Store representative at that time was Kaushal ( I am not sure as he was not wearing name badge and he told his name when I asked). He was not welcoming at all, same thing happened to me in the past few times as well as today. He never greets customers, nor he take care of health and hygiene. He never changes his gloves prior taking a new order. Bread always tastes stale. I am vegetarian, subway provides a barrier for dealing customers in terms of there preferences and for me consuming meat contaminated food is equal to consuming meat. If your staff can not maintain a barrier than why it is there? I asked him to change gloves and he responded that he hasn’t touched any meat with it but I saw him making meat sandwiches prior my order. I was regular customer there but never had any problem but now he’s there all the time which makes me not to go there anymore. I visited store today, saw him, decided to leave and to my surprise he didn’t even greet me or consider me, instead I was served with same classic sandwich of ignorance. I think my appetite is quenched today and you won’t see your regular customer anymore Thank you for your wonderful service, I can’t call me vegetarian anymore.

Just now ( 14/01/2022 @ 8pm) I visited to subway Glenwaverly to buy 6 inches seafood subway for my small child. I have been there more than 100 times. My son play badminton 3 days per week and after finishing he wants to eat subway every day. He loves subway specially Glen Waverley store. How ever today I faced unpleasant experience. Every time once we buy subway I request toasty box ( empty cardboard box from store). Because my son is too little and he eats inside the car . He can’t handle it properly that’s why I request small box. First time staff member who was working in that time refused to give me a box. He said they can’t give box. This is really simple thing . I was really disappointed his behavior. He just try to increase his shop profit by this small box. I never ever seen this kind of poor customer service . Really shame . As I mentioned that I have been there several time. They have given me excellent customer service before . I never ever want to come again for this shop anymore.

Went in there today, as I was waiting to be served the older lady working there (her name tag said Helen) was yelling and being rude to her staff. Instantly a put off and shocking that somebody can speak to their staff that way. Additionally there were two Asian ladies who were customers with masks on waiting to pick up an Uber eats order and once again Helen was yelling at them saying ‘excuse me I don’t understand you, I don’t understand you take off that mask’. When in actual fact they could be understood clearly. All the customers in store had a shocked look on their face. Disgusting behaviour, feel sorry for the other workers there I thought maybe she was having a bad work day which I understand but reading the other reviews it seems like she’s always like this. Don’t work in the industry if you’re going to be like that, decent customer service shouldn’t be too hard.

I don’t generally leave a negative feedback but this one forced me to do so. I went to buy subway on a hot summer day. There were lots of flies in the shop with some on meat and salads. I asked the lady in charge who gave me reason that they had to leave the doors open (perhaps air con failure). The veggies were looking mushy (spinach especially) again perhaps from the heat. I paid for the sub I ordered but I did not want to feed my family so I asked refund. The lady called the operations manager (named Holly) who was outright rude and asked me to put in complaint to health authorities instead of apologising!! The food quality and the manager rudeness prompted this negative review. There are so many bad reviews on Google but it seems the owner does not care. The good reviews seem fake so take them with a grain of salt.

I love subway an this one is convenient for me to visit. I had gone to this location a few times and each time I hope it will be better, it hasn't. They are tight with the salads, to the point the sub is more like eating just bread. I'm paying for a sandwich I want it to be mixed with plenty of toppings. The manager at times is also over the top, I think it's time for her to retire and move on. She can't handle customer/fast past rushes anymore. Half the staff there don't have a clue what they are doing or nor do they understand the orders. People with food requirements I would suggest to stay away. It's sad, as I absolutely love subway but won't continue to support this store anymore. To many bad experiences for me and reading others, it looks like it's a common trend at this branch.

On 27/07/2022 about 1 pm I went subway Glen Waverley for veggie footlong , the old lady don’t have manners how to speak with customer, Any greetings and saying that what do You want , I requested to change gloves as I am pure vegetarian and she so rude and stated that who care I told you was making meat foot longs before me , almost 5 customers served using the same gloves , I told her to add another sauces she refused to add more than two sauces , I shouldn’t buy the food from there , but I was thinking it’s owners lose , I really suggest the owner of this store please give staff training and manners that so the staff must know how to deal with customers specially that old lady .never come back .

I walked into the store only to hear, What I'm assuming, the boss yelling at the top of her lungs to the in-store working there. I waited for a bit to have my order taken but someone finally came up to help me. This nice young lady provided me with such amazing service but I could tell something was wrong. I asked her if she was alright and what the screaming was about. She told me that her boss was upset with her about something and that it was normal for her boss to yell at her like that. That made me absolutely sick to me stomach. No employee should be screamed at, especially when they provide great service to their customers. To that in-store, you were amazing, but for your boss, they should be fired.

