Subways are usually associated with small dinning space that are a bit dirty (this is my experience with most subway stores), but this one was a bit different to others I have recently visited. Not only this place has a massive sitting capacity, but it was very clean and also had free wi-fi and a big TV in store for customers and best of all, they had generous fillings in the subs. Before I forget, they have a fully automatic coffee machine for a wonderful coffee. I will go here for: 1. Well made subs 2. Coffee options at sub 3. Free WiFi 4. TV 5. Large sitting space Update: Happened to go to this place again this week and was happy to know that they are doing good. They had orders for platters - (I didnt know subway does platters), so clicked couple of pictures.

My husband decided to order subway for dinner tonight and we were both very disappointed. We ordered the food around 6pm for an 8.30 pick up and the food we got was cold and soggy by 8.35pm so had been made and sitting for some time. We ordered gluten free wraps for myself and my son who has a wheat allergy but after eating the meal broke out in a rash thanks to the wraps not actually being gluten free. We paid extra for some toppings and those tipping were missing as well as other toppings and sauces we had ordered on both wraps and a foot long. We certainly will not be returning to this subway store again after such a disappointment.

I don't know what's happened to this store, but it's gone down hill. Customer service is terrible, management argumentative, wait time if you walk in is terrible. I've seen people leave rather than wait. I'm not sure if it's true but UberEats orders seem to be more important then the walk ins that have been going here for years. Portion sizes have obviously been cut by management, quality is questionable and it's just not worth it for a soggy squished sub anymore. Support your local bakery/sandwich shop.

The customer service was UNACCEPTABLE. The worker had an attitude to my small requests, was not responsive to my queries and was uninterested to provide decent customer service. The only reason why I was making small requests was due to the odd method she used to make the sandwich (sauce on the bread, 4 to 5 strands of onion only, and not toasting the bread properly). I will not come here in awhile....

Seems to be under new management that’s skimming on the toppings. Such a shame as it was one of the best subway’s around. Now we drive another 5-10 min to the one in Oakleigh South. Unfortunately subway doesn’t publish any visuals with how much toppings should be there ☹️

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Really unprofessional staff and poor quality food. I ordered a footlong turkey sub and they gave me 2 meagre slices of turkey. The salads were not fresh and when I ate the sub, I found a hair inside. The staff do not seem like they want to help you either. Really disappointing given I have had great experiences at other Subways. Will definitely not be coming back.

Normally I like I bit of music when eating out, thatbis one of the reasons I have headphones on. Now the music is this store is way to loud I needed to have headphones in (no music) and still then it was too loud, the staff could not hear what my order was properly so needing to repeat my self of loud music Multiple times is a little annoying. Definitely not the best experience

I have just visited for some cookies but I couldn’t see any chocolate cookies. There is one store person she is making some order I have called her twice and she didn’t respond so I have waited for some time. After that I called her again to ask if they have any chocolate cookies available, she was very rude and she’s is not even replying properly. I love subway cookies!!

I was being served by a Chinese girl today. She kept me waiting for a while while continuing to pack orders. She served me after a lengthy wait and overcharged me. When I asked for a receipt, I found out. Instead of a vegetarian patty, she charged for a chicken sub. She was totally unapologetic about her mistake. She was making faces. Customer service was awful.

No hygiene at all!! We went there today around 8:15pm and an Asian guy was making our order without changing gloves since past two orders (non-veg). There were no enough Italian breads. Also, when finishing the order and before wrapping it he dropped half of the toppings from the bread. To owner, you can check the camera to see specifics.

Current: Definitely improved after previous posting... Only challenge is to keep consistency and quality of product. Previous post: Lacks management supervision. Poorly trained staff just do what they want. No ids, use cellphones, and serving is not proper! Just sell your franchise! Definitely thinking twice or thrice before coming back.

Ordered from here on uber eats. I live 5 minutes down the road but when the food arrived it was stone cold, had missing items. Obviously the workers can't read instructions to see what's in the order or have my chicken hot not freezing cold.

Worst service ever and no attention given to order through their app. There was a hair in the toasties. The manager doesn’t take any responsibility. All the ingredients in the footlongs were messed up. This happens every single month. Whenever I provide my feedback, the manager doesn’t ensure anything. Just a waste of time and money

Very Disappointing experience! The delivery was delayed for more than an hour and when enquired in, instead of getting any answer the order was cancelled. The breakfast order was received at lunch time! Furthermore, the footlong was made in a nasty manner and packing was extremely poor as well. Certainly never again!

Barely any salads (including lettuce) meat almost non-existant. Partner ordered extras on his sub and they barely appeared to be there. Bread was wrong. Consistent experiences with this particular store. Do not order through ubereats, only instore so you can at least see what they are actually doing to your sandwich.

Similar experience as reported by others here.. Extremely poor customer service.. Especially the female staff who was not only impolite but also seemed totally disinterested in the job.. Please hire someone who enjoys being there and cares for customers, not someone who's good at only making faces!

Extremely rude staff with a horrible tone and expressions making you feel they’re doing you a favour by making you a sub. Food is better than it used to be but staff really need to evaluate their behaviour if they want to be OPEN. Surely Letting Subway name down!

Not going back. Staff is preparing the food and in between he receives an online order. He is then checking the iPad (or similar) clicking buttons then returns to prepare my sandwich with same gloves. When I asked to change the gloves, he just looks at me.

This subway serves very delicious sandwiches and cookies. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Plenty of seating areas. Parking is easy as well. Sandwich rolls often filled to the top. Fillings and other ingredients used are very fresh.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Horrible food! Got 2 footlong subs through DoorDash, most of the salads were missing, no sauce at all, but most importantly the food tasted like cleaning detergent! After 30 minutes vomited all of it out.

Very shocking store. Store never has any menus up on board, no care in how they present your food. Under portions of meats and seem to never have stock in. Very highly would NOT recommend this particular subway. Find elsewhere

Decent standalone subway store, no toilet, but the usual subway dining area. We visited at 11am on a Saturday and they only had white and wear bread available, which was a bit of a letdown. But this is probably not the norm.

This subway always gets most orders wrong. They will give you the wrong drinks and forget or disregard most things you add on uber eats. They need a management change. Stay clear of this place when ordering online.

Maybe it was just an off day, but the 4x footlongs I purchased were quite sloppily put together. Also, their Liven machine was not working or they couldn't figure it out, so that was another disappointment.
