Phoned this subway at 10pm on Friday 16 June to confirm they were open. They were very rude on the phone, hung up. We were genuinely blown away and called back out of curiosity. The next phone call they hung up straight away. I phoned again and one team member said ‘it’s not subway and is a police station’ then hung up. They clearly found it funny to be dishonest and rude. We called back one final time, they hung up as soon as they heard it was me. Couldn’t believe it so walked out 10mins to get there. I ordered a subway just to hear their voices. It was the same voices as on the phone and they were very rude the way they took the order. After my subway had been prepared I confronted them and they were clearly guilty and stated ‘we don’t take phone orders’ and ‘our phone isn’t working’. But the expressions on all their faces were guilty. Absolutely blown away by the poor customer service to the point it’s actually a bit humorous. SUBWAY FRANCHISE SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS STORE GIVING THEM VERY BAD REPUTATION. Two young men and one young women working on the night. All clearly knew about what was happening

Extremely unsatisfied with this store. I took a footlong and wanted to wrap it sperately. The guy simply refused saying he doesn't even have enough papers to give. The price of a 1 footling has increased a lot and people have money issues these days. And if I am getting just the same then why I need to pay twice for the same thing as 6 inches? Which is why I requested to wrap separately. Which many store actually do without being rude. And when I opened it, it was a bloody mess that I ended up throwing it away. Waste of my money. So never again to this store and would not recommend anyone. PS - as a subway ex employee I can guarantee that this bread is very old as the crumbs keep on falling down like crazy. (It was definitely not less than 12 hours from bake old).

When I finally got someone to serve me, (all staff socializing in kitchen), I ordered an Italian meatball sub. No meatballs. When I asked why not, I was told they forgot to do the prep!!! Meatballs were still defrosting. This was 8pm. Get to the salads, asked for tomatoes.. ..no tomatoes!!! Get to the lettuce.... no lettuce!!!! Probably the two most important items in a salad. No offer to get any. The boys attitude was one of "take it or leave it" I am being generous with giving them one star. Without a doubt, the worst subway I've ever been to.

Nice place but poor customer service. Ask staff to grill my sandwich but got refused like a big NO! with a bit of attitude from one of the staff then she ask another staff and turned out it was like a tag team challenge, so basically they both gave a big NO! NO! To grill my sandwich and educate me that the 6 inch sandwich, Subway not gonna grill it for you. Just go somewhere else or walk 1 block to another subway. Only the place looks nice because they just renovated but sad they couldn’t improve their quality of services. If I could give minus star, I would.

If you’re going to hire people with no brain cells at least teach them how to do one thing right. I got an Uber eats ordered and the entire thing was messed up. Paid for extra cheese and ended up with NO cheese at all. The bread order was wrong. Sub extremely cold. Even managed to get the cookies wrong. They put the COLD drinks in on top of the HOT food so it was freezing cold when it arrived. Seriously surely it doesn’t take that many brain cells to make a sandwich? Literally the worst subway I’ve ever had food from. AVOID!!!!!!

literally the worst customer service from a girl called Riya. if there is a customer waiting please at the very least acknowledge them. waiting 10 min for just a cookie near the register, she literally ignored me the whole time as if i was invisible despite standing there for that long. there was three other customers when i went so it’s not like it was busy and i was invisible. i don’t expect the most especially at places like subway but at least do the bare minimum. had to walk out.

The food drop in the broad, so I asked to change for a new one. They changed it for me, but when adding source, the female shop assistant put triple normal sauce, and asked me any salt and pepper, I replied no but she puts a lot. I never try add salt and pepper before, so I did not ask a new one. Really taste worst with so much additional salt and pepper and sauce. Never will come again.

Served raw bacon in my sandwich as they had apparently run out of ham and substituted in the bacon. This was “perfectly fine to eat raw as it’s streaky bacon” I was told when I called the store. Reached out to Subway head office as this is obviously against food safety standards and perhaps the manager on duty didn’t know. I have yet to hear back from them either. Poor form Subway, pick up your game.

Ordered 2 sub from here through uber at 1:30am. Sauce was tooo short.. And the bread was too hard to chew.... And blt's bacon wasn't cooked at all..... People want to pay for proper meal .. I understand you guys don't wanna work and feel tired but Plz keep that in mind.. Don't make people waste their money

sandwich artists?? at the start she couldn’t cut the bread so she ripped it with hand she added lettuce on half and when i asked, she said “oh you want more lettuce??” & salad supposed to be inside the sandwich. Tables were dirty, place is so messy. What happened Subway?? You used to be good

My kids dined in on 9th April and forgot their credit card on the table. I went back a couple of hours later and the staff kindly kept it aside and handed it over. Thanks a lot to the staff , really appreciate your honesty and service.