Staff ignore you whilst they complete Uber eats orders waited close to 20 mins in store Disgusting service, rude staff who slam objects down on the counter when asked a simple request - was told by the older lady working to be very careful what I say as I have no idea how hard it is dealing with customers all day and I wouldn’t be able to handle it (as I had complained about the service and said they should be polite to their customers). Will never visit this store again. Can see why there are so many 1 star reviews. Subway management needs to step in and deal with this store.

I have been to this store around 4 times and the senior woman working there has been horrible to her staff every time. Yelling at them and degrading them in front of customers for everyone to hear, and snatching things off them. One of the staff members was clearly new and training and she was awful to her because she didn’t ask me if I wanted any cookies or drinks. Today, the lady in front of me ordered a salad and after she left, the staff member said “look at me look at me I ordered a salad” and eye rolled which I thought was quite rude. She needs to be fired!

I went to order my Subway meal with my dad. I met this server who was hurrying up. At the end when I told the lady to add more salt to my Subway meal she didn’t listen and she was going to start packing my meal so I repeated it kindly. She said am I deaf angrily , In a very disrespectful rude tone. I have never met such a rude employee in Subway like her. I am writing this review out of worrying for the people who may get treated like this in the future by such disrespectful employees that think in Subway they can show any type of attitude they want and just get away with it.

Massive scammers. Over charging. I was charged $4 for pepperoni and I didn't evan ask for any at all. I was in such a rush I didn't speak up, but I get subway every day and as soon as it was $18.10 instead of $13.something I asked for a receipt. Was $9.50 for a footlong meatball witch I usually get for $8.85 plus $4 pepperoni I didn't order or receive is just a massive scam. If they did this to every customer they are looking at making a massive amount of money just by adding extra and over charging. Will never go to this subway again.

Wonderful crew members and wonderful food! But, time for the restaurant manager to move on! This is my go-to Subway and usually I am there at least once a week. Everytime, I see the manager is yelling or screaming at trainees! The worse bit, she (manager) does it front of the customers; humiliating the poor trainees! Someone from the head office should visit the restaurant have a bite, sit there for an hour and watch the manager's tantrums and fits towards her staff!

Really poor service, the person was touching their face and hair whilst using the same gloves to pick salads. I had to tell them to change gloves. They through the sub together and it fell apart when opened. I feedback to Subway Australia via their website and F/Book, with photos, receipts and details of where I purchased. They never replied or followed up with me.

Most of the time i come off from work, I drop by this subway as its closest to my home. The same lady is always there onthe weekend to make my sandwich and it never seizes to amaze me how my subway tastes as nice as when she's not busy attending to some other customers. The veggies and bread are always fresh , top it up with some really chillie sauce and mayonaise yum yum. All the energy spent from doing the previous job at work , fully recovered. Am always feeling full and healthy afterwards.

A chicken wrap cost $10 which only has one chicken fillet piece. The service was extremely slow as the store looked like it was under staffed. The person who was serving was very lovely but she was under the pump and her colleague was not helping her. Subway's products are very overpriced. The wrap tasted good, the staff were nice, store looked good, the service was slow and most of all the price was for the wrap was a ripp off.

Too bad cant give 0 star for this store. Had 3subs and 2 cookies in this store. One cookie was too thin and soft, broke into 6 pieces when I took it out of the bag. Half ended on the floor. Manager said that’s normal and refuse to give me a proper one in exchange. Worst experience. No wonder so many subway stores are closed now.

Its the best subway in south-eastern suburbs. The customer service is excellent from the all the staff. Friendly staff and always have smile on thier face and that makes our day.Food is fresh, hot and tasty. They make it so nice like they have good skill of making subway food. The staff should really be appreciated and should get apprasials for the best service. Store is neat and clean, well presented.

The girl who was working tonight BY HERSELF (22/11) should be commended. Her customer service is top tier. It was so busy and she stayed patient and calm the entire time whilst still being so friendly. I didn’t catch her name but I will be going back to personally thank her for being such a nice person.

And it appears like they don't want to sell their products most of the time any customer appears at this subway store near Brandon park. Will advice to go on any other subway but prefer not going on this one specifically

5 star customer service from the lady who served my primary aged kid on 8/2/2022 morning. She was soooo kind and knew exactly how to talk to a kid and serve well. Both mine and my daughters morning was a pleasant experience with her. I wish I asked her name to mention here to appreciate her.

There was only one guy to serve today, he was friendly but slow, there were many customers in line and many other telephonic orders which increased the waiting time. It's apt that such restaurants must employ atleast two at all times. Otherwise, it might get messy like this.
