Keep giving this place a "2nd chance" only to keep getting poor service and second rate subs. Just waited in line to place my order. Store was empty aside from the gent ordering before me. Whilst serving him, which took AGES btw, another person walks in and is promptly served before me, by the same person, despite my standing at the "Order here" sign for a very long time in an empty store. No service, poor subs and a waste of time. No more 2nd chances, this place is useless.

Very fresh food,clean and nice customer service. I ordered the vegie Pattie’s on Italian herbs n cheese, staff heated the veggies patties first then asked me if I would like toast or fresh. Normally other subway I didnot see they heat the patties . Staff changed her gloves once I ordered the vegie and kindly choose what kind of salad I was looking for. Good taste really good too.

Leaving this review specailly for the Subway Chef Mr. Nav who was working today 10/08/21 afternoon at Melton Subway (located on Melton highway next to Mac Donalds)... Mate if there were 10 stars , i would have gave it to you for your Customer service skills and the way you made our subway sandwichs... you are a real subway chef ... They should promote you as a trainer for all subway restaurants so you can show them how its done... thanks Nav.. you made my day today...

I have been here twice and both times I found the staff hardly listen to what your order is (you ask for toasted twice and somehow you don’t get your sandwich toasted?) and you have to rebuild your sandwich when you get home because they lack common sense and don’t know how to put the toppings on the sandwich, instead you come home and it’s everywhere and you need to rebuild it before eating. Won’t be back to this store.

I would like the opportunity to thank the manager and the team at subway melton. The manager went above and beyound to help me with an issue. Hats of to her and the amazing team. They are very professional and their customer service is 10/10. I will recommend family and friends.

Never have any issues here. Most subways I go to they can't cope if you ask for something different or just don't speak English very well so there's a communication barrier..... The guy working was very pleasant and made the perfect sub. Not too much, not too little.....just good. They seemed to be trained properly here.

Possibly the best ever Subway experience I've ever had, and I've been to many. The young woman serving was so courteous and helpful, she is the perfect fit for the role. Exemplary customer service and delightful food preparation. Indoor and outdoor dining, easy access from multiple main roads, I'll definitely be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. 8pm is not an acceptable time to close the store when you're suppose to be open until 9:30pm. If you are having to close early every night due to running out of stock then get someone who can order stock accordingly.. It's beyond a joke how many times they close early.

Ordered via menulog; instead of chicken and bacon ranch, I received a meatball sub oozing in tomato sauce with ranch dressing without even consulting me... resulting in the worst case of food poisining I have ever had! Placed a bad review via menulog, never to be contacted. Not good enough. …

My partner and I just now got served by two lovely girls (didn’t catch their names) and they were kind enough to serve us even though we walked in at a few minutes to close. They were so sweet and accomodating. We had a good chat and their customer service was 10/10. Keep up the good work …

Subway have got a good selection of healthy food to eat it is better than having all that rubbish junk food from McDonald's & hungry Jack's & KFC & Red Rooster keep up the good work Subway you are here to stay

Every time I go in to this store there is always one very rude lady went in today asked for bacon on my sub get back home and find raw bacon on my sub I have always had it cooked this lady is always so rude and clearly doesn’t listen to customer order very very unhappy

First great Subway experience! Very nice service, very clean, vegetable and salad in containers behind the glass look fresh. Don’t mind to pay increased price for service experienced today!

Terrible execution on the sub. The sauce to sub ratio was terrible, upon unwrapping the sauce leaked out everywhere, half of the salads weren’t even inside the sub. If I could rate this 0 starts I would. 0/10 worst subway experience of my entire career.

The staff where annoyed at me as I changed my mind over the cookies. I no longer wanted them after I watched 2 flys crawl over them..they were not concerned about the health issues this may cause..poor hygiene..

Food is fabulous my favourite is chicken terikayi with lettuce, cheese, capsicum and sweet onion sauce the only thing we have found is they skimp on how much they put on as we have to ask them for more More

Why order online when you need to wait 20 minutes past the pickup time. Staff have 0% care about the orders and customers will go to another restaurant instead. Wish subway would read their reviews?!

One word GROSS, went in for a sandwich a month ago and there was blow flies everywhere all over the food, I was so disgusted even the staff were trying to shoo them away, I ended up just walking out.

Absolutely filthy! The bench top (near food and salads) wasn’t wiped clean, had food scraps and flies around! When I saw the flies I changed my order for a cookie instead!! Appalling!

If you want flies, stale bread and brown lettuce to the point it is slimy then this is the place for you! Yuck, threw it in the bin and will not buy from here again. Filthy place!

She said do you want avocado spread? As if it was apart of the sub. Then when I paid it was an extra $2.40. If she said do you want it as an extra cost would of said no.

$10.95 for a handful of spinach, 4 tomato slices, 2 cheese slices and a sprinkle of carrot. Really poor form. If l buy a veggie option it should have more on it.

Staff was very rude and none of the benches were clean. They just threw my roll together, which fell apart when I opened it and my chicken was still cold

Subway is making a comeback . They lost me for a few years, now they are getting better. Specially the salad bowls. Very good.

Staff are very slow and sparing with toppings. I got 2 fruit smoothies and both were very watery and had no real flavor.

Very friendly staff and service , packaged food nicely and quick too. Always my go to subway in the area!
