard to eat together when driving where when separately wrapped i can leave one half still wrapped and eat other half without making a big mess.

We ordered two items for those two items we have to wait sooo long. Customer service is tooo worst. We even ordered online because that’s the online option we got I think that’s what they are taking advantage of it they take it soo long to make simple order without minimum requirements( we ordered salads without forks/spoons). They never picks call that’s the worst part We can’t make phone orders. Please some one look into it.

Night Staff was really rude, this was second time when I visited to store, they literally said that she is not serving customers as she was doing delivery orders, what the hell man !!!! I was really hungry, this was the reply i get in return . Surprisingly, this happened with me second time which is ridiculous. I don’t understand whats the point of being opened for 24 hours. Subway is good, this outlet could be better. They have slightly misleading happy hour offer from 5pm to 6pm - Buy one Get One. I bought a footlong $9.70, should get another free. Lady there charged for 2 six inches rather than 1 footlong. It's not about $2.80 that they charged extra, but that they charged extra. Also, lady added fewer salads and less quantity as well. I generally get more salads in a six inch sub than they put in footlong.

Today I ordered the casadilla It was only $2 thats ok. because it was great to get out just to sit was nice. but the meal wasn't good it tasted nothing like a casadilla but for $2 what would you expect. the ingredients were red onions and capsicum. and the onions were overpowering and that sauce wasn't nice. If your going to do something like this try and get it tasted first by ar least 20 people beforehand I couldn't eat it. Sorry

Worst subway roll ever at Broadmeadows you should be ashamed of the food you sold me tonight!!Hardly any cheese (I paid for extra) two pieces of beef on a six inch 2 pieces of cucumber there was barely any salad at all. Bad job tonight subway huge waste of money, should've went to McDonald's like everyone else did tonight. Mostly got my orders correct. Partially correct and partially incorrect. I appreciate the orders they cared about and were specifically accurate. Some orders were not followed as per specific instruction. But 95% of the time, I'm grateful and appreciative of the efforts expended. Thank you for your ongoing service. I think it’s under new management. Much cleaner store compared to some other subways in the area. Manager always has a smile on his face. A lot of council, police and local professionals come here for lunch. Evenings they have this but one get one free but it’s not for every menu on the board though Staff always go extra salads and make it the way I want the sandwich no questions asked. Definitely 24 hour helps.

Much better than other stores in service, friendly staff and always provide better quality of service with loving smiles of staff and friendly nature. Whenever go there I always notice about staff how they try to maintain place and food hygiene, even if any trainee works and some customers shout or become rude, they always apologise kindly. Always get best experience each and every time

Probably the worst subway chain in all of Victoria. Every time we’ve made an order, without fail, something has gone wrong. Missing items are a regular occurrence and food specifications are never correct. Don’t bother asking for toasted subs, it’s almost as if they don’t actually have a toaster. Is someone that works there eating half of the orders that come though? Pathetic service.

Less than 1 star. They refuse to change gloves and are one of the dirtiest subways I have seen. They clean with the same glove they prepare your order with. Low quality. No customer experience. I do not know how subway allows people like this to own franchises. Cross contamination for sure, their bacon touches everything. Disgusting. they should be closed up an hit with a fine.

Worst subway store I've been to. Poorly made subs with too much dressing so it was a soggy mess. Paid for double meat and they only put half a scoop on till I mentioned it to her only to cop attitude from her. Very poor customer service skills. Management needs to be held accountable for the lack of training before they are hired.

Very friendly staff , good worker and taste really fantastic . The sandwich artist are doing really well to me us happy. I have been there with family and it was great experience having sandwich from this shop. Good job Subway Broadmeadows team. And really nice customer service.

Pretty decent for a subway chain. Staff can be good if you catch them while they aren't busy. They generally keep their stock fresh. It's 24hr. Wish they still had old English cheese - but that's a subway thing not this location. So all in all pretty okay.

Highly recommend this subway store, all the staff is very friendly and professional, they have lot of patience, i have seen customers were very rude to them but they handled well. Especially Muhammad he is THE BEST, every time he make my sub perfectly.

Used the app to place an order at 16:53 friends gone to pick it up and order which said it was ready for collection at 17:08 still wasn’t made because she was serving walkins. So what’s the point of ordering online if you’re going to wait even longer??

I ordered two subs for a friend and I on a delivery app. They gave us two completely different subs to what we ordered. How do you mess up that up? Poor food quality. I’ve tasted subs from places all over and this order was just so bad and messy.

This is probably the worst Subway in town. Sandwich Artists are not well trained and they mess up the order. The sauces and the ingredients doesn't taste good. Never try this Subway and the one in Roxburgh Park as well.

Shitshop half was smaller tha half of half and doesn’t know how to wrap one. Asked for toasty from same bread left over put that inside piled another half of half and started ruining it

Cookies were a bit thin and saggy. Staff were friendly and efficient. I would have liked to see seafood on the menu but otherwise plenty of alternative choices for varying tastes.

Close to Pascoe Vale Road and you can get quick sandwich while filing your fuel as it is inside Caltex Petrol Station. Open till late which is a plus point. Staff is friendly.
